Excellent hotel with great location, outstanding service, and first-rate amenities. Rooms were tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and comfortable. Service in particular was world-class, with all staff incredibly friendly and helpful. While the price of our room was reasonable, prices at the restaurant are high (although food is outstanding) and goods at the minibar are expensive. The hotel, while listed as 5 star, also isn't quite as plush as some other 5-star hotels. Overall though, we had an outstanding experience and would visit again in a heartbeat.

Ear to ear is how you'll be grinning when you get treated to this service. Amazing staff & kitchen.

The staff here is just so friendly! Furthermore the hotel is really clean and lays at a nice neighborhood.

Beautiful view of Jal Mahal and Aravali Hills. It is situated very near to the famous Amber fort.

The view from to room is beautiful you can view jal mahal....

The hotel has awesome kids' activities and a wonderful kids club but the rooms are extremely small... And the washrooms are even smaller....

Had an awesome stay for 2 nights at Trident, Jaipur. They swept us off our feet with their excellent service. The hotel is comfortably located opposite Jal Mahal, on the way to Amber Fort. The hotel itself is very attractive and the ambience deserves special mention. Their 'Grill by the Pool' was also a wonderful experience! Truly overwhelming!

Beautiful property with a great location, right across the street from the Water Palace. Excellent service by the staff. I went across the street late at night to take a photo of the palace and one of the gate guards went with me to ensure I would be ok.

The service team is extremely good... They take care of you like babies... U just ask... They are there to help you... If you don't like anything.. Tell them... They are ready to change that without any frown on their face... They go that extra mile to please you... the ambience is good.. the hotel is centrally and strategically placed nicely opposite jal Mahal with a nice view... U can go for a walk at jal Mahal every evening...

It's the best hotel which serves beautiful breakfast.. Anju chahar and Prashant have been really very helpful.. These guys are assets to the company.. Keep up the same.

The service is superb. The front office staff,the restaurant staff and the G.M himself (Abhishek Sharma) are a very good host.
The only thing is the room size which is very small. Trident needs to think about that.

We had a wonderful stay in Trident Jaipur and it surpassed the standards set by Oberoi Group. The hotel staff was very friendly and we were overwhelmed by how they made our day special with flowers, gifts and cakes. It the place to be for a special occasion.

The buffet spread was amazing and it has a lovely big pool. A must recommended stay for all.

Hindu architecture building opposite the palace of water. Very attentive staff. Dining room with enough variety at breakfast and dinner.

Wonderful stay, while the rooms were small, the service was the warmest ever. The buffet spreads were lavish and the kids play area is superb. Lovely location and environs, and a staff that would do anything to make your stay extra special.

Nice place to spend weekend. Clean and well maintained rooms. V good staff always ready to help. Breakfast is decent with limited choices. Must try weekend dinner as chefs tries something new. 3rd and 4th floor lake view rooms are the best. Evenings at poolside with some drink gives completely different experience.

One of the best place to visit and stay in Jaipur...Very supportive and helpful staff... This hotel is known for its staff more than anything else who are more courteous and make sure that u r comfortable during your stay

I went to see my client as he stayed here but i am fully impressed the way these hotel assistants handle their customer. Amazing hospitality and wow rooms are there.
Its swimming pool is situated just behind the reception which is damn good.
