Very courteous staff. Good location opposite Jal Mahal. However quite far from the airport & other major sites.

Great place with excellent customer service. I enjoyed my stay there.

Not as expected...
Slow service, we got late check in
Small gym and they don't even put their Ac's on and if they can't afford then they should atleast put on fans there else people would blackout there
I am still in the hotel and their pool is also not good

Very nice location, polite and warm hearted staff. We were nicely welcomed by the GM. Soumya from the dining department was extremely caring. In fact the entire team pampered us with great hospitality.

Only had lunch there. Sat outside by the pool and could see the lake out the window past reception. Grannysmith mint lemonade really refreshing. Ordered a veg thali and it was beautiful presented and really nice, but the best things were the garlic naan with laalmaas, a local lamb curry using the marathia chili. It was incredibly smoky. It has been my husband's absolute favorite curry/thing ever. The waiter was extremely nice and told me a bit about how they make it so hopefully at home we can replicate it. I even bought dried marathia chilies in the market, since they are essential to the taste and are only grown here.

Property is located opposite lake view palace giving an amazing site. All the major tourist destinations are with in 5km. They hv Nice rooms, courteous staff n a lovely lawn in front. One thing which I would hv changed in the room will b lights, lamps & same old cable connection without set-top box. They don't go with the room.

for the price we have paid the hotel is ok but the furniture are not really new and under expectations for a 5stars hotel, the antislip paddle on the bath is really old and black (i took shower wearing flip flops) , the restaurant is bloody expensive compared with any restaurant in town, the swimming pool is full of antiseptic and after a while the eyes burn. the positive sides are that the room is clean and the staff is very very nice

0.1% disappointed because we were on our honeymoon and they promised us a cake(which was a surprise) but they forgot and he being him didn't remind them,rest everything is wonderful.

One of the best stay we have experienced, from staff to food everything was great,we had a lockdown wedding so they decorated our room with complimentary cake and gifts,GM visits us daily to check how was our stay and if we are comfortable their ,how we are liking jaipur that was great gesture

What a delightful hotel. Very modern great facilities and good restaurant facilities. But the thing that makes this hotel is the staff. I have never felt so welcome at a hotel in my life. Without exception the staff all were cheerful and trying you had a great experience at their hotel. Special mention for Karen who looked after everything to do with our room throughout our stay and Sana from reception who was clearly born to work in hospitality. We stayed in a variety of hotels during this visit to India all very good but this was the best of the best.

Great place to stay. Good food. Great property. Rooms facing the mountain side. It is a delight to sip tea in your room balcony facing the mountains.

We had an offsite here and it proved to be a great place to have it.

One of best hotels to stay in Jaipur. One can strike a deal from make my trip itself if planning a trip in advance. Located along a slip busy road. This one is a nice property to spend ones time whilst visiting jaipur. The adjoining area is a big crowded though.

I look at how much a hotel has an eye for detail by the way the serve butter. And trident does a super job. The hotel is beautiful. Next to the famous Jal mahal. But far from the airport. Staff is helpful. Rooms and bathrooms and are spotless. Breakfast is quite nice too. And nice delights like this republic day sweets to all guest. Thank you Trident!

The Hotel was great - it is clean, staff were amazing and very friendly. We want to name two staff members that were so humble friendly and helpful and their English were very good - Kinley and Archana you made our stay extra great!!! Thank you!

This is one of the bestest hotel I have been to.....It has a really big swimming pool which only a few 5 star hotel in Jaipur have..... There are good play areas for children like the Xbox, Table Tennis, Billiards and Fun rides area....It has very nice rooms with good view...Just opposite to it is Jal Mahal where you can sit and enjoy at the evening time as the weather is good....The Aamer fort or Jaigarh or the main Jaipur city are near destinations.... Itis a very open hotel and not like other 5 stars hotels which are just a building....I recommend this hotel to every visitor because of the uncountable benefits.....!!!!

When you land in any hotel it's not just the amenities, room size and different facilities which make it unique and beautiful experience but for me the most important is human touch and interaction with the staff and the extra miles which they go counts.
We planned a day out from our usual routine and planned a day s staff at Jaipur Trident hotel.
We stayed from 14th - 15th Feb, I enrolled for there privilege membership before booking so got some additional benefits like discounted price.
Made a goof-up at the time of booking I booked twin bed instead of King size, which was corrected and updated at the time of check-in. I count myself fortunate as hotel was fully booked.
Check-in process was very smooth, people at front desk make you comfortable and welcome drinks (Ginger drink is not up to my liking ) served here. Mr. Thapa (Manager) talked to us and made us comfortable. Sanya made our check-in comfortable and super smooth, within 5 mins our request of change in booking from Twin to King side bed was accepted. Also added one bed for our child while check-in.
Dashing young guy from front desk Gravit, took us to the room on the way explained different amenities which hotel has and timing for breakfast and lunch etc..
At the time of booking, we couldn t get a Lake side room as all the lake side rooms were booked, got the garden facing room, it doesn t have exciting view so nothing to add on this.
To be frank first impression of room, its small. But that doesn t make me change my impression about the hotel at all.
Another important thing during Covid time, nothing was mentioned whether our room was sanitized or not, which is a big led down.
We ordered Lunch in room it taste good, but it could be improved. I think it suits more for the taste buds of tourists from around the world, but Indians will find it on little low on spices and bland.
This property has a Kid s Club, with swings and slops installed in garden area and a big tent with different activities (painting, cupcake making and some playstation ) which are planned a for each day. Details for the same on notice board outside restaurant. My kid enjoyed this place a lot.
Before leaving for scene sites near by Amer Fort, Panna Meena ka Kund, Hathi gaon we had some snacks those were good.
Especial mention here for Kinely and Somaya who took extra care for me and my family during our restaurant visits. Thanks a lot guys.
Next day morning break fast, which was part of room booking was very good.
There could be only some other places with more variety in morning breakfast buffet. Very good spread and well-mannered staff.
Check-out was another thing, due to a Wedding event in hotel, things were mismanaged at the exit as check-in and checkout was at the same gate, people who are coming to wedding were leaving there cars on the main gate blocking it for guests who were leaving. It was chaotic situation.
Final words
I ll not come to this hotel for big rooms.
But I ll surely come back to this hotel for most courteous staff, good breakfast, Kids Club and clean and big pool.
Thanks Trident, for this lovely experience. Especial thanks to Mr. Thapa, Sanya, Garvit, Somaya and Kinely in no specific order . I pretty sure other staff members are equally well mannered, but I didn t get chance to interact with them.

Went for dinner in jal mahal. Didn't like the food at all. Not worth calling it a 5 star hotel level restaurant

A perfect host, they never leave any chance to greet you, pamper you and did something beyond their capacity, a nice and wide breakfast spread with prompt service staff.lake View from room was beyond description, will love to stay there whenever in jaipur.

Trident is great option to stay in Jaipur, the check in was effortless and rooms are great. The breakfast was great, was travelling with children and the staff ensured that they got non spicy food available for them.

The pool is great, they have a children's play area which is good. The restaurant in the hotel serves good food. The location of the hotel is just across jal Mahal .. so great location for sightseeing... All the tourist spots are short drive from the hotel.. the staff at the hotel are always welcoming and make the stay special..
