Excellent experience. Plenty of tours options including a free one just good enough.

Got a limited behinds the scenes look, and it was one of the cooler things I've seen. That being said I've been many places and done a lot of things.
Free visit with a photo op with the clydesdales! Oh and they mentioned something about beer.
Bought two tickets to get free beer and the souvenir glasses. Didn t receive anything. The lines were stupid long by the time you d get to the front you d been in line for 1 hour. The staff wasn t accommodating at all. The entire event was poorly organized.
I want my money back but their customer service sucks and won t respond back to inquiries.
Beautiful place, tour guides Gabrielle and kaci were great. Free beer with lunch a great end to the tour.
This was a nice experience knowing all about the beer and the Clydesdale horses .. had a nice meal before the tour . Really recommend a visit if around
It was such a great evening. The brewery is probably the one in the town. It serves really good beer and vibe is great.
The crows that evening here was so good. It was a really joyous one .
THE FOOD WAS ALSO GOOD.
First time to see the Christmas lights at the brewery. Beautiful and very well done. Though we did not participate, there were lots of experiences to choose from.
Brewery lights was pretty but we waited in long lines for everything & nothing was marked well. We paid $57.00 for items we didnt want to wait in lines hours for.
AB is NOT the best beer in America, nor is it even close. HOWEVER, Anheuser Busch is iconic and embodies the spirit of America in every bottle, can, or keg.
You should tour AB to see a breathtaking display of marketing, sound management decisions, and economies to scale. I enjoy visiting this factory, will do so again in the future.
Staff was extremely knowledgeable. They made the trips like a machine running smoothly. Will recommend reserve online. 9am ones will be great due to fewer people. Beer was delicious on tap. Strongly recommend. Will try the beermaster tour next time.
Not much on brewery tour. Only saw big fermentation tanks in making beer. That's it. No bottling/canning. Said that was a different tour for $10.
I love this place more and more each time I visit. We took one of the tours and didn't regret it, best to do with a group of friends. Then the food is amazing and atmosphere just as great. I cannot believe that this place is in my own town!
Then for the holidays, this place is amazing to go with a date or just the kids! It is amazing.
We took the horses and heritage tour. I loved bieng able to touch and get pictures with the Clydesdales. I wish we would've had more time at the school house museum. Our tour guides could've been a little more enthusiastic. The brewery tour we took last year was a lot more interesting to me.
My friends and I spent Saturday evening here, and loved it! We did the 40 minute tour, and it was great! Our guides were both friendly and knowledgeable. At the end of the tour you also get a token for a free pint of beer. I tried the Mango Tart (guide recommended) and loved it. All of the beer was so fresh and the atmosphere of the outdoor patio area was great. I plan to visit every time I visit St. Louis!
Great tours with free samples...what more could you want?
What a wonderful experience! We met one of the Clydesdales! Beautiful horse. They had beer, food, games, history of Budweiser recipes, and things to buy. Most of it is free. You really have to check it out for yourself. This is an ultimate way to spend a Saturday. You can even bring children, how cool is that? Our family had a blast. There are a lot of people so get ready for that shocker. Get in early to beat the others. You will enjoy yourself!
One of the great tours I've gone on for a brewery. Very cool and interesting and verifies why Budweiser is my favorite national beer!
Our entire family, kids and all, went here for Father's day and had so much fun! Seeing the official AB horses was pretty neat. You are given a token near the end of the free tour to turn in for a 16 ounce beer. If you aren't of age they provide soda. Highly recommend going! There is a beer garden, store, and sit down restaurant. Nice way to relax.
They offer two types of brewery tours here, a complimentary tour and the Beer-master tour which has a $30 fee associated. I have personally been on both the tours and felt the Beer-master to be more exciting. The whole thing takes about 2 or 2 n half hours and you get to see the inside of many building in detail and up close. This will be one of the few times you will get to drink the most freshest Budweiser ever. We had a chance to drink off a huge tank that was brewed a few hours ago.
After the tour you also get all you can drink beer in a private lounge.
Beware of the walk and its worth it.
It was cool , it was fun, finding a place to park was fun, lots of rude drivers... but I expected that, being it's the 23rd of December.... Very crowded , restrooms wait for 20 minutes , and some more rude people, Merry Christmas I said to them... and got nothing ... once will be enough for our family.... been there, saw that,
Did the Beermaster tour. Very worth it. A little pricey on the first look but for the amount of stuff you get worth it. We got a glass and a hat but the amount of beer you get makes it. We also got a discount at the gift shop. Seeing the different processes for making the beer was cool. Sean, our tour guide, was great. Funny, quick with a comeback, and was very knowledgable. It was $35 and around 2 and a half hours. Very cool.
I thought that since I'd be getting the beer straight from the source it would taste better. Nope. The Anheuser brand will forever be trash beer that kids slam down at parties. I give them 5 stars because I respect where the company comes from and the hard work it took to become this big. The tour was good and all completely free so it's worth doing if you're in town.
the tour is magnificent, pretty educational, but my guess is the FREE BEER is the real draw.
last time we were here, I saw people taking their wedding photos in and around the campus of the brewery. now THAT'S some deep brand loyalty
We had a great time on the tour, it was quick and friendly informative. You cant walk around with your samplings which is weird cause its a beer company right ??? Either way tour was cool dont ask too many questions cause its chop chop and the tour guid has many more after you lol but we would definitely come back here and will bring friends to see !!!
Folks behind the counter our rude tours are full and there's not enough staff or tours do it not a good experience would never drink or buy another Ab product again
Maria our tour guide was amazing. Even though it was only her third summer touring she was amazing and very knowledgeable about everything. She gave us an amazing time that we will never forget.
So much fun for myself and my 16 year old son! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff from the customer service desk, the tour guide, stable workers, brewery, and gift shop! Definitely will be back!
Even with the Cub fans showing up, it was an interesting tour. All the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.
Brew master tour is awesome!! Definitely worth checking out if you're around!
Very nice museum and tour. The waiting time is big, but this is not very hard to spend it trying some samples of beer served for free or paying for beers and soft drinks in the restaurant.
Good tour ,but at the end of the tour hostess seated us then 25 min. later still no waitress we left, seems people don't care ,rude!!!!!
Best tour in town highly recommend. Do you want an even better tour, take the museum tour for 15 bucks....
best hour and a half of the weekend.
St Louis gem! Free tours! This place add value to St Louis global business economics!
This place was so not family friendly. There are no signs where anything is and crazy long lines. If you are going there with a group to drink it seems ok.
Great time, enjoyed our visit and tour. Free beer at the end is a huge plus. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend if in St. Louis area.
I've taken friends and family here for years, as well as gone ourselves. It's great to see the history of Anheuser Busch, and the free beer doesn't hurt. :-)
Amazing experience for all ages. Beer for the adults, snacks, make your own s'mores, $1 hot chocolates, plus lots of games for the kids, ice skating, train rides, several fire pits and the Biergarten with festive self guided tours around this wonderful historic facility.
We toured AB and had a great time ! There is so much history remaining today. The tour guides were knowledgeable and fun. Beer tasting, ample parking, the staff was helpful in directing you where to go.
This place was amazing the horses were beautiful. They even brought one out for kids to touch. The people are so nice and funny.
We did 2 tours today & they were very nice. I enjoyed the tours & can't wait to go to the premium tour...
The store was awesome! The bar/grill was awesome! The Clydesdales were awesome! The overall feeling of the property was mind blowing!
It was an amazing time for the whole family! And who can forget the beer testing!!
Took the tour, loved the architecture. The beergarten was fantastic as well.
This visit was worth the trip. Very good value. They have certainly worked out all the kinks for the tour, it was smoothly run. The restaurant was great and our waiter have us a lot of suggestions for things to see while we were in town. I would highly recommend this even if you don't like beer.
Family will is visit the USA and see that giant Clock Tower
I took the Beermaster Tour at the St. Louis brewery last week with my girlfriend. It was a first time for both of us. It was absolutely awesome and we are looking forward to doing it again sometime. We might even make it a yearly thing. Hailey, our tour guide, was friendly and funny. The tour is quite informative and there are also many different things to be seen regarding the history of Anheuser-Busch, in addition to seeing how the beer is made. I highly recommend visiting for a tour.
If this guy's don't like there jobs why even come to work. Stay at home where you won't have to deal with no one. And let those who do want to do there job do there job
A couple tours available. The one I took was 45 minutes and completely free. The tour comes with a sample beer and one free at the end of the tour.
Website states the tours are open on Sundays. Just walked toward the tour entrance and got yelled at by a rude rent a cop. He could have started with the words "Hey, sorry, we're closed today." But he was a total ass instead. Would have come back tomorrow but have absolutely no desire to return.
Free beer and the food at the in house restaurant is good if a little slow at times (which just give you more time to savor the beer).
What a wonderful event. It was pleasant mingling among people of all ages and genders who were polite and considerate of others.
Activities for families and folks who are dating. Thank you Anheuser Busch for making this all possible
The free tour was interesting, and we got to go to the Clydesdales stable, which was awesome. The only thing g that would have made it 5 stars is if we for to see the bottling plant. Maybe the paid tour gets you in there
Honestly, from a primarily craft Brew drinker. It was a fun experience, and bud fresh is actually not bad.
Lots of fun. Free beer for drinkers. Luckily we caught the first free tour of the day so we could take a little more time. Tour guide was great. They run tours about every 20 minutes and they are efficient. The brewery is huge and it was great to see the Clydesdales and their rigs.
Ugh, between the disorder in the lobby and the $30 Bud Light stocking hat I was treated to a poorly functioning HVAC system. Cold air blasted in each time the doors opened. It wasn't even interesting and it's hard to get tickets to the tour.
I think a little less of Anheuser-Busch now (didn't think that was possible).
Awesome brewery. Beers are good, location is cool. The space is large, casual, and fun. Everybody at this place was so happy and it was all a joyous evening.
I've been to the brewery twice since moving to St Louis. The first time we did "Beer School" and the free tour, the second time we did the "Bud Light Tour." Both tours were fun and they gave out free beer samples to those over 21. At the end of each tour you are given a token to get a free beer of your choice at the bar. The food in the restaurant/bier garden was excellent both times I went. Highly recommend for beer lovers!
The Anheuser-Busch Brewery Tour is a must if you are visiting St Louis. The tour guides are funny, enthusiastic, and informative as they explain the history and process of making "America's favorite beer". Upon completion of the FREE tour they give out wooden nickels good for one FREE beer at one of the two onsite beertaps( There is nothing better than FREE beer). Super fun place full of history and of course BEER.
We did the beer master tour and saw the entire process of making the beer. We got to taste test it after the first fermentation process to see what it's like without the carbonation. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The nice thing about the beer master tour is there's a cap at 10 people so you don't have to fight a crowd everywhere. At the end, we got to drink beer directly from the giant tank. That was really awesome. While we waited for the trolley, we got to try any of the beers they make too. Definitely worth the money and was an awesome experience.
Website states the tours are open on Sundays. Just walked toward the tour entrance and got yelled at by a rude rent a cop. He could have started with the words "Hey, sorry, we're closed today." But he was a total ass instead. Would have come back tomorrow but have absolutely no desire to return.
Had a WONDERFUL fun filled time at the brewery. Tom was our tour guide. He was friendly and informative. Ate lunch there and had great server named Jessie. Take the Brew Master tour it is well worth the time and money!
Great place; fascinating history. Loved the Clydesdales.
This was so much fun. We did the free tour and ate/drank afterwards. There was so much to see!
