I recently got a job through this agency and so far the job is great but the service i recieved from Trak is horrible. Beth was really nice and helpful for the first couple of days but now that i got the job she wont even return my calls or emails. My direct deposit was "messed up" and i asked why and she told me she would let me know why but i have heard from her since. That was a week ago. Unprofessional as can be. Im sure you can find a better job agency in cincinnati.
