She listened to our wishes and didn't waste our time showing us homes that would not work. She also remembered that we were also vacationing, so she made sure to leave us the time to enjoy the beach, by meeting us at our time share instead of having us drive up to Merritt Island (we were staying in Indian Harbor.) We were able to find three houses out of ten that we would have been happy with. The one we finally chose hadn't even been listed, but she knew the owners were getting ready to sell. That was a win-win situation for all of us!

I have tried to speak with someone about a property they had listed. I called several times and no one ever called me back. I think the house isn't even real. I'm left wondering what kind of scam they are pulling here. So frustrating. Ether pull your listings down or answer your phone.
Recently relocated to Brevard county from up north and unfortunately started my house hunting search with this realty group. What a terrible decision that was! The staff members my husband and I spoke with were rude and insulting. We spoke to several individuals in the office and each of them had some MAJOR attitude problems. Save yourself the trouble and AVOID this realty group. Plenty of others in Brevard who are much more helpful.
