Trivire (voorheen: Stichting Volkshuisvesting Zwijndrecht-Dordrecht/ Interstede) Review

Incredibly bad company, does nothing about nuisance and ignores the accumulating complaints from several residents, acquaintances of mine have had to move themselves in the past because nuisance generators can continue to terrorize the neighborhood, but I refuse this. If necessary, it has to come to a lawsuit against Trivire, but I am not leaving myself because they do not want to do their job.

everything is renewed and the man who deals with it only does something for women that he likes and the rest can stay in old and dirty stuff, apparently that is all possible !!!!!!!!

Still NOT a tenant of Trivire, but they really helped me with a question I asked via E-Mail. I had an answer back within a day. I also hope that I will be allocated a house very quickly because the living situation I am currently in is no longer really nice.

Top of anti-social, trivire as usual not at home, article in the daily newspaper AD states that a shopkeeper does not receive any response to reduce the rent of his shop premises. Due to covid, this man is not getting any turnover. This man has contacted in various ways but trivire is silent as usual. When the newspaper contacted they said that the employer concerned was not present. Calibrated excuse, trivial do not make a file about anything. Other landlords do make themselves at home, except for this antisocial housing. This anti-social housing construction has also increased the rent extremely over the past year compared to last year, which was a doubling of the rent increase. Because the director must of course earn a fat salary, this lady has the highest salary under the WB in the whole of the Netherlands, shamelessly on the back of social rent.

Update; nowadays trivire can also be found on FB, hypocrisy at the top, they make messages about, do you have a problem with the neighborhood, or a complaint, you cannot pay the rent, have a technical complaint, report it via the portal. These messages are of course very critically responded to. You get the answer that you have to send a message via PB so that trivire will solve it. But as usual, there is also no response. Overly critical messages are deleted. You can send a hundred emails, they never had the decency to answer. But supposedly being very social on FB ... too disgusting for words.

This housing association does not go for the interests of the residents, they only consider their bank account important. You think to rent a 55 plus house, but then when it comes out trivial they put family with 5 children in a 55 plus complex. And that while the residents have promised several times that it will remain a 55 plus complex. But if you ask why children are being placed it is said that they are not 55 plus homes. So without informing the residents, this is suddenly changed so that the trivial matter is better. Even grown children were refused to assist their elderly mother. But in case of trivire, only immigrants get priority then suddenly children may live in a 55 plus house. How to measure with different sizes.

Trivire recently renovated the homes on gas, while the whole of the Netherlands is going off gas. It does not matter that the residents are many times more expensive because of gas consumption. Also, trivire was too fooled to compensate for inconveniences during the renovation, making it hardly habitable during the renovation. But it does raise the rent by 20 euros.

Trivire also keeps junkies and criminal hands above the ground, they do not keep a file and lie to the residents who try to keep the living environment livable. Dozens of inmates suffer from this junk that is pampered by trivire. In a 55 plus complex you will have 5 children living above you, which jeopardizes your enjoyment of living. Residents have to solve it themselves, but these people do not speak Dutch. But why does the ball keep getting bounced back when trivire itself caused the problem of putting in a large family in a 55 plus complex. The consequence of this is that the complex is becoming impoverished enormously, it is bizarre how 1 family can pollute the environment with, for example, trading many '' found '' bicycles and leaving what is left on the street. Throwing everything over the balcony, resulting in rats and mice. Children screaming in galleries, dirty elevators, vandalizing and dirty in halls Etc .. etc ..

Basically it comes down to the fact that the good landlord is always screwed up at trivire and that you can figure it out yourself. This is going to escalate and who will be blamed ??? You can guess 3x.

I have lived a lot of different housing associations in my life but trivire is by dot number 1 that does not take the landlords into account!

Nice landlord, thinks along with his tenants and comes up with suitable solutions. Have no complaints.

Disgusting how they work. Fill their own pockets and we pay money for homes where you cannot live normally. Residents intimidate, the supervisors (or rather scammers) are very good at this. It is better to buy a house than to rent from Trivire.

By telephone by a mrs. from the Rental department was very poorly answered in a unique situation (son of 21 years both parents were lost and HAD to leave the rental property). Then very well picked up by the manager. Only praise for her and how she did it. With a conversation at the office, people listened carefully and looked for solutions (also through her own initiative and wanted to help think along). This has really greatly improved my opinion on Trivire! A company that certainly has a good heart for its tenants.

Badly arranged. There is, among other things, staff working for the "liveability". The one more skilled and more civilized than the other. But a few members of staff v. This department (a kind of order service that works in a hurrying way with the police) believe they should act impulsively against tenants, without any knowledge. There seems to be no thinking discipline / legal knowledge. Unfounded, sometimes miserable accusations are expressed and disseminated by part personnel. Irrational demands made. Again it is avoided. You only need to receive this staff in your house after an appointment, not if they come by without an appointment. Never receive alone. Record the conversation.

Discussions with your lawyer and consultation with the aim to solve problems are canceled or refused at the last moment by this order service or are discontinued halfway through. It also appears that this service is not prepared to discuss mistakes made with the police. Keep that in mind.

I have bad experiences with this rental company with regard to dealing with long-term gestalks, including mischievous evil talks via the tel. Complaints line (where abuse can be made because accusations via this line - without truth finding - are believed by part personnel, feeling). Incidentally, not only this kind of gestalk: slander talk. Also: destruction, threat at the house (verbally and also openly with sharp objects, shown), trespassing and attempted burglary (demonstrated, declaration) etc. By some asocial residents with psychiatric disorders, aggressive. These are also a danger for other local residents. (By which I indicate that I am not the only target of these stalkers who I hardly know and that there are also complaints from others about the years of terror). Much has been demonstrated legally. Incomprehensible that no effective intervention is required. On the contrary. The staff accuses innocent people on the basis of never-slandered slander without any evidence (phone calls via a complaints line) - for example. a lawyer. sending letters full of gossip - as if such a thing could be legal truth - threatens to evict house, ban, fines, does nothing against all (proven) nuisance.
The running of this rental company for "the quality of life" does more harm than good. Because it is not based on truth finding. Nuisance files about you can be full of never-heard evil talk of stalkers (confused persons) and are sloppy. You have the right to request them. The staff always changes location, one does not know what the other person was doing, which inconvenience there is and even earlier. That is not clear in those files. Staff makes gross mistakes and no one takes responsibility for this. Offer an excuse for legally proven failure and damage caused? No. Does not do this business. Nuisance and misunderstanding (?) Maintains it for over 10 years.
Harmful. Quickly seek legal help - in case of nuisance - even if you are always accused of being unfounded by the staff of all kinds of grudgingness and your reputation and enjoyment are also damaged by the staff. Because this action is against the law. And ask for help if you are faced with strange requirements. By this staff. That existing rules for your residential area do not appear / want to know. Is my advice. And move if possible. Objection costs you time. Especially single, sick elderly people are at risk of being abused, I suspect. A lawsuit takes years (in view of the avoidance) years. By the time it occurs at the court they are dead. I also question here ... because why this "management" is like that?
Rent is usually settled correctly.
Orders for small repairs that the rental company gives to good professionals can be sloppy, take the tenant into account and discuss the work with these professionals before they go to work. Major maintenance in this 55+ complex has been postponed until after departure of the tenant, this does not promote the quality of life either.

Great service! But the ventilation in these houses is well below the mark. Reports have been made repeatedly, but nothing is done about it by Trivire. Several residents are complaining about this and are struggling with health problems because there is insufficient ventilation in the entire complex! We are going to do something about that!

Really grossly outrageous how some employees speak to you of the district management and liveability department, they should immediately dismiss them immediately, they treat customers with disrespect.

If it was less than 1 star, I would have done it. No help. Bedroom full of mold through a window which is not replaced by them. Every time a strip replaces everything. I now sleep in the fungus and do not think it's normal anymore !!
