It s totally ok. Nothing special but clean and friendly.
Chilling at the pool or playing table tennis.
I liked to drink the british garden at the pool :))

This place is awesome.. beautiful view.. good energy...only have complain about there serving of water in plastic bottles and need to improve on there food... though in room dining is great. Overall I like this place.Think of Jaipur.. think of Trident.

Trident hotels always deliver a great scale of hospitality. Trident Jaipur especially had a great and picturesque view of the jal Mahal, an iconic heritage site and a place for a morning walk. The staff here delivered their projects with excellence, and the food was a scale higher than anywhere else as well.

if you want to see this from another perspective. go towards the north side mountains for trekking.

The hotel is at a great location, right in front of a beautiful lake. In the mornings or evenings, you can go for a stroll there. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 2 nights and had most of our meals at the hotel's restaurant, Jal Mahal. The food there is AMAZING and all the people who manage the restaurant are great at their job. The rooms are comfortable and all the amenities provided at the hotel are up there with the best. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and cosy stay.the staff was very courteous. Loved the customised macaroons! Very close to most attractions and right opposite the Jal Mahal for an exquisite view!

Very nice hotel with a scenic and suitable location. The food at the hotel was as expected at the price point with nice and helpful staff.

Only negative thing i can recall from our stay was that we had to pay for a full christmas eve dinner with a "cheap" feel to the entire evening, way too loud music and corny dancing.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location with a big lake and water palace on the other side of the road and surrounded by arravali hills. For here one can approach all other monuments easily.
Little far from bus stand and railway station with lot of traffic in the old city.
It is very good kitchen with all kinds of dishes.

Unbelievable, the service here should be a model around the world. This is obviously a incredibly beautiful location and with luxury accommodations but I believe the staff sets it far and above anywhere else we've stayed in India. Another benefit is their policy on gratuities, I didn't have to walk around with cash in my pocket the whole time but could reward those that I thought were stellar at the end, so much easier!!!

Top notch hotel all round very upscale great food service location

Beautiful location, Courteous and efficient staff, comfortable stay. Because of corona some facilities are not available like swimming pool, limited entry and specified time only fitness center, spa etc...but good, comfortable and relaxing accommodation.

Nice hotel in Jaipur. Clean, attentive staff, food selection on buffet was very impressive. Pool area is a little tight, but did look to be well cared for. You can walk across the street and check out the water palace views or catch a rickshaw to downtown.

In the name of a 5 star, it wasn't even close to meeting the standards starting from the room size to the cleanliness or the food for that matter.
Room size is quite a joke and the funny part is you would be able to hear the voices from the room next to you and vice versa
Food in the price you pay is not even remotely close to being tagged as, delicious nor the buffet breakfast.
Staff at the buffet breakfast was completely discourteous and you will have to wait a longer time to get yourself heard, there were people but that's what the hotels job to meet the required headcount.

Complete dissatisfied with Trident, this hotels only and I quote only USP is being situated across the Jal Mahal lake if you are to take the lake view smaller room which they call the Deluxe room with lake view.

There are other great brands, enjoy them and don't waste a penny here, it's expensive without being worthy of the price they ask.

Nice place.. Gud fr people with small kids there is doll house and swings... And lots of activities fr kids..

The valet asked Me to park my own car and when i came back after dinner, nobody was there to bring it back! absolutely worst service and courtesy.

We had a great stay. The restaurant and house keeping staff were amazing.

Located away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the city but opposite to the lake. Very picturesque location

Best view of jal Mahal and best place to stay in Jaipur

went for dinner at jal mahal, not veey good, small spread, the perp was good but the parts were not as in like caulifer had the stem not the flowers, the staff was very courteous, the food was veey acidic, with all of our party suffering from acidty post dinner.

Fallen in love with this hotel, staff cooperative polite and helpful. Amazing swimming pool, tasty food.

I would Rate it as a 4 Star Property & Rooms are Quite Smaller then expected.
But They Won Our Heart with the Excellent Hospitality they Showed.
Thanx to Manager for Taking Extra Care of Guests & Acknowledging for the Small Lil things.
One Main Plus Point they Have is Lake Side View of JalMahal for which They Charge Extra.
A Big Lawn to Walk n Play any sports.A Separate Section for Kids Too Alloted.
Pool wasn't working coz of CORONA.
Overall a Gud experience.
