Very friendly welcome, immediately a clear offer and choice of stairs in their beautiful showroom. We immediately chose and signed.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service, they offer anything but a solution, do not think along with you as a customer and on top of that, they are customer unfriendly. Customer = king does not count for problems here. Apologies such as "this is in the wood" or "the staircase in the showroom has been there for 2 years and is discolored" are brought up in discussions to be right. In case of problems you will absolutely NOT be helped here.

I bought a staircase in oak 8 years ago. No regretted. Good quality and perfectly finished. Did all contractors work this way ... An example for many

2 folding attic stairs were installed. The installers were very neat workers, and the finishing is extremely professional. There was a loud squeak of the springs, an appointment was quickly made and the problem was immediately resolved! They are customer-friendly! It is definitely recommended!

Three companies visited before and ultimately opted for Stairs Smet because of their expertise and unique stairs (seen nowhere else oblique stair noses). Measurement and final placement was extremely knowledgeable. The stairs and especially the finish around the stairwell are of high quality.

A quotation requested on batibouw. Still not received after 2 months. After telephone contact they started calling us back when the price offer would be ready. We have never heard of it again. Because of this we decided to work together with another company for the stairs.
