We were relocating to Brevard County for our retirement. A friend recommended Tropical Realty. What a pleasant surprise we had in meeting Michelle Kennedy. She was charming, yet businesslike. Patient, yet efficient.

She listened to our wishes and didn't waste our time showing us homes that would not work. She also remembered that we were also vacationing, so she made sure to leave us the time to enjoy the beach, by meeting us at our time share instead of having us drive up to Merritt Island (we were staying in Indian Harbor.) We were able to find three houses out of ten that we would have been happy with. The one we finally chose hadn't even been listed, but she knew the owners were getting ready to sell. That was a win-win situation for all of us!
