For over 25yrs I've worked in downhole Mfg and also the steel distribution industry. I wish that I had MetalTrace everywhere that I worked! MTRs are the most complex document to manage and track. Not sure where to begin, I ve worked with the team over at Trace Applications for what seems like forever. First being introduced to their software and team when I was part of the Oil and Gas sector in 2007, where with the support of their team we were able to customize their software to meet the ever-changing documentation needs of one of the top 20 Fortune 500 companies. It was that former connection Metal Trace / Trace Applications that landed my current role in structural steel. Leadership found themselves in need of someone that understood the software and being a former administrator, I was up to the challenge. It was a great moment to pick up the phone to inform Ted that I needed some help with updating the system at Madden Bolt, who s former administrator feared change and refused all updates. It s been smooth sailing from that point on but knowing that at the drop of a dime there is a team that prides themselves in the support of the customer that they service, offers one peace of mind. That type of support is not widespread this day and age, so I appreciate what they have done to make my role, past and present, easily manageable while being a cost-effective solution for our document retention needs.

Trace Applications has been a long time partner. They have a extensive software package that has helped digitize our Heat reports and simplify our work processes. The best thing about Trace Applications is the owner Ted. He understand Business and how to keep customers happy without any B.S. !
