UPDATE: After 2 1/2 months I was finally contacted by Kiva. I am amending my review since she at least finally reached out. While she offered to still help in my search for a new position, after some thought I have decided not to deal with this company again. While there may have been some miscommunication about the Kinexa testing, the fact that no one reached out or followed up for so long still gives me pause for working with them. I am changing my 1 star review to 2 stars.

1st REVIEW (Nov 2018): Apparently they use the old "bait and switch" game. Kiva called me and set up an interview for this really good paying job in my field. The interview went great, but she didn't seem to want to talk much about the job I was applying for. That was the 1st red flag. Then she told me she would send me the Kinexa tests. I didn't receive them and she didn't reply to my calls or emails for over a week. When she finally did reply she said the Kinexa tests were down but that she would send them soon. Then she ghosted me again. I haven't heard from her in over a week. I'd give zero stars if I could. These types of companies give staffing companies a bad name.
