Thanks to Josh and team at Stolhand! I currently live in Texas and needed advice from a team of experts that I trust. While having my ducts cleaned today the hvac company here in Texas was trying to upsell me on a contract deal that just didn't sound right. Not being an expert myself, I called the only people I trusted...Stolhand! Josh wasn't going to get any business from me today when I called asking for help, but he gave my husband and I sound advice. He literally saved us hundreds of dollars!!! We worked with Stolland Heat and Air to help make an old rundown house a high efficiency, comfortable place to live and they were awesome. An all around great job from the actual work to the customer service.

My very old AC unit was dripping condensation into one of my closets and boy was it HOT in my house. I called and they got someone out first thing the next morning (I was able to stop the dripping, luckily). The man they sent out got quickly to work figuring out the problem and getting it fixed. He was like a doctor giving the bad news when he told me I needed refrigerant, which was quite expensive. I really appreciated him being honest with me about what he needed to do to make my house cool again. He answered all of my questions and I feel like they were very thorough looking over my old unit and getting it to function the best it can while I save up for a new one. I was also so pleased to hear back from someone the next day to follow up and make sure the issue was resolved. I am glad I called this company and I will definitely be calling them next time I need help with my heat, air, or plumbing.

They do not work on trailor homes very disappointed

I called on Tuesday June 23 to make an appointment for a technician to come out and check my air conditioning compressor. He showed up early on Friday, as I requested, and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He ordered the part needed before even leaving my home, and he was out before noon on Monday the 29th and had the system back up and running within 20 minutes. My air conditioner is working perfectly just in time for the 100+ weather today. Thank you, Stolhand-Wells!

I had two pipes bust. I've cut out the sections. All I needed was two 3 ft. pieces of pipe installed. Very easy, very quick. Was told it would be early the following week before they could get to me. They said they will call once they are on their way. I said ok. Waited a week. The following Tuesday, I call wondering why I havent heard anything and wondering if they are coming. After saying they didnt even have my name in the system, they make me jump through hoops and tell me they will call me later. They never called. So I called AGAIN. Soonest possible time is 2 weeks from today. After waiting for the last week on them, I havent had water for 3 weeks. They want me to wait 2 more weeks? Go with someone else. Save your time and yourself.

They get a high rating from me on everything. They prompt, knowledgeable and quick.

I highly recommend Stolhand Heating and Air. They installed 2 heating and AC units for us and do great work. They gave us all the documents needed for our units and told us about a rebate, they even followed up on their work. I would absolutely hire them again.

My AC quit working in the middle of June. As the temps in the house on a summer day rose quickly I reached out to Stolhand Wells. I expected at least a couple days to be without AC as I said it is June the busiest part of AC season. Within 24 hours of placing the call for service I had a technician on site, complete diagnosis completed, unit repaired with new parts including warranty, and an incredible low price to complete the service. I had an emergency, and a really bad situation with a gas leak at my elderly mom and handicapped sister s house. Jason of Stolhand-Wells Plumbing, Heating and Air, took my call after hours and had his boss, Josh, at my mom s house in 15 minutes. Josh, Jason and Clint then worked with the gas company to get everything fixed and up to code in just a matter of a few hours on a Friday night and honestly saved our lives!!!

Not only did they get it all fixed, the gas company was very satisfied with the work and turned our gas back on as soon as the work was finished!

AND not only that, they were so very kind and explained everything to me through the process!

I called them early in the morning needing an emergency service for my water heater and they got me all set up on no time! Then I had to call them back with a bigger problem that happened with my water heater and they were about to get workers out to my house with in the hour. They were so nice and friendly and did such a wonderful job. I really with I would have remembered to get all their names to I could acknowledge them in this review, but I was a female who set it all up for me and two men were who responded to me home! I called Stolhand Heat and Air at 1 in the afternoon one day for a heat problem. Jim came out and got my heat fixed by 5 and now we have working heat. I can't think of any business that would take a call and fix the problem in no time at all. I use Stolhand now for all my HVAC problems.

I can call them when I have a problem with my heat and air and they are out either that day or the next. They never overcharge and only charge for what is truly necessary unless you request preventive maintenance. I have used them since 1991 with no complaints.

Fast response and fair prices but poor customer service in the office staff. They never sent me a bill for a 5 min service call then they slapped a lien on my property for a $60 balance. I paid the bill immediately once I found out there was one now they refuse to do future service calls.

I was very pleased with the quality and speed of service. The assigned plumber, Blake, was very kowlexgeable and quick to resolve the problem. I would recommend this company, to my friends.

Dependable company to use. Twice a year we have a pipe needing cleaned from getting backed up and they have always fixed it the first time. Others have not done the job right the first time, but Stolhand-Wells has always done the job correctly the first time. They cost a little bit more than some others I've had out but its more than worth it when they send out someone who's experienced and knows what they are doing and can get the job done right.

Called to get a estimate for main sewer line wait all week for someone to call us back and give us a price. Finally we had to call them back and ask if they ever gotten around to estimating. Never once did they come and look at are yard or return are call. But they said couldn't give us estimates but said it would cost 7 grand.. personally i think very poor customer service . Guess i will keep check with other plumbers maybe one that common Decency to return are call and give us a printed estimate

I called with a water heater issue and with it being early in the morning I assumed that it would be the next day or later in the week before I got a person on site. Within in 15 minutes of speaking to the lady on the phone I had an ETA for the arrival of the crew. They diagnosed the issue and even pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed in the next installation. I approved and they left to retrieve a new water heater. Within 45 minutes they were back on site and starting the replacement. I would honestly say from phone call to completion was a little over 2 hours. They were completely professional and understanding. Even going over the installation and answering the questions that I had. The next day the owner called to follow up and thank me for my business. I can assure you that any future issues I may have. Stolhand-Wells will will get my business and I highly recommend anyone else give them a call if you appreciate great customer service.

Very professional and nice.

Leaking hot water tank that needed replacement. Stolhand-Wells replaced next day, before weekend. Technicians very proactive and addressed my questions. On same service call, they obtained parts and replaced clothes washer hoses and shutoff valves.

They did a very good job fixing my busted pipe in the wall. When they we done the walls looked real good where the patched the two holes up. They also took the time to try to become friends with my dogs giving them a treat

I appreciated the professionalism of the workmen who listened to our problem, eliminated one possible cause, made adjustments, tested to see if that fixed the problem, and wished us a good day all in a fairly short time.

Called around 9 am for a replacement water heater that was leaking, it was installed and ready to use by 3:30 pm. The guys were knowledgeable and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I had a wonderful experience.

I had a non-functional bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Called Stolhand Wells and they came out same day and all rooms are functioning properly. I didn't know what to expect but all expectations were surpassed. I couldn't believe that they saw what was needed, brought it out, contacted me for approval and... I just want to cry! These guys installed my a.c. unit into my new house 5 years ago... The unit within a year had a coil leak and they fixed it for free under warranty and I had a couple other small issues with through out the past couple years and they came out no problem and fixed it... Very good down to earth people
