I bought a tromen two months ago, it came out really bad. The paint with which it is coated comes out of nothing and the exit behind it is supposedly closed to open in the case of wanting another exit, which is not my case and I left it covered; but apparently from the factory they sealed it with a couple of stitches so the heat and smoke comes out there, staining the entire wall! I regret so much buying it. Now I see that it is an expensive and low quality stove. Another mistake was to think that the meters that appear to give heat are real, unfortunately I trust that and it does not heat all the space I need. total disappointment
