Pros. Very neat and clean Room, located just opposite Jal Mahel.
Cons. Service- In morning I called reception 4 times in 1 hour for extra bath towel and didn't receive any towel.

Great location, right across the beautiful Jalmahal, just cross the road to witness the mesmerising sunrise or moonlight. The property decor and service are truly Trident style!
Rooms: there are garden/mountain view rooms and then there are lake view rooms, both are pleasant. Clean, cosy rooms with excellent amenities, standardised across Trident group.
Amenities: The royal swimming pool, veranda and restaurant areas are the highlights.
What I missed, a rooftop experience for the view for everyone, even if one doesn t get a lake view room, that s all..

Its a nice place to stay as it has very good rooms and the room service is also good.
The staff here are lovely and the view is nice, but this is a very tired hotel for coach trips, not recognisable a Trident as we had visited in other cities.

The hotel stay was truely mesmerizing with not only extremely good services but also hospitality.The staff took good care of us as family members and from getting in the hotel to our exit, we felt preveliged to be there. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They are the reason for making the stay truely amazing. The food and buffet was having almost everything one would wish to have and special care of social distancing and serving the food was taken by the staff. The housekeeping was so good and caring that we are obliged to see how concerned they were with our room and stay. I still remember a staff member on 4th floor Ankit who even gifted us a surprise gift to add to the beautiful stay.

The location of trident is actually very beautiful. It is situated in front of jal mahal which is a tourist spot of jaipur itself. The early morning sunrise at jal mahal is unforgettable. The service I'll say more than average, fast.
Front office staff is rude, don't want to listen your concerns. Food is good, not very large spread you can expect here. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Don't want to visit her again.

The hotel has awesome kids' activities and a wonderful kids club but the rooms are extremely small... And the washrooms are even smaller....
Food Portion are small perhaps meant for only one pax based on the price the quantity is too less ...rest is all ok as we had only gone for dinner
