Stay away from these guys. We are hosting with them for almost 10+ years and recently inquired about our obligations if we close our account. We also needed access to our cabinet to assess what we have so we can probably cut down on unwanted stuff. They assumed we are going to close our business and just going to remove our equipments from their data center. They blocked our access to their data center even though we are still current on our monthly payment. We have equipments worth more than $100K in their data center. Our business was already suffering due to Covid-19 and they blocked access of our cabinets. Contacted attorney and unfortunately have to go through a lawsuit to get access of our own cabinet. Crazy experience so stay away.
