For anyone who is calling this clinic horriable or an awful place to send your kids you obviously don t fully understand what goes into the daily routine of ABA or any type of therapy the kids are receiving. I first hand have experience and knowledge of what ABA is, and for the people calling this abuse or you were so misserable at this particular clinic then you should ve of left I m sure no one was holding you hostage or trying to take your money. This isn t a daycare, it s a place where kids are learning skills to get them ready for the oh so big world that s ahead of them. If you want your child to be able to communicate, play and be as successful as you want them to be as a child I would highly recommend this clinic. And again for the people who are calling ABA abuse do your research and realize that when they are 8, or 9 or heck even 15 at some point you re going to have to send your kid to school and you won t be there for 6-8 hrs holding there hands.

My child has been in services at Mercy for the past two years. I m not sure where these one star reviews came from, since I m not familiar with any of these families. My child hops out of the car in the morning excited to go to school and see his teachers. The staff have consistently communicated with me and I really appreciate the online data that I can see while he s there. His therapists are always available to answer my questions and I ve been invited several times to watch his sessions. We highly recommend Mercy to anyone who had a child with autism. They ve done wonderful things for my son and we wouldn t be where we are without them.

Anyone commenting that the staff here doesnt care about the well being or the future of each and every child that comes through their door is kidding themselves, and incorrect. Incredible amount of thought and effort goes in to each childs programing to ensure a more successful future, both in school and in life in general. Children are safe, and well taken care of here. Highly recommend ABA, speech, and Occupational Therapy services here.

Lets just fix this one star situation here. Iv never felt safer about my son attending school as i do now, they have audio / video in every therapy room. You can sit and watch the whole session if you want instead of going back with your child which prepares them for school. Every professional or intern i have met there has been wonderful, we had a small hiccup and everyone worked together nicely to find a solution. The ladies and gentleman working here deserve a bit more credit for there unlimited amount of patience they have with our children.

Terrible experience. My child was treated like a robot not a child.

I would not recommend this place. Jen Heidi and Alexis will lie to you. They will bill your insurance for services never received.

Speech and Ot are ok but will also push you to get ABA.

My son has been attending for almost 5 months. It s a great environment. My son looks forward to going every day. (He s a major mama s boy. Getting him to separate from me is not easy, so that s saying something). He loves his teachers and has made significant progress. They do a great job on keeping you informed and in the loop. I feel totally safe having my child attend here. As the mom of a non-verbal child you definitely struggle with leaving your child in someone else s care. I trust the staff. They have cameras in each room. You can watch the session through audio-visual, and they keep meticulous notes on the sessions. We feel pretty luck to have a clinic like Mercy to send our son to.

My grandson used to attend here, I am so glad he is not anymore. Multiple lies and inconsistencies from management. They only allow parental involvement if you blindly agree with everything they say. Some great staff members being blocked from their potential by red tape. Also, most of the 5 star reviews on here are from staff members only...not happy families.

Very friendly and inviting staff as soon as you walk through the door. They took me on a tour without any issues and were open to any questions I had. Lots of equipment throughout the building for children with multiple needs to work with! Definitely recommend.

I have experienced nothing but a proffesional, compassionate staff at the Mercy Autism Center. They are kind and caring and put a great deal of effort into each and every child and family. I am so thankful they make an extra effort to take the time to answer questions and make you part of the process. It is not an easy job, but they do everything they can and go above and beyond. Very grateful for the program and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs services.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. Its a horrible place and a terrible environment. Kids are constantly crying and they are not treated as humans or individuals. OLIVIA IS A FORMER EMPLOYEE AND LACEY BUBB. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST. Go to capable kids

The services are terrible the staff does not follow up. If you make suggestions which you would like implemented they do not implement them and will argue with you ( and your doctors) that they know best.

As soon as I walked in the door, I felt so welcomed and the staff was so eager to help my child and I. Every staff member wants nothing but the best for each and every child and are highly trained in their field. I could truly tell the staff loved what they do and were so passionate about seeing each child succeed. I would highly recommend Mercy.

ABA is child abuse, and when one parent pulled their child from here because she realized that, she spoke out. The staff here responded to community 1 star review by getting staff to rate the place 5 stars. Pure data manipulation. ABA should be banned, and the fact they run away from and hide criticism is a red flag.

My child was miserable here don't send your child here. They capitalize on people's emotions to convince you that your child needs them. They are controlling and wrong look into capable kids if your child need are aba not mercy.

Very compassionate staff, that always put their heart and sole into their work. Continuously doing extra/outside work in order to better the children in which they work with. Have never been in the facility but do have experience with the employees and their hard work should not go unnoticed!! Keep it up Mercy!
