The staff always changes location, one does not know what the other person was doing, which inconvenience there is and even earlier. That is not clear in those files. Staff makes gross mistakes and no one takes responsibility for this. Offer an excuse for legally proven failure and damage caused? No. Does not do this business. Nuisance and misunderstanding (?)
