This company is irresponsible. Their clients smash into cars. Their clients are cited. It is chrystal clear that their clients are at fault; however, National Indemnity will not assume liability and provide their victims with rental car reservation to rent a car.

Great insurance company for distressed risks. National Indemnity Company will put a price to almost anything. Additionally, the cafeteria has really improved their food quality. Pizza went from barely edible to Pizza Hut level quality in the past 5 years. Warning: Cafeteria soup is very hot and could be a burning hazard.
I've used multiple insurance companies in my life and national indemnity is by far the worst. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone that even has the slightest idea of what's going on. It took them 6 hours of me calling back for them to email me a document. Now It's going on two days of waiting for a certificate of insurance after I already paid. I wish I could give 0 stars. I can't wait to leave geico and national indemnity.
They are very NOT NOT PROFESSIONAL. They need a new management. They taking forever to get one job one. Run away they will take all your money! Not recommended at all. Don t deal with them or Judy Jopling hanging my phone on me.

If you decide to open 2 separate businesses in passenger buses. They will keep both policy is the same, they say it s to save their butt, in the end it s for more money the my can take from you. I had to waste a whole week waiting on the underwriter to add my insurance to website so I can get plates. It takes 2 mins but they take their sweet time.

Worst company in the world. Brought a truck from my cousin who's business went under. This pos insurance company is stating that we are in business together. Took my 2500 to start my policy, 1 week later they said my policy would be canceled after 30 days. Not only that only 18 days after they decided to cancel my policy they send this bull to the dot which prevents me from getting loads from brokers. But they already have my 2500 bucks. Crooks at work here. They always return a call or email 15 minutes before closing as well

Worst company to write insurance with. I HOPE OTHER AGENTS READ THIS!!! On Feb 27 they reinstated a policy for client and today 03/27 they still haven't reinstated the filling with the state. I called them every other day and they just keep giving the run around with no updated info. I have talked to other agents in the area and they are telling me they have had the same experience and no longer write thru them. Wish I had known earlier, now the client has to decide to wait and lose more time or change companies and pay another huge down payment.
I got rear ended by someone that has this company. I ve given them the police report, the estimate by their adjuster, what else do you need....blood? They ve been holding my check for about a month now.
