Planning my brothers funeral with my mom was the most painful thing I have ever had to do. Coming back to Trinity and having to do it all over again 16 months later for my dad was devastating to say the least. Thank God for Janelle Moore. She is definitely the kind of person you want to deal with in this kind of situation. She was our angel that day, making the ordeal as painless and quick as possible. Before coming to Trinity, we went to another funeral home and I still can t get over how these two gentlemen treated my mom and I. Let s just say, I don t know how some people sleep at night. Thank god for trinity and the way their staff conduct themselves and their business.
