Very dissatisfied with the customer service, they offer anything but a solution, do not think along with you as a customer and on top of that, they are customer unfriendly. Customer = king does not count for problems here. Apologies such as "this is in the wood" or "the staircase in the showroom has been there for 2 years and is discolored" are brought up in discussions to be right. In case of problems you will absolutely NOT be helped here.
