Great place,great service,view from room was too good

The structure is very beautiful, the staff is very attentive and helpful, it seems to live a glimpse of the time of the Reys in a world of other times and fantastic.

Possibly Trident doesn't know the smiles are their USP. Each and every person, you'll face will give you the warmest possible smile you can ever get and straight from their heart. You get the same in all like Taj, Mariott, ITC, but compared to those you get in Tridents, all Tridents, they're ritualistic, professional at the most.

Poor Abhishek, my first contact for this trip to Jaipur one, couldn't manage it on his emails, must've tried for sure, but he over compensated it when we reached there and continued till we left, flanked by Sandeep and the warmest smile Pooja. And she continued till she waved us off for out journey back home.

My first Trident visit was this Jaipur one, Amit Kaul was there, wonderful leader and the team made us feel like home. I knew immediately at that time, I will be attached to Trident from then on. And we've been to many Tridents, not all though, in the years that followed.

Very bad service.Clerk at desk was very bad in terms of behaviour . Service was very slow.

This place is good but you can opt for other place too to stay..

Great hospitality by all the staff especially F&B controller, Chef Pallavi, all restaurant staff and all front office staff, Mr Abhishek Dubey, Mr Rajan.
Excellent location of the hotel.
Lake view rooms are the best facing Mansagar lake and Jal Mahal.
Excellent Buffet breakfast with vast variety of Indian and continental food.
All the team of staff who are not only so professional but have so much warmth for all the guests.
I have stayed in many five star hotels with highly professional staff, all work from their mind, but in this hotel I felt all the staff not only working with mind but also with their heart .

The place is not as majestic as it looks in the web site. Very well located property overlooking jal mahal.

Elegant with Indian charm. Excellent bedroom and bathroom, good bed, outdoor garden area, good restaurant and bar ... shops and etc ... facing the lake. A super attentive staff!

Central location that allows for quick travel to multiple landmarks and shopping locales. Great service and hospitality is second to none. The restaurant in the hotel is great and the chefs are amazing. Went for a trip with my family and was not disappointed.

We visited here for a quick stay. It was really nice property by trident group . Just in front of Jal Mahal. It was a cosy yet heritage properties. The services were at their best. The staff was really courteous. The breakfast had ample of options to choose from and was really nice. We had a good and warm stay with trident.will come back soon.

Very clean, comfortable rooms, but atmosphere of hotel is transient not homley. After saying that the staff were helpful.

Nice hotel; great view from the room; green lawns and pool were add on. It was nice visiting here except room was little small and bed which was mentioned as king size was not so...difficult for 2 people along with kid.

What a delight. The staff was incredibly responsive. If you want it. They bring it. I felt it was a bit chilly even without the air condition. They brought hot water bottles.

This Hotel I wanted to give 4 star but had to give it a 5 star due to the people in the Hotel. I will comment about the warmth below.
What held me back was the rooms way bit smaller for the Trident name ,was bit disappointed but the room was nice and cozy.
AS WE entered. RAGHAV ,WHAT a boy, he made us sit and with the welcome drink,he took care of our check in.Raghav thanks for making our stay a comfortable one.we missed you last 2 days,wanted to take a snap but missed.
THEN comes Reha. Wow what a girl.She was really pretty girl with a wonderful smile ,always there,when we need anything from the Hotel.Thanks Reha making our stay a pleasant one and made us feel like a Noble Lord's and Ladies.

A lovely hotel with amazing service!

The rooms were tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and spacious . Service in particular was great, with all staff incredibly friendly and helpful.

It also has some beautiful views and is in close proximity to Amer Fort
We have such great experience here, and would definitely visit again.

Excellent hotel for stay and food, other recreation

Hotel which will provide you the perfect view of jal Mahal mostly. You will find foreign group.

The staff is super polite. Makes you feel really comfortable and homely. Each nd every employee is super sweet. View is amazing from the hotel. Location wise also, it s amazing as it s nearby to all the heritage places. It has a very relaxing vibe. Outdoor pool is super good nd fun. Food tastes much much better than any other hotel over there. Loved the stay.

Gorgeous property, excellent service and good food selection. Highly recommended, specially the jal Mahal view and sunrise. Staff is super cool and honest, I was notified by email from Ms. Ritu for a valuable item that was left behind after checkout.

It was quite a fabulous experience of staying in Trident. Reception,housekeeping,roomservice all staff members are very supportive .Special thanks to Mr. Saksham Dhingra. He even did more than he is supposed to.Words cannot express how much his generosity really means to us....Once again, thank you so much for the efforts he has made to make our visit enjoyable & memorable ...we never dreamt of.

This hotel located near jalmahal, apprx 3 km away from main city of jaipur

Beautifully located, the Trident is right opposite Jal Mahal with a backdrop of hills. Despite the fact that Trident is an old hotel, it still retains its charm with the service quality of the Oberoi's. You can see some signs of ageing and out dated design in furniture. But that is more than offset with service and food quality. The old city is not too fat and easily accessible but for the new areas, it is difficult drive through the city. When in Jaipur, it is a good option for a comfortable stay.
