The best thing about Trident Jaipur is the fact that it is situated directly in front of the Jal Mahal Jaipur. The scenic view is amazing. You can just get out of the hotel at any time and go for a stroll at Jal Mahal Sidewalk. Tourist destinations like Amer Palace and Hawa Mahal are within 5-7km
Range of the hotel.

Now let's discuss the hotel. The hotel is like any other five star, I liked the ambience the positivity and everything, however I found the housekeeping staff to be quite busy with their work as they had to be reminded twice for everything for us to be done at our stay at trident in April 2018.

The katputli (puppet) show was pretty cool. One can joy that every day from 7pm to 10pm. Overall it was a good experience for us, a perfect weekend getaway.

Worst stay experience in Trident jaipur. Very expensive in comparision to the rooms which are very small. The window cum balcony facing garden had dirt and spider webs all over.Kids zone area is unclean and lacks regular dusting .Inspite of such a good number of staff , you have to keep waiting for ur meal to serve and have to remind multiple times to serve.I just asked for fresh lime while having dinner at pool side, even after 30 minutes and post dinner , noone came to serve me, finally I left table.

Stayed in Trident on a short business trip to Jaipur. I had late checkin scheduled around 5pm. Rudraksh from front desk made sure to take all the checkin details over the whatspp earlier during the day so that we can have a seamless checkin after the tiring journey.

Hospitality at its best! We were amazed by the hospitality of the staff here whether front office/ house Keeping / room dining / Restaurant. Being a loyal fan Oberoi's hospitality I was not at all disappointed with the Trident's hospitality.

Thanks to all members, looking forward to another opportunity to stay there

Resplendent in the hues of its magnificent past, Jaipur is one of the most vibrant, 5 star destinations in India. The capital and the largest city of Rajasthan, it was founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, in 1727. Folklore has it that in 1876, the city was painted a luxury, warm pink colour to welcome the Prince of Wales (King Edward VII). Since then, the 'pink city', as it is lovingly called, has retained its rosy blush, which has charmed travellers from around the world.

Situated near Jaipur airport and near Jaipur railway station, Trident, Jaipur is perfectly positioned to enjoy the city's landmark monuments and bustling bazaars. For leisure or business travellers to Jaipur, sightseeing and shopping are musts. Our concierge can help arrange with city tours or suggest the best places to shop.

In the name of a 5 star, it wasn't even close to meeting the standards starting from the room size to the cleanliness or the food for that matter.
Room size is quite a joke and the funny part is you would be able to hear the voices from the room next to you and vice versa
Food in the price you pay is not even remotely close to being tagged as, delicious nor the buffet breakfast.
Staff at the buffet breakfast was completely discourteous and you will have to wait a longer time to get yourself heard, there were people but that's what the hotels job to meet the required headcount.

Complete dissatisfied with Trident, this hotels only and I quote only USP is being situated across the Jal Mahal lake if you are to take the lake view smaller room which they call the Deluxe room with lake view.

There are other great brands, enjoy them and don't waste a penny here, it's expensive without being worthy of the price they ask.
