Americano gets you stoned, like a good coffee should.

Cake base tasted flat and dry not moist. No butter used? Tried both the Earl Grey and the Lemon and were disappointed. Had half left over and that actually moistened up almost too much overnight. Strange cake base mix.

love it. cakes are scrumptious. coffees are tasty. teas are delicious.

Best carrot cake I've ever had. The coconut moose cake was very nice too. Their cakes aren't so sweet and you can take the ingredients. The coffee cake was not that special but not bad. Coffee was OK.

Great desserts & sandwiches unfortunately no in house dining right now, place is very small so with the spacing requirements it would be very difficult to be taking orders at counter, have a seat and still be able to maintain the physical spacing required. Desert I tried was really yummy but haven't tried their sandwiches yet - next time

The best cakes ever. The prices are super reasonable and the cake slices are huge! Their vanilla caramel cake and tiramisu cakes are the best in my opinion! Their coffee is good too. I always come by here whenever I'm in the neighbourhood.

Love this cafe. Their cakes are delicious. They have a great selection of sandwiches and savory meals. The staff are always friendly and provide excellent service. Love spending a Sunday afternoon here.

First, I hope you guys keep your standards, coz in the food business there is always a problem of consistency. This is the best expresso I had so far in Vancouver. Great beans, not too acidic, rich flavor, thick crema, not watery. A proper espresso, like the ones I used to have in Italy. Also, the gluten free chocolate cookie was divine. Keep up the good quality. The ambiance is also really, nice and cozy. I gave four stars because it's a bit pricey.

The cakes and baked good are outstanding. A busy place on the weekends with a reasonable price for a sandwich and a good coffee! I really enjoyed the mini-cheesecake.

I love their cakes and each wedge can be shared with 2 - 3 people ! The grilled sandwiches are also amazing. There is so much to choose from in this one little shop. Highly recommended.

Super friendly, everything is super high quality. Great for coffee and homemade baked goods. Absolutely the best ever real eggnog latte.

We needed a birthday cake at the last minute. No problem! Hadn't been in here before, and glad I did. When we picked up the cake, so many tasty looking treats on offer! Ended up staying for a sandwich (delicious) and coming back with my wife for brunch (also delicious).

The cake (strawberry) was really good and we tried a couple of smaller slices as well (carrot and passion fruit/strawberry). So good! We'll be back...

The cakes looked beautiful, however I was disappointed with the two I tried. The coconut cake tasted too strongly like artificial flavour and the whipping cream frosting on the lemon lavender slice had turned hard and stale. Maybe I was just unlucky with my choices.

I ordered a cake from Trafiq on a friend's recommendation. Well, I was so happy he did as the cake was amazing. We ordered a small salted caramel cake. Highly recommended. Fyi, remember to order 48hrs in advance, and they close early.

We ordered 3 cakes for our wedding ('cause why have 1 cake when you can have 3?). Everyone loved the cakes, they were delicious and survived the 1 hour transport to Squamish. The experience of ordering the cakes online was also very smooth. Highly recommend!

Love going here either with a small group of friends, or even just for myself. The variety of baked goods here is soo good and reasonably priced especially for the portions. Expect large crowds over the weekend and a bit of a waiting time for seats.

Traffiq excels at making delectable delights. Plus they keep rolling out samples of their baking; surest method to start a serious bakery addiction.

Wonderful French baking and patisserie. Cakes are delicious, love the Earl Grey and Salted Caramel. A main street favorite for locals and visitors alike.

Great place for dessert and Americano especially the carrot cake. Regular drip coffee s not that good but all other coffees are good. Their coffee cake is also nice with a hot drink.

Do yourself a favour; go here for the cake. The chocolate decadence in particular is amazing. We have had to specifically limit how often we are allowed to visit.

Excellent place for 3pm coffee break and snacks. Good varieties of options in teams of how hungry you are from beautiful cakes and yummy cookies to light and full meals.

Probably best and most consistent cappuccino on Main, and the schnecken is the best start of a day.

A gem. Exceptional service. Euro patisserie. Memorable coffee. From the moment I stepped in this was a charming experience.

The carrot cake is to die for and the Green Goddess sandwich is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The food is always fresh, the staff is lovely and polite and warm. I always make it a point to stop by Trafiq when I am on Main St.

Love this spot on Main Street. Coffee, dessert and sandwiches. They make it fresh here. Friendly staff and kid friendly. You gotta eat their California club sandwich.

I tried the Salted Caramel and Early Gray cakes, I expected a nice quality taste as written by the reviewers, some how I didn t find it that great, nor does my kids or my husband, the cream thickness & sweetness need to be less.

My favourite cake place! I am really specific about cakes, so I don't eat cakes much because some cakes are way too sweet for my taste. And the Earl Grey cake from Trafiq is just perfect! Their Americano Misto is really smooth but the last time I went, it was a bit tangy, so I did not know if it was me (because I am not really a coffee drinker) or they have changed the coffee beans. My friend also ordered an iced Americano and she also said the same thing.

By the way, their breakfast/lunch sandwiches are the best! Decent price and tasty! I love how they make special cakes sometimes, and there is one matcha cake that we tried to get it last year but we never be able to. I hope they can make more this year!

Super tasty cakes and sandwiches, cant complain about anything.

They have amazing cake, but their sandwiches are surprisingly very good also. The cake slices are perfectly crafted and very generous, not mini-slices like you'll see at many trendy/modern bakeries. They also have full cakes available for purchase - it's better to pre-order but I think you can also walk in and buy one. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Extremely shocked and dissaponted in trafiq's customer service and care. They are clearly not equipped to handle their online ordering service with competence.

I have been a lover and supporter of trafiq's cakes for years, and recently ordered 3 slices of cake from their online store thinking it would be more convinient - IT IS NOT.
I realized after placing the order that I had accidentally selected the incorrect date (their calendar on the website is not layed out as the regular Sunday-Saturday calendar that mostly every other platform is).
Not even 10 mins after I placed my order, I emailed them to ask if I could either change the date of pickup, or cancel the order.

I also tried to call multiple times that day and the next morning to no avail since they do not answer their phone during service hours - which is also very strange.



Since I was not going to be in Vancouver to pick up the cakes the next day, I emailed them back requesting a cancellation of the order, and informing them that I was not going to be in the city to be able to pick them up.

I recieved an email back that said 'Unfortunately as clearly stated on our website we do not offer refunds or cancellations. See you tomorrow,'

I was completely shocked as this response showed no basic customer service etiquette or care. They did not even read or chose to ignore me saying I was clearly going to be out of the city - and offered zero empathy, or ways to rectify the situation.

I sent an email expressing my frustration, and received an email back with the following :



It is clear that you are upset and for that I am sorry. If you want to give your cake slices to a friend as you are going to be out of town please let us know and we will change the name on the order."

A few things about this response that is wildly frustrating:

- 48 hours notice, to change the pick up date of 3 slices of cake? Not even a custom order by any means - slices of cake that I could have just gone in and picked up without even ordering online??
- 'we cannot re add them to the inventory on the website' - this is their inability and lack of resource and knowledge. Just because they are technologically untrained to properly handle their own ecommerce system, does not make a reason to take your customers money, and not fix a situation.
- there is no checkbox to agree to terms of service, or review them before checkout
- keeping customers money without providing them the service or product that they paid for is UNACCEPTABLE, not even issuing store credit is terrible customer practice.
- 'I'm sorry you're upset' is not an apology, and certainly is not best practice for dealing with customer complaints.

I hope that trafiq can learn and improve, however I will NOT be returning as a customer, and am deeply put off and dissaponted.

A really busy place with great cakes and bakery. A nice spot for coffee and cake or breakfast. It s very busy and you ll see from outside, the condensation on the window!
Usually people stand around for a table and this is where my star is off, people just hover and it s a bit awkward for people that are sitting right by this section.

Best option is take out!

Hands down the BEST place to go to for cakes in Vancouver. Their earl grey chocolate cake is my favourite!

Excellent food, quick, friendly counter service, but no wifi

The cakes here are spectacular! I cannot decide if ny favorite is the Salted Caramel Vanilla or the Lemon Lavander. The service is very competent and the atmosphere very hip.

I absolutely adore this place - might just be my go to coffee shop. Their drinks and baked goods are delicious. Also love their cakes - easy to place online and made to perfection. Also came here for the hot chocolate festival and that did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and location; staff were very friendly.

Love this place, the cakes are so light and fluffy and the icing is rich but not too rich. Their flavors are unique and a nice place to just sit and catch up with friends!

Been coming here since they opened.
When they first opened, it was a relief to finally have a place in the neighbourhood that was bakery first and you can have your coffee as an accompaniment. As opposed to the many coffee shops around that have good coffee and crummy (dry and non-creative) baked goods that they've whipped up on the side.

Trafiq is top notch for their cakes and pastries. I often get their cake for events, and the cake always gets compliments. The staff themselves are top notch in their customer service - with friendly faces and genuine warmth. I do enjoy sitting in the shop with my walnut cake and a cup of Americano.

Amazing sandwiches on a wide range of homemade breads. The wide sandwich options and dedication to quality make this the perfect cafe... Also the sweets!

Great place, great cake, great coffee. We always come here every Saturday drink coffee and ate Walnut Coffee cake,Apple turnovers, cookies. There were amazing French food. Everything the taste were so good. Not too sweet.

I just love their latte and chicken quesadilla. The staffs are so very nice. Love a coffee shop that is baby-friendly too!!

There aren't a lot of vegan treats available here, and their tea was only alright. The atmosphere was solid but there are a bunch of other great options in the neighborhood.

Website was apparently a little finicky on their end, but regardless of that the order was on time, looked exactly as depicted on their website, and tasted amazing. Really pleased and will order from them in the future.

This part of main Street is getting better and better. Trafiq certainly provides to the vibe. Delicious desserts, sandwiches and a decent espresso, makes me come back to this place time and again

No matter what your appetite desires Trafiq will fulfill your needs. All the food on the menu is amazing and their desserts are out of this world. This is a great spot for breakfast, lunch or just a quick snack.

Great place to grab a cake, a sandwich or a coffee, everything is good. Great service as well. We go here for all our birthday cakes. Great place to grab lunch as well. Good for small children. Owners are very nice as well.

Lovely staff and atmosphere, there was lots of seating and the line moved quickly. The carrot cake is amazing and the sandwich s were also awesome.
