One of the most beautiful places I have visited in my life

Great location, close to the shopping centre with free shuttle service. Hotel was comfortable and exceptionally clean.

The hotel is directly in front of the Petronas Twin Towers, a symbol of KL.
The correspondence of the staff seems to be business-like or pros and cons, but I would like to stop by all means again when I go to KL. I think that hotel guests should take advantage of this because there is a two-way cart transfer to the twin towers.
This time I stayed a little extravagant with Twin Tower View Suite. The Petronas Twin Towers seen from directly in front of the room was a masterpiece.
The cocktail time for the Suite guest benefits was a bit disappointing as it was cheaper than I thought, but I enjoyed it.
The food was not bad either, and it is my regret that during the stay, the couple broke their stomach and did not feel well enough to enjoy the hotel night.
It is convenient because you can walk on the Sky Road to Bukit Bintang, but although cooling is working, it gets tired because it has a certain distance.
I would like to use it again next time I went to KL.

One of the most beautiful places I visited and especially the accommodation of this hotel and fit for those who will visit Kuala Lumpur for the first time because it is located next to the two towers, which is beyond the airport at full hour

The best hotel in Kuala Lumpur. For a little more they offer you the room with a view and it is really worth it. Having a view of the Petronas is a spectacle! The pool of the

Very good service and Traders KL have the nicest bed ever

Traders KL has been my hotel of choice every time I am back to the city for business. The proximity to KLCC and connectivity are the main strong points. The services and the crew are excellence in addressing all your issues as well as extending the services.

The view of Petronas Twin Towers from the room was good

It was a good stay overall. I was warm welcomed at the reception and room was clean and comfy.

I stayed for a week and here s my thoughts;

Pros:
Excellent Customer Service
Helpful in navigating customers throughout the entire facilities and amenities. Helpful in entertaining customer s needs whether in the dining hall nor having challenges in the private room. Need to cook for baby but there s no tools and room is not built for any cookings? Buy the ingredient, call the Housekeeping and they will cook it for you for FREE.

Pleasant Room
I asked for a king sized bed, but they gave me a joint super singles, which is very nice. Gorgeous view and easy Wifi access with speed between 3.5mbps to 4.5mbps. Spacious bathroom and kids friendly (no tangled wires all over the place).

Other Services
You can just walk to the shopping centre, or use the buggy service every 5mins-8mins or so. Nothing to do in the evening? Take a quick walk at the nearby park, dine in Suria shopping centre or just walk to other nearby tourist spots.

Cons:
-experienced a few grumpy staffs, prolly they re just tired. Not a big deal.
-breakfast pancake is fluffy but dry.

Check-in on 09/09/19 and surprised to find box of chocolates and cup cakes in my room since it's my birthday. We made simple celebration and enjoyed the moment together afterwards, such nice memories. Thank you Traders, :-)

Excellent location in terms of proximity to petronas. Club lounge is decent and rooms are nice. First time staying here.

The booked club floor room was not available to check in upon arrival at 14:00 hrs. on 20 Mar., 2019.

Dirty place. Never go. It has ants in almost every room. 1st room was 11st floor. Then 24th. Both were dirty. Actually, I stayed first room one night because I thought the ants were came out of my baggage. (and they were not)

If they recommend an alternative room? It must be dirtier than the previous one. Their rooms are dirty, dirtier, dirtiest. Ants, cockroaches, and everything. Disgusting. No
No. No. Not at any price. Please leave yourself from this hazardous surrounding.

Food and and drink massively over priced.
Pool opening hours completely unreasonable for KL. Shutting the pool at 8pm is ridiculous.
Room facilities are good but not 4*
Location and view is about all that was good.

When you arrive, everything is prepared to make your registration quick and efficient. The professional and friendly approach by all staff enhance your stay and experience of a vibrant city. The hotel provides a buggy service to the main shopping mall, Suria KLCC and is a welcome facility for young and old alike. Whether you have breakfast in the main restaurant or club lounge, food is excellent, staff are efficient and friendly, and cannot do enough to help. The rooms are maintained at a very high standard and are kept immaculate by the room service staff. The Spa offers a wide range of treatments and is a place that should definitely be experienced. The whole team in the club lounge are worthy of praise and their cheerful engagement with guests ensure you want to stay at Traders every time you are in Kuala Lumpur. What is impressive is that managers lead by example, chatting with guests and helping out during busy times. Checkout is just as straightforward as registration. Therefore, I unreservedly recommend Traders Hotel and will stay there whenever I am in Kuala Lumpur.

The view from the room is great (Twin tower view)! ! You can walk to the pavilion of Bukit Bintang not far from the station.

Insulted when they collect all goodies from the mini bar just because my friend did not pay the deposit....in the first place why front desk did not ask for deposit?

Good hotel and a great location. Next to Twin Towers

we had a very efficient but pleasant check in. we were very happy that we were upgraded to a suit.

Stayed here for 3 nights. it's good. easy access to nearby amenities. the pool and gym are rather small, but ample for indoor exercise. i guess they don't intend to really compete with the awesome outdoor klcc park and some other gyms around.
friendly and polite staff--including security guards, concierge, and skybar.

skybar is an attractive place, but you can't bring kids there after the pool (yes it's the same place) is closed :-)

if you park here, just make sure you go into the its dedicated parking lot and swipe your parking ticket accordingly. else you'd be paying a hefty KLCC parking rate..

A comfortable and quiet hotel with great breakfast, good service and a real swimming pool on the top floor.

Satisfy and good customer service. Very focus customer service oriented.

Rooms looks a little old. Try to ask for a phone charger at the reception and they were not really helpful. Had to leave it at the reception to discover that it wasn t charged...

It has been our regular place of stay whenever we holiday in Kuala Lumpur. Neat and tidy and conveniently sited to all major shopping complexes.

very helpful staff. We had a very late evening flight out of KLIA and our needs were well met by the hotel. Very comfortable room with an amazing view.

u should get room 1211 checked as wen it rains water seems to seep through n make the carpet wet . leaving a stained watermark on d carpet.. possible mildew n bacteria growth underneath?
theres a hairline crack on d wall of the windows. the flooring in d bathroom are bloated ,almost trip wen i walked in bcause floors were nt even.
got room service fo dinner. d penang fried kway teow was so salty i cannot even eat. already inform room service but was only informed they would inform d chef n get it done d nxt time i return?? so i go hungry fo d night. i did not expect that .paid for the food that i didnt get to finish eating .because it is too salty to even swallow.
ur hotel should have lighters in smoking rooms. because the matches r not good at all. i had trouble lighting up my cig bcoz d matches r low quality.

i didnt expect my 2nd stay there to be sooo unpleasant.. now,i m contemplating to return to traders fo my stay during my biz trip in the future. it was my birthday trip to kl n i chose to spend it with Traders hotel but ended up quite dissappointing.

it used to be my fave hotel stay . now i hv doubt feeling about that.

Security is very tight ... mybe security is assured

Stayed on the 26th floor, looking at the twin towers from the bed. The view is very beautiful especially at night.

Good location. Great scenery at the Roof top bar but a bit too warm at 6PM. Hope room rate can be more competitive.

Business hotel in a good location, walking distance to KLCC and KLCC park. You can walk over to Pavilion Shopping Centre as well, which is in the heart of the golden triangle!

The rooms are always clean. Buffet breakfast muesli and freshly cut fruits is a std affair and many more choices. Great location at the heart of KLCC.

Excellent location, great hotel and unforgettable memories

Nice location, but the room is quite dim. Breakfast is moderate.

We went straight to level 33 for views and drinks. The prices are convenient for cocktails between 35 and 50 myr. The view is incredible especially at night. And the even have a lookout without window which is perfect for pictures.

I ve only been for drinks in the main bar/pool area. They were ok and the views are stunning but in order to get any sort of good view/seating you have to reserve a space and/or spend a lot of money like a club. I have not stayed at the hotel itself but I am not in a hurry to go back to the bar for drinks anytime soon.

The pool is not the best in KL and there will be a fee if you wanna swim even you bought drinks at the bar. The pool bar is overrated. Cocktail is 55rm which is much more expensive than most of the other places.

Love this hotel, would always stay here when in KL.

The ruins are characteristic especially the rooms at the corner but the breakfast is not

Fabulous central location with the vest view of the Petronas from our Club Lounge rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Pool was surprisingly cold, but otherwise, our stay was perfect!

Excellent location and view of the Petronas towers, spacious, comfortable rooms with access to the lounge - in addition to pleasant bonuses in the form of drinks and snacks, it offers an excellent view of the towers. And in the New Year, a great view of the fireworks!)
