TRAK GROUP Review

I recently got a job through this agency and so far the job is great but the service i recieved from Trak is horrible. Beth was really nice and helpful for the first couple of days but now that i got the job she wont even return my calls or emails. My direct deposit was "messed up" and i asked why and she told me she would let me know why but i have heard from her since. That was a week ago. Unprofessional as can be. Im sure you can find a better job agency in cincinnati.

Nothing but the best! I was contacted by a recruiter less than 48 hours after applying for a position online, and had an interview scheduled for the next day. Everything came across as very professional- from Andi s welcoming smile in the lobby to the layout of the modern waiting room. They definitely maintain a high level of expectations, both for their own employee s, and the candidates they interview as well. After my interview, I was given contact information for each person I met with, and was told if I did not hear from them within three days to contact them directly. Less than a day later, I was contacted and offered the position at a higher salary than I expected! All of the recruiters within The TRAK Group are very professional and willing to go out of their way to get the job done, something you DON T see very often in a hiring and staffing firm! I will definitely recommend them to family, friends, or anyone I come across looking for a job!

I have had the best experience with trak group. Morgan found me like the perfect job that I love and can see myself here for a very long time. I even went and recommended my cousin to her and she found her a job that she loves as well. I will most definitely be sending anyone that I know that is looking for a place of employment her way!!!

I continued to tell my recruiter Heather how unhappy I was at the company. My complaints fell on deaf ears. She ignored my phone calls and I had to find me another job with no help from her. I complained for months before i started looking on my own. I left the position and Heather said her company can't help me anymore. So unprofessional

Trak exceeded my expectations. Beth Taylor was fantastic. She walked me through every step. I felt very nervous about the interview, but her advice was spot on. I nailed the interview and was hired within a few days. Since I began my new job she checks on me periodically to see how things are going. Thank you so much, Beth!

After reading some of the reviews here, I m not that surprised by the brief but definitely lasting experience here. I was contacted this morning by a Morgan who left me a voicemail regarding a fantastic opportunity after she came across my resume!

Okay. Odd. I don t usually apply for staffing agencies after my partner went through one and they screwed him.

So I decided to oblige Morgan for all it would be worth. I call the number she left for me and I m greeted by a sweet voice on the other end. I quickly explain my situation: I received your voicemail but I don t recall applying for their company.

She explains that I placed an application on their main website in April and, while they NEVER contacted me regarding that mystery position (she literally would not tell me what I applied for), she had a fantastic opportunity for me with another company now!....in AUGUST.

On top of that, she spoke down on parts of my resume like it was something dirty, parts of my resume that were my favorites places to be, and that solidified for me that this agency was just uhhhh.....not for me lol.

UPDATE: After 2 1/2 months I was finally contacted by Kiva. I am amending my review since she at least finally reached out. While she offered to still help in my search for a new position, after some thought I have decided not to deal with this company again. While there may have been some miscommunication about the Kinexa testing, the fact that no one reached out or followed up for so long still gives me pause for working with them. I am changing my 1 star review to 2 stars.

1st REVIEW (Nov 2018): Apparently they use the old "bait and switch" game. Kiva called me and set up an interview for this really good paying job in my field. The interview went great, but she didn't seem to want to talk much about the job I was applying for. That was the 1st red flag. Then she told me she would send me the Kinexa tests. I didn't receive them and she didn't reply to my calls or emails for over a week. When she finally did reply she said the Kinexa tests were down but that she would send them soon. Then she ghosted me again. I haven't heard from her in over a week. I'd give zero stars if I could. These types of companies give staffing companies a bad name.

I had the most wonderful experience with TrakGroup's Business Development Manager, Rachel. It is an understatement to say that Rachel is the absolute BEST. From our very first conversation Rachel went above and beyond to help and support me in every way possible. Changing careers and job-hunting can be incredibly challenging (to put it mildly), and Rachel played the most integral role in not only finding the perfect position for me, but helping me to land the role. She coached and prepped me for interviews, advocated for me to employers, and was there for me every single step of the way through the hiring process. Rachel helped me to get hired for a job that I am truly thrilled about and I could not be more grateful to her!

I applied for a job on Indeed, was contacted by David L. and he assured me that he could help in my job search. I drove all the way to their office for an initial interview and took the computer evaluations then NOTHING from him again until I had to place several calls and emails. I am assuming that they get paid by the number of people they drag into the office or number of resumes they collect. Very disappointed with my experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Kiva was my recruiter and I have been happily employed for over a year at my placement! Kiva even calls every once and again to make sure things are working out. I am very happy with the service I received from them.

An amazing company with even better employees. I had trouble with other recruitment groups, like getting back in touch with me ect. But Tina at Trak was almost always in contact and actually returned phone calls/emails! Tina had gotten me 2 interviews and a job in less than a month. Tina was very helpful and guided me every step of the way. I'm so glad I came across Tina and the Trak group.

I love this firm! Very Professional and quick. Chris Brosey is my recruiter and he is amazing. I couldn't have been happier. Finding a new job is stressful and I've given other agencies a try, none compare to the level of commitment this firm has to finding the right fit. Thank You!

Morgan Brown took great care of me from beginning to end. She listened to what I was looking for in an employer, she kept me updated, and she stayed by my side in my first weeks at my new dream job. I mean, she found a place that was less than a mile from my house when I told her that being close to my work was important to me. She made sure I was prepared for every professional interaction and truly cared.

I had nothing but a pleasant experience with the TRAK group. There were a few things here and there that could have been solved through more communication on both parts. Anyway, my profile was taken over by Taylor after a previous recruiter left and she was amazing. She was honest with me, and put forth a lot of effort to try and get me to where I wanted to be employment and pay wise. I'm a very picky person, and probably not always the easiest for a recruiter to work with. However, she was always professional and honest. I had landed a job through her, but of course COVID had other plans. Despite the set back, she was always pleasant to work with and shows that she truly cares. The job hunt, for me at least, is a very stressful experience. They will get you the interview if your experience fits the employer, prepare/prep you for it, and then it's up to you.

I'm very sad to say that this place is pretty unprofessional. The recruiter I worked with was amazing in the beginning but then after I went on an interview she set up for me I never heard back from her. I didn't even get a follow up on how the interview went. I've tried reaching out multiple times to not only her but her manager as well and I've had no luck. They let voicemails, texts, and emails all go without any kind of response. You're better off searching for something on your own. As sad as I am to say this, I will never consider them again in the future.

Fake postings beware!! Unprofessional recruiters who care nothing about you just numbers, soooo many better agencies people, that care about placing you. I will be reaching out to the BBB due to false advertisement and there is proof!

Morgan Brown was very helpful and found a position for me in a timely manner. Answered all my questions and helped me prepare for my interview. Always answered my calls and emails it was a pleasure working with her.

Horrible company, they won t ever return your calls and if they do it will be days later. On top of that have fun trying to get your paycheck. Never again!

These people will not leave me alone. I spoke to one of their recruiters years ago and they have called me constantly ever since, to the point where I've blocked their number. They STILL call and leave voicemails on a weekly basis saying they have a great opportunity for me. I wouldn't call them to place me if I was living in a box on the street!

I had a friend recommend them who had a wonderful experience. I have tried to work with them twice, including going in for interviews with them. They have been completely silent both times since.
This last time I emailed and called several times and received one email asking for clarification. Which was two months ago.
Terrible communication and will not respond to repeated attempts to contact.

Are they still in business? They are the worse company in Cincinnati. Stay away from these morons. They will sell you out, lie to you, and the best job placement you will get with them is a small borderline scam company.

I personally have had nothing but amazing experiences with TRAK. I worked directly with Heather Gabbard, who I recommend to anyone on the search for a career. The job hunt is a brutal experience but Heather made me feel confident and gave me all the tools I needed to land and rock an interview. It is always helpful to have an experienced recruiter on your side. I cannot rave enough about my current position. While I have no plans of leaving anytime soon, when I am ready, Heather and TRAK will be my first call.

It seems like they get paid for every resume they get, NOT if they place you. No help at all.

Heather Gabbard was my recruiter. She was amazing helping me find the perfect Job. I really felt like she genuinely cared and was very helpful in preparing for the interview and what to expect. She has always responded quickly to emails and calls. Heather helped make finding a job a less stressful experience.
