My experience in using Trinity Funeral Home with my Gram's funeral was great. She had the opportunity to get everything set up before she passed. John, a Trinity staff member, helped her with this part. He was very caring, patient and professional and explained everything to her ... more than once if need be.
When her funeral day came there where no worries or extra hidden charges. The Trinity staff were very caring, compassionate and professional making sure the needs of the family were looked after and everything went smoothly. As far as funerals go it was a great celebration of her life.
My Mom was so impressed with the way things went that she set everything up for my other Grandma (who is now 95yrs old) for when her time comes.
