Have used Belles Florist for last 10 years. Always the freshest flowers and arranged perfectly. They last for ages!!! Friendly service. And on the very rare occasion if there ever is any issue it's been dealt with politely and always to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.
Accepted an online order, only to them being unable to deliver, so payment was taken via online company. Phoned to explain, no apologies or solution offered. Absolutely terrible service. Would never use them. Passing the buck

We ordered a funeral spray recently. The lady taking the order was lovely and spent a lot of time with us discussing different options, colours and flowers. We picked a picture we liked from their book of photos and asked for "that but different" with quite specific flower requests. The spray was beautiful. It was exactly what I had in my mind, and what my Mother had in hers. Exactly the flowers we asked for, really good quality huge blooms, and beautifully arranged. Thank you for making a difficult day a little easier.
