Ordered 6 of the mini cakes. They were so delicious. Will return to sit in for the coffee and grub!

This place has amazing cakes with unique and bright flavours. They let their natural ingredients shine in both their desserts and beverages. I highly recommend trying them out!

Ordered a cake a day before hubby's birthday and this was by far the best tasting chocolate cake I have had. I'm a huge fan of chocolate cake so this was definitely a treat. I would totally recommend these cakes. Very friendly staff too.

I keep being blown away by Traffiq. I wasn't adventurous my first time here, and only ordered a latte. It was superb. The second time I tried one of their cakes. It was incredible. Now I can't stop making it my special treat when I'm on Main Street. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

Am often here as its near where I live. Good lunch. Nice bakery. Lovely coffee. You d better have a good appetite as the sandwiches are huge! Can be very busy...

Great coffee. Great baking. Added bonus, unlike everywhere else on the block, they actually display prices.

Their cakes are so delicious and a really good portion but these cakes don t come cheap! I guess the price of their cakes and individual slices are on par with other places (like Sweet Confections) but the taste of their cakes are phenomenal - always moist and tasty, never dry. The Zen is pretty tart yet sweet and but doesn t taste like matcha at all; I still liked it but really preferred the salted caramel more although it can be pretty sweet. Please note that you need to order 24 hours in advance for them to write a chocolate plaque such as happy birthday; you also have to pay for this, which I didn t like. Still a great place if you have a sweet tooth!

So coming back! Their cakes are just out of this world!

Had Raspberry Chocolate Cake and Earl Grey Cake. They were moist and yummy. My all time favourite is the Early Grey Cake.

Never sat down there, just order birthday cakes from there for pick up and they are great.

Came here to grab a quick lunch. Food is good, but I don't know where they get their sense of entitlement for tips. I ordered a sandwich and an americano, so the total was about $13. I paid with a $50 bill. The cashier counted my change before handing it back to me, giving me $35 then dropped $2 in the tip jar herself without my consent. After tipping herself she just asked "that was what you meant to do right?" I was so stunned I just walked away. I have never had someone help themselves to my change for a tip.

So friendly and they really try to cater to people with sensitivities to food. Really great coffee as well

Fantastic food, drinks to warm the soul, a cozy feel, and service so friendly you be smiling for days. No doubt in my mind ill be going back and recommend it to everyone.

This is an amazing 'not so' hidden gem on Main St. The food is great, the service is great, and the desserts are top notch! Definitely check this place out!

The coconut cake is unbelievable, maybe the best cake I've had.

Absolutely loved it. Being an Australian Coffee lover it's hard to find a really good latte. This place however was exceptional. Cakes were delicious to. Go here!

First time coming here and I heard great things about their cakes (thanks to all the google reviews). Staff are friendly and pleasant. Not kidding about the size of the cake slice you receive. BETTER TO SHARE unless you're starving. Interior is nice and simple. Had only the earl grey cake with iced almond latte and really enjoyed it. Not too sweet and the aroma is just right. The bottom of the cake was a bit dry but overall, satisfying. Can't wait to go back and try everything else on the menu haha!

Everything is delicious, the hot chocolate want just an afterthought in a cafe, it was very well done.

Good coffee and excellent pastries. Sadly they don't open earlier or i would go more often. I reccomend sitting down to eat as the atmosphere is very good!

Sergio is a very humble and great human being. The cakes are extremely delicious and tasty. Very gentle and friendly staff.

AMAZING cake, generous slices for the cakes. I got the earl grey & carrot cake. Fabulous taste & presentation.

I've been many times and it never disappoints. Fantastic coffee, great service and really good food.

The service, food and ambiance here are simply amazing. 10/10!! The schnecken is an absolute must try. Delicious, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth goodness, with a sticky toffee and nut drizzle on top. The coffee is delicious too and well made. Service is so friendly and genuine. Gets busy over the weekends with families and brunch. But their food is just wonderful - every single thing on the menu is divine.

The best cake I have had in Vancouver hands down. It was a birthday cake for my wife. I ordered the Salted Caramel and have no words to describe. Simply awesome and to me " the best" in Vancouver. Everyone who had a piece of the cake just became a fan of Trafiq!

Stopped for a quick bite and a cup of coffee. Their mini cheesecake was good and so was the dripped coffee.

The desserts here are amazing! Would definitely recommend their cakes - I like their Earl Gray. Staff is always friendly and service is fairly quick. Hot chocolate is a bit too sweet though.

This place makes amazing cakes and treats...my fave is the little lemon squares tarts...but I always try the new ones they would have and I'm never dissapointed! This place is always buzzing with people. One of my fave go to places for desserts!

Tried the lemon lavender and salted caramel cake today, both were so delicious. The taste was so well balanced that doesn t make u feel that they r dumping sugar at you. The salt caramel was really powerful and I would recommended to everyone I know who likes dessert.

Really friendly atmosphere, coffee was great and food looked delicious even though I didn't partake. If you need a caffeine fix, ask for a 16oz Americano... you don't be disappointed.

The best ever!! I got my friend a 6" lemon lavender cake for her birthday and my mom a 6" chocolate decadence cake for mother's day and they loved it! They were such delicious cakes made to perfection. The staff is really friendly and nice and the space is modest and comfortable. When I stopped by, I got myself a ham and swiss croissant and it was just satisfying sandwich snack. Trafiq never disappoints!

The carrot cake here is soo good. The coffee is nice and the barista who made it was sweet. Some improvement in terms of operation, forgot my cake and I had to remind them 15 min later when I asked if it was still coming. Otherwise this place is a must try.

Extraordinary food. Ordered Green Goddness sandwish and carrot cake here. Cake was shockingly good. Moist, and lots of layer of flavors. Sandwish was a great mix of greens, meat and guacamole. Great balanced flavors. But bread itself was definitely the highlight for me. Would definitely come back again!

Their bread is really good. The avocado toast was fantastic!

I can t tell you how often I get cravings for trafiq cakes. The earl grey is definitely my favourite, and I have trouble restraining myself from eating the whole thing in one sitting. The cakes definitely shine here, but unfortunately that has meant that I haven t tried enough of the other options. I will need to get on that.

Food was good but Vancouver portions... so you get a little and pay a lot. Millenials in this city don't understand value.

The coffee tastes great but the smell... like hickory or something. It threw me off.

Tends to get busy around lunch time. Dont get the avocado smash unless you use Daddys credit card.

Ordered salted caramel cake for my husband s birthday from here, it was a hit!
The cake was beautifully made, it had a rich salted caramel flavour, with chocolate mousse.

Picked up butter and a chocolate croissants, they were buttery and flaky, super good!

Service was super friendly and my order was ready to pick up as per schedule.

I found some discomfort in picking up the cake during usual work hours(pick up available only from 10am-2pm). I had to rush here during my lunch break, would have preferred to be able to pick something up after 4pm. Also, cakes cannot be customized. Not everybody might like what they offer.
No phone calls will be answered during their regular hours, one can only communicate via email. This isn t the fastest mode of communication when you might want to reach them right away!

Despite these odds, enjoyed their products.

They have a large selection of cakes, and dessert! Their Earl Grey latte was also very good, very creamy and flavourful. I tried their coconut matcha bar, and it was delicious! Note that it was also very rich, and sweet, so you might want to share it. It is a very busy place, with a constant line up at the cashier.

First time visiting here, tried the iced almond latte and a piece of their earl grey cake, the cake was delicious! The sponge was moist, and the cream was not too sweet and packed with earl grey flavour unlike most cakes. Great cake. Atmosphere was great. And cakes are quite reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!

Incredible desserts! Only drawback seems to be a somewhat limited selection.

My friend has always wanted to get a cake from Trafiq. He read a lot of good reviews about cake from Trafiq. To surprise him, we visited Trafiq to order his Birthday.
There is a wide variety of food, bakery options. Cakes, coffee, sandwiches, biscuits, etc.
Before ordering the we tried a slice of Tiramisu Cake. Honestly, I have had better Tiramisu before. This Tiramisu is good but did not hit me with any extra special flavor. Almost 4 layers in the cake with a lot of Mousse fillings, and covered with Butter Cream.
We also ordered Cappuccino. And this is very good. Coffee at its best. Worth trying.
We ended up ordering a Chocolate Decadence cake. We are sure it will be delicious as we asked a couple who was eating a slice.

My gosh, their salted caramel cake is SO good! I got to try two sandwiches during lunch last time and they were both amazing as well! Love love love this place!!

I love this bakery/restaurant. The coffee and food items are delightfully tasty and rich. The staff are super friendly and quick.

So our friend's brought over some dessert and we got to try an assortment of desserts! Going to rate them in order of what I liked:

1.) Strawberry Shortcake. Wow. Best I've ever had... EVER

2.) London Fog tart. something different, but delicious!

3.) Banana Cream Pie. mmmm, classic and bite sized.

4. ) Carrot cake. Soo this one is different. Not your typical 'cake' texture. It's more like a cheesecake / fudge texture. It was good, but not the best carrot cake I've had.

5.) Black Forest. Different texture, it doesn't have any 'cake' elements to it. The bottom chocolate part was delicious though!

Sergio and Shauna, great people dropped off a couple samples treat to our dealership, the carrot cake was delicious. Thank you guys again!!!

At Trafiq: Walnut coffee cake + fresh fruit tea $9.75 for both

Heard lots of good things about it and it certainly earned its reputation!
Definitely taste the walnut flavour but the coffee flavour was a bit weak. Taste like the Chinese walnut butter cake and it s not too sweet.
That bottom layer of crunch really adds into the texture! Soft and crunchy with little walnut crumbs!
Hopefully next time they have the matcha tart!

I ordered the homage to earl grey and omg it was very delicious. Huge portion, the cake was just amount of sweetness and the cream wasn't overly rich or fatty to the point it ruins your digestion. Cake was fluffy and light, with good amount of cake and cream flavour balance. I also ordered the mocha with dark chocolate, it was very good. The cafe has a moderate size seating arrangement but fills up quickly so you want to go at non peak hours when it gets the busiest. Staff was nice. I will be back to try other flavours.

UPDATE: I used to love this place after discovering it during the 2020 hot chocolate festival (picture attached). Unfortunately since then, I have found staff to be increasingly rude and unhelpful if you ask a product question, product quality has gone downhill, and hidden charges have appeared on my bill.

Sad, especially as there are so many other great bakeries and coffee shops in the area.

Really good chicken sandwich!!!! Large portions and they make the sandwich in front of you so if there is something you don t like on it you can ask without, I actually went to the cafe across the street and they had nothing with out mayo so I came here and soooo please sooooo good so if you are in the area go here first you won t be disappointed

Best cakes ever!! You won't find a tastier + chocolatier chocolate cake. Their homage to early grey and tiramisu are also very good!!

Outstanding local coffee shop with baked goods that are made with love and flair. Love all the cakes. Sandwiches are fresh and original. Quality is evident in everything, from the coffee to the outstanding coffee cake. The staff is incredibly professional (and they get incredibly busy so not easy) and the owners are warm, genuine and totally connected to the neighbourhood. Such a wonderful spot with European elegance.
