money-beating cooperative, paying fat rent but maintaining your house. That an organization like this can act like this undisturbed. Bad service, employees who know nothing about the hat and the brim and answers from an a4 with standard answers. A cooperative like this should be ashamed of itself

Bad service do nothing with complaints. Do ask for a big rent increase. We are happy that we are about to hand in the keys. And then no longer rent a mosaic house. Have never experienced such bad housing. And then ask why we are moving. You sit there for yourself and not for the tenants. You don't actually deserve a star.

Bad organization. I am always referred by telephone to other departments while everything falls under one name. Simply to put me off .. Call 4 times (and hide my work on the desk) to get 1 help.
Totally not helpful !!

Extremely unprofessional organization. Employees do not listen and are not transparent in their working methods. Make a lot of mistakes and their administration is a mess. I would be ashamed to work there.

Very poor service. Their laxity makes their problem your problem. Because they do not take action on time, my partner and I are unnecessarily forced into costs. They indicated at the time that they would take responsibility. Which is certainly not the case now !! I am very happy that we no longer rent an apartment through mosaic. Do not recommend this to anyone!

Bad service. No rental income from me this month. I have had a plumber visit 10 times in 3 years because of a bad sewer.
- House is very outdated.
- Everything creaks and squeaks. The shower drain is often a fountain, the toilet overflows and the neighbors' food smells regularly, while the doors are closed.
-The windows can't be opened.
-I have refurbished the sanitary facilities at my own expense.
-Resolition nuisance from surrounding houses.
- Totally disturbed local residents due to poor placement of mosaic; weekly incidents with police, violent shouting and a general feeling of insecurity.

Now I have been in a sewage storm every day for 6 (!!!) weeks with all the health issues that entails. The previous repair has had only a short result. Last week the technicians came by for 10 minutes, but they were very busy.

Please provide a solution for all of the above problems. Until then, no rental income.

If you break in, you do not have to count on new locks from this housing association. You can just buy this yourself !!!

If you ask for proper hanging and locking work on your house, this will not be delivered, despite the urgent advice from the police !!

Very poor organization. You respond to houses and you are the first candidate and suddenly you hear that the house is offered to someone with urgency. While my situation is very urgent but they do not give me urgency.

Here you are really not helped at all! They just don't want it! One after the other hangs a story full of lies and the other tries to get it straight again which does not work at all! Never seen such a badly organized association, terrible!

For years I rented a house through Mosaic. A home intended for people up to the age of 28. When I got my house it was very dirty and not tidy. Holes in the wallpaper and glue residue on the wallpaper meant that I could remove everything. In the toilet, huge fluorescent orange areas were painted on the wall, outlined in gray. As well as in the kitchen and in the bedroom. I really had to paint everything, including the woodwork. Sometimes something went wrong with Mosaic regarding the maintenance and my repair requests. If someone came for a repair, this person was often unannounced at my door. Then they chronically did not have the right things with them, had to leave again and came back later (with luck). Very annoying. Complaints about a neighbor (affecting the entire street) disappear into a bottomless pit. I later solved this myself in an unorthodox way, which worked.
When I canceled my rent and got the first inspection, Mosaic managed to do everything hard about everything. My walls actually had to be white. Wallpaper had to be whole. So there should be no holes in it! I also had to remove a mural. I am a certified artist and had a small flower painting on my wall above the sofa. So Mosaic really thought that I would leave my mural -free-? Then I had to give the next possible tenant a tour. This turned out to be a 29 year old lady. She had her mother with her who told her that she works for a housing association. The new tenant did not want to take over anything because she would buy everything new. I can follow her entire move via social media (she turns out to be a famous celebrity). The furniture they place in this house is not exactly furniture for someone who is dependent on a social rental home. It smacks of favoritism here. Not for one thing or another: but something is certainly not right here.
Fortunately, I now live in a spacious owner-occupied home and have nothing to do with these practices anymore.

Only dwelling in Gouda. Many Syrian people come to live in Lekkenburg who stay awake all night to make noise, sound music with hearth, knock with hammer or cut with a saw, that becomes a factory then. And if you make a complaint at the property, they will not respond. But if you do not pay rental costs, you will certainly get a fine.
