I was an owner in Woodmont town homes. My experience with Trio Homeowners Association Management has been great. My most recent experience was when I was selling my unit and needed documentation to move forward on our sale. The buyers lender requested Information that was beyond the normal set of documents you need and information that I thought the association may not have. I was frustrated and the TRIO staff was sympathetic to our problem, understood the urgency and responded by going out of their way to research the information needed. When you call you may need to go through the main office to get to Zachary, the property manager, but it was my experience that they were able to connect me right away or reach out to him and I got a call back promptly every time. I commend them for their prompt and courteous customer service. It would of been easy to give poor service to someone who was no longer going to be part of the association but instead I got a professional staff that worked with me to resolve my problem. When people go out of their way to provide a service that their not required to provide and still ask if your satisfied with their services, I think that s the hall mark of customer service and they deserve to be commended. Kudos to Zachary, Natalie and Natasha keep up the great service.

We are blessed to have Trio Homeowners Association...

We are blessed to have Trio Homeowners Association Management handling our Apple Creek community; they are always available for us, guide us in making the right legal decisions and attend some of our functions to introduce themselves to our neighbors. We are very proud to say that we have the dedicated, honest and friendly staff of Trio working with us here at Apple Creek.

Let me start off by saying that in all my years of...

Let me start off by saying that in all my years of owning a home I have pretty much always hated having to deal with HOAs! So much so that I tend to ignore the information coming from them. Recently however, our subdivision changed to TRIO and I saw a huge improvement in communication and clarity. We were suddenly informed! I've had interactions with Desiree and Danae and each of my interactions were awesome. Totally customer service oriented and more than anything SUPER HELPFUL! To the point where they have gone above and beyond what their job description probably entails. If you are board member reading this, stop your search! This management company is the place to be!

They have not fixed our security gate since June 2...

They have not fixed our security gate since June 2019 (6 months passed). Always have excuses of funding etc. Meanwhile, the numerous cameras they have placed did not function to record who hit the gate.
Very poor management to keep the site secure.

Trio Management is absolutely amazing! Everyone is...

Trio Management is absolutely amazing! Everyone is very kind and have done wonders for our community. They are great at helping keep our community looking great along with excellent communication skills. If I have a question it gets answered in a timely fashion and if they don't have the answer they let me know they will find out and get back with me. I've never had any issues with not receiving notices for HOA dues or anything else for that matter. I hope my community continues to stay with Trio as they have been excellent all the way around.

Trio Homeowners Association Management is the best...

Trio Homeowners Association Management is the best company to work with! After our community had a negative experience with another management company the board decided a change was needed. We are so lucky that they selected Trio Homeowners Association Management. I was elected as the new board president during the meeting that Trio Homeowners Association Management was hired and they have truly gone above and beyond offering first class service and guidance along the way. I know with Trio Homeowners Association Management on our side they have our best interests in mind, and our community will continue to see improvements. Our financial standing, response to homeowner's concerns, deliquent account, new estimates, etc., are always handled by Trio quickly and accurately. Thank you Trio Homeowners Association Management for making our jobs easier, we couldn't do it without you!

Our townhome HOA has been with Trio for over 2 yea...

Our townhome HOA has been with Trio for over 2 years. Quality of Community Managers (CM) is a critical factor when considering a management company. Our CM, Zach Dulevitz, is phenomenal in all he does. He works closely with the Board to address owner concerns in a timely fashion, is responsive to Board inquiries and provides weekly project status and financial updates to ensure the Board has current information from which to base decisions.

Zach's written products are always high quality and professional. We do not have to worry about important projects falling into black holes as he keeps track of all pending items to ensure they move along towards completion. Zach goes above and beyond to ensure Board expectations are exceeded and on more than one occasion has cheerfully addressed matters that developed over the weekend, outside of normal operating hours.

We are thrilled to have Trio and Zach on our Seventh at Sonterra team!

Absolutely horrible. No follow through on items, ...

Absolutely horrible. No follow through on items, multiple excuses for why things are not done. Recieved a notice in April that HOA dues were late but never received a notice that they were due to start with then received a notice that they were due in July. Managers are biased, do not follow rules of order for meetings or follow the HOA bylaws. A homeowner showed up with signed proxies and was told that they couldn't use them because they were not on the proxy form sent with the meeting notice. After she showed them that the bylaws do not require it on a specified form, they still would not honor them. Very unprofessional and ignorant of the rules they are supposed to be enforcing.

Prior to Zachary Dulevitz become our property manager, the vice president and I seriously considered obtaining the services of another property management company.

Zachary has been nothing but the greatest asset to our community. He exemplifies professionalism, demonstrates a thorough knowledge and understanding of, not only the state laws, but a profound knowledge of our bylaws. Zachary strives to provide over-the-top customer service, offers much needed guidance and pitches insights on how to improve our community. Zachary has a vested interest in seeing our community united and beautified.

Since Zachary s commencement with Bristol Forest, we have cut landscaping costs while improving the quality of the work provided. Zachary implemented multiple daily SAPD drive through patrols thus eliminating the need for an unverified, HOA funded, less frequent patrols of a private sheriff s deputy.

Zachary prepared a budget that personally reflected our needs, eliminating waste and addressing misstated line items, effecting balancing our budget.

Zachary continues to demonstrate exemplary work ethic, dedication and service above all. He is truly the best thing that has happened to our HOA, and I look forward to working with Zachary for the duration of my tenure as HOA president.

I live at WOODMONT TOWNHOMES at 3843 Barrington St...

I live at WOODMONT TOWNHOMES at 3843 Barrington St. San Antonio, Texas. On May 29, 2019 the WATER was shut off ALL day. It is midnight and still NO running water. It is inhumane. I called many times about this inhumane situation. No answering the phone, no concern, no urgency, careless attitude. TRIO H.O.A. is the worst. But are good about collecting their H.O.A. dues. Even the Association President is in hiding. They should paid all of us for hotel money. We need to all get together and SUE, TRIO H.O.A.they all need a GOOD Lawsuit. Please stay away from Trio H.O.A. They are a total rip off. It is Thursday MAY 30, 2019 AND STILL NO WATER. WE ALL NEED HOTEL MONEY TO SHOWER, SHAVE AND BRUSH OUR TEETH. ALSO, WE NEED MONEY TO WASH OUR CLOTHES also.

Extremely unforgiving. They don t even try and work with you! It s either their way or no way. No compromise. Can t park on a street that has the gates chain and locked shut. And apparently can t even park in front of your house. Not even an attempt to hear the other side, just show up to the meeting and vote is their only advice. What a joke. Can t wait to have to not deal with this HOA again. Worst HOA I ve ever had to deal with. If I were you I would steer clear of having to deal with this HOA. But trust me that they have no problem taking your money. Can t park in front of your house too. Must be in the driveway . What a joke

Windmill Hill Townhomes joined TRIO in December, 2016. We are delighted that we made the decision. Our small Community of 14 Units shedded the complications of being handled by a large HOA Management Company. The three ladies (Owners) are intelligent, knowledgeable, service oriented, honest, helpful, and abound with personal integrity.
Personally, I cannot find any fallacies in their Management abilities.
These three Ladies, with their updated software, have you in front of them at all times. I have no regrets in making the change.

We have corresponded with our CM Zachary Dulevitz on many issues. He is super responsive and finds solutions that work! He is very knowledgeable and has helped us tremendously on getting our community up to and above standards! He is very experienced in finding the best value for our money. He takes time to educate us on important issues to keep our community safe. He is easy going and a pleasure to work with!!

I found the personnel at Trio to be extremely professional and sympathetic in dealing with a very delicate property matter of mine. I would particularly commend Zachary and Danae for their attentiveness, knowledge and resourcefulness.
I was not just another faceless client, but rather a real person which they treated with genuine respect.
I highly recommend doing business with this first class organization.

I have nothing but good things to say about our CM...

I have nothing but good things to say about our CM Zachary Dulevitz. Whenever our community has an issue he has been very quick to resolve it. When we are conducting meetings in reference to our community he speaks as if he lives here and has a vested interest in the wellbeing of the community. He isn t just doing it to check the box so to speak. Zach cares and that is certainly a nice thing.

Terrible management of properties. They send past ...

Terrible management of properties. They send past due bills when they have already cashed the check and slap you with a fee. They don t monitor any homes with overgrown grass so I was forced to call the city to do their job.
