We went there to celebrate my birthday and they really made it memorable. we had a wonderful time there. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Food is tasty. Rooms are clean and tidy. All over its fabulous.

I am shanky, I stayed in this hotel during last week on a official meeting. The hospitality provided is the best. Sepcially Mr. Rajan, Mr Yuvraj were really helpful in making our stay the most memorable one. Kudos to you both.Keep it up. You both are an asset to this Trident Group.

Comfortable. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff.. Just what Oberoi group is known for..

We stayed here with our parents and were extremely pleased with the service of this place. Location ofcourse is a great advantage and was the primary reason for us to choose this property. However, this hotel is probably at the end of its lifecycle and begging for a makeover -- bathroom tubs are chipped from every corner, faucets squeak, corridors feel ancient, rooms also desperately need fresh look .
While the place is old and in need for a renovation... I must point out that in no way this means that the hygiene or cleanliness is compromised. The hotel staff has made extra effort towards keeping the rooms clean and well sanitized during the pandemic. Every corner of the room is sanitized and marked so before they handover the keys to you. Staff is extremely warm, polite and it is the hospitality that wins one over.
The manager made an effort to visit every room collecting feedback and ensuring that the guests were comfortable.
Mr Raghav in the restaurant was super friendly, prompt and generous. He ensured a very personalized experience and went out of his way to make us feel welcomed every day.
Last but not the least...food is scrumptious.
To sum it up...fab service level, clean and hygienic space; however the owners need to consider renovating the property just like Oberoi Delhi and several others have been refreshed.

We are now at the Trident Agra and once again not disappointed in the slightest detail.

Pretty much the same as every other Oberoi/Trident. Good service and rooms.

Neat & clean. Food could have been better. The vanilla panacota tasted very plain, without much texture and depended on the blueberry syrup to hold the dessert status.

This is my first experience with Trident hotels. But after this stay I will be more comfortable with Trident because of the amazing hospitality n the safety procedures they are following in this pandemic to keep the guests safe. I was also being told that they quarantine each room for 24 hrs after every checkout. That s a really good practice. They provided a Kama Ayurveda s sanitiser in each room.
And all my requests were attended within 2-3 mins.
They provided free upgrade as well n the view from the room is so serene.
Food tastes great.

Today i m staying in this property but the staff is not comparative very bad experience and their is no facilities for driver

A little disappointed with the room. Though it's equipped with required amenities, I found it too small. The bathroom is also compact. The view from the room is fabulous. Staff is courteous. Special thanks to Mr. Abhishek Sharma, GM.

Just terrible
Service was soo bad. They pretty much forgot everything you ordered, they forget what they say also. Food was quite bad.
The manager came and apologised and gave us free dinner but we could not eat anyway. So felt quite bad to write this review. But they have to improve and no other choice to get better.

However key point is this is just and odd Trident out. Other tridents we visited were fantastic and can t crib. Service and everything was great.

Excellent location. Decent rooms and the service is ... Well... Oberoi standards are adhered to...

Awesome hotel, but they have an amazing bartender. He made our stay 10 stars. If you want a fun relaxing time visit the bar. Literally one of the coolest and nicest person I've ever met.

Had a great stay at this luxury property by Trident. Their hospitality was really up to the mark, from the time of our checkin with a really warm welcome in typical Indian style to our checkout everything was perfect. This property is flawlessly clean and beautiful be it rooms, washrooms, corridors, gardens, pool, dining everything. Cherry on top of our entire experience was the food served at buffet, in single words it s Amazing specially the desserts. It has one of the best location in Jaipur. The only drawback people could face is with parking, that is really small, but somehow they try accommodating all without much trouble. Rest everything is great. From their staff I would really like to mention few names here: Mr. Abhishek, Mr. Kunal and a lady from darjeeling at their front desk (couldn t recall her name) thanks guys. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.

The location is beautiful. Staff is very hospitable and warm. General Manager Abhishek Sharma pays personal attention to all the guests which is commendable.
