I was an owner in Woodmont town homes. My experience with Trio Homeowners Association Management has been great. My most recent experience was when I was selling my unit and needed documentation to move forward on our sale. The buyers lender requested Information that was beyond the normal set of documents you need and information that I thought the association may not have. I was frustrated and the TRIO staff was sympathetic to our problem, understood the urgency and responded by going out of their way to research the information needed. When you call you may need to go through the main office to get to Zachary, the property manager, but it was my experience that they were able to connect me right away or reach out to him and I got a call back promptly every time. I commend them for their prompt and courteous customer service. It would of been easy to give poor service to someone who was no longer going to be part of the association but instead I got a professional staff that worked with me to resolve my problem. When people go out of their way to provide a service that their not required to provide and still ask if your satisfied with their services, I think that s the hall mark of customer service and they deserve to be commended. Kudos to Zachary, Natalie and Natasha keep up the great service.
