This class was horrible! The authors were long winded and took forever to get to the point. Not to mention each page was timed, and would not let you pass until the timer went off. Seriously slow and painful. I would not recommend 360 training to anyone! Seriously a waste of money and time!

I d have to strongly agree with previous one star reviews. A family member of mine did not receive his card in the mail after passing the OSHA 30 online course. He reached out to Janell at customer support to ask for his card and they told him it was sent and that he received it. If he received it, why would he call asking for it to be sent? So then, customer support Says that he will have to pay $59 to get his card replaced! The customer hotline was also called and this call goes to a foreign country where the agent tells my family member that he, the agent, will have to get approval from Janell! What the hell?! Has anyone called the Texas State Attorney General s Office yet? With all of these bad reviews of fraud, I d think they might be interested in investigating this company. Who would even want to take the chance to send $59 because you still probably WONT receive your card, and they ll just keep your money and insist that you did. Also, take note of the responses from the company. They are all exactly the same canned response. This is a game to make everyone think that the company is trying to rectify everyone s complaints, but who has actually gotten a resolution? What does the company have to lose by simply sending a plastic card that probably costs no more than a buck and a stupid stamp? Oh ya. They d lose the $59 that they were trying to scam him out of to begin with!

Needed OSHA certification for employment. Completed course. Satisfied with the very thorough course. According to the website I would receive official certification in four to eight weeks. Four weeks later received a call from the company asking how the course was going. The person had no idea I completed the course. Week and a half later (5 1/2 weeks after completion) an email was sent to me stating "Congratulations on completing the 10 Hour Construction Industry Outreach course. We have submitted your completion to OSHA for approval and are awaiting their response (process time for OSHA is about 4 weeks)." 5 1/2 weeks + 4 weeks = 9 1/2 weeks. If you need certification I would suggest using another company. I would rate @ 1/2 stars if available.

NEVER use this company for your MCE renewals. I don't even think they are located anywhere inside the United States of America. They do not report your MCE class hours to TREC. You basically have no recourse for their failed actions... Waste of Money, Waste of Time... The picture is where they claim their business is in Austin, TX.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING WORK WITH 360TRAINING. I won't go into excruciating detail (unless you DM me at my gmail here), but in short the 360Training staff were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional during our 6-week engagement as they interviewed me for a job that they said they would "consider creating" for me. They asked me to do 3 hours of FREE work for a "technical interview," then ghosted me for 5 weeks. I emailed 7 times and called 5 times, only getting a response 5 weeks later. "I am sorry," he told me, "I will put this in front of my manager immediately and he should get back to you tomorrow." 8 DAYS LATER, and I had to call twice more just to get a response. What was the response? "I didn't like the work you submitted, but I'll let my boss decide. If you DO NOT GET A CALL in the next 2-3 days, then consider it a REJECTION." Who DOES that? Who "rejects" a candidate after 6 weeks by simply NEVER contacting them? I am now instantly empathetic of the dozens on Google and Glassdoor that report that 360Training has "terrible customer service." Not only do they have "terrible customer service," but they don't even treat their own employees (or at least interviewees) with any decency, timeliness, or respect! I can give more details to those who are curious. I just want everyone to know that my interactions with CredForce America have been far more positive, and I would be happy to hear people direct their patronage towards their platform insteand.

I signed up for the real estate license after I was told it was more interactive than PDF. As soon as I had access I noticed that it was ALL PDF s.. I immediately (within 10 minutes of ordering) called, which their system was down, so I got on live chat and sent an email to get a refund. I was told as long as I sent an email within 72 hours telling the reason why I wanted a refund, I would receive that refund. Well, needless to say, a week later, after 4 emails and 3 chat sessions, I STILL do NOT have a refund. No response to my emails, nothing. EXTREMELY frustrating and unprofessional, given the fact I paid $400 for something I haven t been using, and I can t get my real estate license anywhere else until I get a refund. They are so difficult to deal with, and the fact it has been so hard to get a email returned is unbelievable. Would love to get my money back!!!!

Definitely do not recommend! The audio and visual was glitchy in the online course, there were errors in the quiz, and after completing 10hrs of video and lecture to prepare for the final exam, it turned out there were several things on the exam that were NEVER covered in the course. -- As far as quiz errors and customer service, this is what happened: I found that there were multiple errors in the answer for one of the quizzes. When I brought it to their attention (with screenshots that showed how their course text and quiz answer differed) I was repeatedly brushed aside, told that the course was approved by the state, and that the quiz didn't matter anyway since it was ungraded. But I wasn't able to move onto the next chapter until I successfully answered the quiz correctly. It took 10 days, six emails, and two phone calls before I finally reached someone who would take the time to look at the screenshots. When they did, they realized immediately that there was indeed an error. When I emailed the manager of the customer support to express my frustration about the staff who had been brushing me off, it was clear that she too couldn't care less. There was absolutely nothing of value to this service and we definitely will do all future trainings elsewhere.

I never thought there is a company can the horrible service like 360training. And this website is still existing. Don't make the payment unless you are really ready for taking online course. Come here to check their review first, then you know how bad their service is. I got a spam email from a classroom service with cheap price. I received a commercial email about the renew courses. I don't know how you all know my email address. And I kind of accidentally click the link. I don't know this belongs 360training. I thought it is a real classroom. But it is not. I cannot take online since I have a full time job and two kids to taking care of. They don't want to refund the payment and said there is a three day policy. There is not the policy anywhere from receipt, email and their website to order. I called them a few times. I didn't download, read and sale their online material. They don't want to refund. I have to order different course from local provider. I paid twice for this renew courses. They kind of mad a trap and try to phishing. Anyway, this company is horrible. Don't pick them.

Stay away. Finished the marketing course was in the process of final exam and their system stopped working at question 48. Contacted the company 2 times on chat and then called did want was told to do and my test was then reported as incomplete and the next exam was started. You only get two tries before you have to take the whole course again.

There are a number of other real estate education providers to chose from. This company does not provide quality education. Of course it's moderately pricier than some of the other options, such as real estate express or champions of real estate (highly recommend) as well. With licensing education, the quality is what will ultimately decide whether you're able to pass the State and National Exams. I love doing online courses because it's a breeze, however, if you're not able to cover the bases sufficiently - you could be out plenty of money and with NO CUSTOMER GUARANTEE, forced to re-take all of the courses again (depending on your state requirements). Waisting your precious time and money. That's just if you want to get the license quickly! If you care about the education... forget about it!! This company does not even come close to offering content that will help your expertise compared to its competitors. Highly recommend other education institutions.

The prefect example of "Smoke and Mirrors". The web site looks great, you receive e-mail when you have a complaint and their review they brag about shows 44 to 5 stars. ALLL A LIE. They do not respond to complaints, do not process certificates, tests are graded incorrectly. Basically worthless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had no issues UNTIL I called their "Customer Support" and I was given multiple phone numbers to call and the scripted "I'm sorry sir, but we dont have the access or capabilities to assist you call this number xxx-xxx-xxxx" This happened several times and transferred multiple times. Then changed it up to "We will have our support team call you" . If I could give negative stars I would. I spent a lot of money purchasing the OSHA 10 and MSHA courses for my employees to take, and now looking elsewhere.

I completed a course and NONE of my work was saved. I was told instead of selecting "EXIT" I needed to select the "HEART" to save my spot. I went back and redid the course AGAIN. I selected the heart and then exit the course. I went back in the third time and NONE of my work was saved. They will not give me a refund and I found another company to go through. Terrible program and waste of money. I wouldn't even say they are 1 star.

Scam. Half the website didn't work when I tried setting up for two of our workers to take courses. Talked to two people. One said I didn't have authority to set up the account..no one else in the company was dealing with them. They said some bs about no returns after 3 days of payment. I emailed them for them to set up the account then. They have ignored my emails. Calling our credit card company to see what they can do about the charge. Anyone know where to take refresher OSHA courses?? smh

DON'T USE. THEY WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY. we purchased an exam and training for a food safety certification. After doing so the company changed the policy from being a proctored test(meaning we can use a webcam and take the test online) to only able to use a testing site. Unfortunately where we live the closest testing site is a 4 hour drive. I explained this over and over again to every person on their customer service department... which conveniently dot not accept incoming calls ( wonder why) I was met with a brick wall of not caring everytime. I have since taken to calling the better business bureau to hopefully have any chance of recovering our investment. In short dont waste your money use a different service. I know we will be in the future.

This company should be reported to TREC. The course material is overly labor intensive for the CE -98hrs. Each manual/course is well in excess of 300 pages. The progression review questions do not represent the question on the close book exams. I WASTED over $375 for the course. PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

I bought a 3 class package to get licensed in real estate. When i tried to start my first class i was confused because i clicked on the page and it took you to a pdf to download. I then clicked on a few more pages thinking i would get to the interactive online class and the next page was a test. The directions said to complete the test and didnt explain that it was an end of class test. I clicked on a few questions thinking maybe it was an initial assessment of knowledge before the actual class started then realized that thats the whole class. A pdf download which you have to study on your own and then a test. I called within a half hour of purchasing the class to tell them i didn't like the format and wanted a refund and was told i would get a refund as long as i canceled within 72 hours. I was then emailed that i do not qualify for a refund because i started the test. You are not allowed to look around the website class to otherwise they say you have started it and therefore do not get a refund. Horrible policy and customer service. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. This company's policies are designed to rip people off with a bad product. I will never use this company in the future. I cannot believe they would keep my 115.00 dollars during this whole covid-19 situation when i called so quickly to cancel. I did go to another company and purchase the 3 class package for a better price and its an interactive program.

I do not recommend 360training primarily on the grounds that they do not effectively support users of their service. The online training modules themselves were ok. Varying levels of quality between topics but overall ok. The problems are their LONG delay in posting completion results to your governing body (TREC in my case) and their absolute lack of anything that could be called support. All you get when you call is a call center in the Philippines with marginal conversational English ability and a dogged determinism to recite their provided scripts regardless of what your question or need is. The common response is that your question/issue has been logged and someone will get back to you in 48-72 hours. Ridiculous. There are too many other options for training. My recommendation is that you not fall for whatever these guys try to sell you. Go somewhere else.

Registered a new employee for Online MSHA training. Web page points out you get a Certificate of Completion, but it's not the MSHA 5000-23 Certificate. That is buried in the FAQs. Employee trained found errors on several of the course material. This is a clever bait and switch con. Be very careful and read every word on the website, not just the bullet points and sales pitch. And, read the reviews. I should have...

DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!! I d give this company negative 5 stars if I could. I never received my OSHA 30 card after I did the training. I sent an email to customer support explaining the situation and they said they sent me my card. After a couple of emails, the lady emailing me said I could request a replacement card for $59. This company is solely in it for the money, not for helping people succeed. I ve been taken advantage of, don t let 360training take advantage of you! Can I please get the phone numbers for CEO Tom Anderson and Samantha Montalbano COO / Managing Partner? Or a phone number for someone who actually cares to send me my OSHA 30 card? -Unsatisfied Customer

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've been hung up on when they didn't have the answers to questions. I've tried their live chat, email, and phone. Never dealt with people so grossly incompetent or rude. REALTORS BEWARE! Go spend your money elsewhere for your SAE and legals.

I purchased continuing education courses or real estate. I have had trouble logging in. I have to open an incognito window to gain access. Their system times out while I a reviewing the course material. I tried to take an proctored exam. The first time I waited 20 mins. The second time I waited an hour. I reached out to customer service to find a resolution. One person told me what she "thought" could be the problem. I asked again for a resolution. I was told they were doing the best they could with the pandemic and she ended the conversation. I reached out again to customer service. They tried to troubleshoot, actually asked me to troubleshoot including checking the internet speed. After it was determined that the problem was not on my end, I requested a refund and they refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor. After explaining that I was physically unable to complete the exam, they still refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak to the that person's supervisor and was told, "I am the supervisor". He also would not listen to me but raised his voice and spoke over me. Also, I continue to received marketing emails from them although I requested in writing that they quit sending those and unsubscribed.

One star is one star too many! This is the WORST online education platform I have ever used. It was SO BAD, I couldn't complete even one class and asked for a refund after using it one day. It the platform was awful, the customer service is WORSE! Every time I talk to them they lie to me! Three weeks later - no return calls, no return emails, no refund. I hope this review saves someone else this aggravation!

I wish I would have looked at these reviews before spending my money on this. It truly is a one-star program and company, and I missed a huge red flag when I signed up! I signed up for a course and saw on their website that they had a 10% off discount. I entered the discount code, and it didn t work. I used their help chat feature and told the rep it didn t work. The rep said that the discount code was expired. When I explain that I was currently looking at the code on their website while talking to them, they said that it was expired and there was nothing they could do (basically repeated what they d typed previously). Then one of those pop ups that asks for your email in exchange for 10% off popped up, so I entered my email and I got the 10% off that way. It was all good at that point bc this was much cheaper than SafeServ, which is what I was originally recommended to use. Although customer service wasn t helpful, I figured it was a bit cheaper (talking about $40 cheaper with the discount), and I just needed to get started with the course. Well... then there was the course. The information for the Food Manager Safety Certificate is presented in two ways: 1) 30 second slides that are read to you (and you have to click Next every 30 seconds to get to the next slide); and click and drag-type activities that require you to run Flash. There are no videos, no change in teaching styles, nothing. It is a bare-bones platform that requires you to click Next at the end of every slide, so you can t even let it run and listen to it play while you do other things. After all, the they are just reading to you - no helpful pictures to look at and no meaningful activities to solidify what you re learning or help those who learn by doing grasp the content. The voice that reads, the content itself, and the end of lesson assessments are okay, but you would have had to sit through these boring and monotonous lessons to get to them. Then there s the Flash part. As those of us who use Safari know, not everyone has access to Flash. Therefore, I can t do any of the activities in my phone or tablet. When I use Chrome on my desktop, I have to click to allow Flash to run literally EVERY TIME we use it which is about 2-3 times per lesson. Then there s the notification that Chrome won t support Flash in Dec 2020 that I have to click out of every time it asks to run it. It s a hassle for such a worthless activity. But what made me actually sit down and write this review before even finishing the program is this email I received from them saying that I could get a rebate if I call their customer service number by Oct 31 to switch my exam from in person to online proctoring. I received the email on Sept. 30 and called them on Oct. 6. When I called, the rep said that the online proctoring was not available, I should have called earlier as the seats were filled by those who called before me, and they ll contact me if it becomes available again. Their email stated NOTHING about limited seats, or the deal being first come-first served. All it said and all I went off of was what WAS in the email, which was that the deal was real and lasted until Oct. 31. I sent a reply to the email as well because they need to either honor their email or send a correction email to let everyone know that they aren t offering the online proctoring anymore and the rebate is null. Between the limited platform, crazy dependency on Flash, and this email, I do not recommend this program to anyone. Save your money and go with someone (probably anyone) else.

Zero stars if I could score them. Awful does not begin to cover it. Their policy is to financially benefit from their "students" failure by intentionally failing to notify them of course expiration dates. This is not an educational center, it is a racket. Shameful that anyone with their values would be associated with education. STAY AWAY
