Mom chose Trinity initially for the low cost of the service offered, but after their representative John L. visited us in her home, we were most impressed with his empathy, his care in answering our questions and addressing our concerns, and with how clear and straightforward the contract was. When mom passed away, everything was done exactly as she'd wished it to be. The paperwork was done and ready, the staff were wonderfully supportive and kind. I would recommend Trinity over any other funeral service provider.

I only wanted a very simple cremation done for myself as part of my pre-planning. No frills or anything. We had called another funeral home however was told that they don t do that there. I called Vince at Trinity Funeral Home and the response was quite different. He was welcoming on my wishes and gave me a ball park price over the phone a couple of weeks ago. I went in today. First, their location was very easy to get to. The place was clean and welcoming. Vince seen me right away. He walked me through everything in a pleasant manner. He didn t try to talk me into anything differently to what I wanted. He brought up some issues I hadn t thought of. The final cost was very close to what he said on the phone. Turns out it was a great price and I can pay monthly. I highly recommend this funeral home. Thank you Vince.

I couldn't be any happier with the experience that my family and I had with Trinity Funeral Home Ltd. We had looked around before making our final decision and weren't too excited about any choices yet, until we had called Trinity. It is never easy losing a loved one, especially our youngest son. As we live in Winnipeg and we are not very computer literate, Liz was extremely helpful and patient when we had to fill out the forms. Trinity funeral service is a very great place to deal with! Their ability to keep you well informed as to all the procedures needed to set up a preset arrangement for your future needs at time of death! I have set up my own creamation. which in the future will make it a lot easier on my family when the time comes! Would recommend any one to see the people if the are thinking of similar needs!

Recently I began planning my mother-in-laws funeral. I had no experience in these matters. Vince walked me through the process. He clearly answered all my questions and concerns.
At no time did I sense Vince was trying to upsell me. He respected my decisions. I found the pricing for the various options I chose to be straightforward and transparent.

My experience in using Trinity Funeral Home with my Gram's funeral was great. She had the opportunity to get everything set up before she passed. John, a Trinity staff member, helped her with this part. He was very caring, patient and professional and explained everything to her ... more than once if need be.
When her funeral day came there where no worries or extra hidden charges. The Trinity staff were very caring, compassionate and professional making sure the needs of the family were looked after and everything went smoothly. As far as funerals go it was a great celebration of her life.
My Mom was so impressed with the way things went that she set everything up for my other Grandma (who is now 95yrs old) for when her time comes.

The process was easy and stress free. Vince did a wonderful job explaining the options available to us and the related costs. We never felt pressured to make a decision and when we did make our decision the application process was very straight forward. The fees charged were very competitive and we are very satisfied with our purchase.

Oct 6/2018-My father George passed away. The funeral home and staff were so kind, helpful, compassionate... Well words cannot express the help they were threw this trying time. If I can pass on any help threw this difficult time is this. Your here don t wast your valuable time worrying and stressing about this. You have enough to do. They will take good care you everything. Now breath.....

My husband and I spent time with Brandy at Trinity Funeral Home this morning to pre-arrange our funerals. We were not looking forward to attending to this but both agreed it was the sensible thing to do. Brenda made the experience abundantly easier than we'd anticipated. She did not push anything on us but we are so grateful for her invaluable input regarding details we'd not thought of. After a very stressful and misleading start with another funeral home, John at Trinity Funeral Home provided efficient service that was in line with what my father wanted for his remains.

I met with Vince on July the 8th going into the whole pre planning of my funeral was a bit overwhelming. Not sure what to expect especially cost wise. After meeting with him I felt a relief that my needs were met and I can be at peace with my desicion.

Upon my Mothers passing it was my job as Executor and Son to plan her funeral, My Mother had 10 Children and was very close to us all. I had researched funeral home pricing previously and found Trinity Funeral Home to not only be competitive but substantially more reasonable than the rest. Don't be fooled by any "Not For Profit" organization's claim of cheaper costs, they are not!!

I contacted Trinity within minutes of her passing in hospital. I was instantly fully instructed of how the company will pick up the body and follow any wishes my Mother had. I showed up at Trinity Funeral Home the next morning and was greeted by any employee that walked by me. I met with John Laureano in his office to plan the rest. He walked me through the product room with Coffins and Urns etc and gave me all the time I needed to pick the correct one for our family. I was then introduced to the fellow that would make the mass cards for us etc. All we had to do was email the Obit information and a picture of my Mother and they took care of the rest as promised, John also automatically filled out the death benefit form for Canada Pension and sent it in on our behalf. I honestly do not believe that this Funeral Home could have done anything better than they did and I feel we got awesome value for our dollar. People do not automatically think of price when grief strikes, It's refreshing to know that this company does not take advantage of people in their time of Mourning.

I first heard of Trinity on the radio right when I was thinking of paying for my funeral in advance. I met with Vince Gobeil and he made everything so easy and stress free. Their prices are unbelievable compared to other funeral homes. Since then, I've required their services twice when my parents passed away. Jenelle was amazing and John was very accommodating with our requests. I'm so impressed with this funeral home that I can't say enough good things about them! Planning my brothers funeral with my mom was the most painful thing I have ever had to do. Coming back to Trinity and having to do it all over again 16 months later for my dad was devastating to say the least. Thank God for Janelle Moore. She is definitely the kind of person you want to deal with in this kind of situation. She was our angel that day, making the ordeal as painless and quick as possible. Before coming to Trinity, we went to another funeral home and I still can t get over how these two gentlemen treated my mom and I. Let s just say, I don t know how some people sleep at night. Thank god for trinity and the way their staff conduct themselves and their business.

Trinity Funeral Home was recommended to us to preplan for a funeral; we met with Brandy to discuss the services they provide and the associated cost. She was a delight to deal with, very professional and very knowledgeable, she was able to provide us with a plan that met all our needs at approximately half the cost of another well know funeral home. There was no hard sell, she simply discussed our needs and established a plan, complete in all respects, that met those needs. We went here for my Grandmothers funeral. My Grandmother is Chinese but there are a few English only speakers in our family. The funeral directors were completely unaccommodating to us. They refused to explain any of the procedures in English and insisted that our grieving family members translated for us. It is their job to accomodate us, not the other way around. We felt completely left out of the process. Furthermore, they did an awful job with the embalming.

Over priced and terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

We initially had gone through the process at another funeral home, and were staggered by the cost of a simple cremation. We were handling the service completely by ourselves. Jenelle not only was able to get our loved one brought to Trinity and taken care of, she did it for 34 percent of the cost... Resulting in the beneficiaries actually saving 2600 dollars! We were treated with respect and caring and never once did we feel like it was a "Bargain" service, rather it was a Gold Star service. We will never take our business anywhere else.
