Wow... This is the worst Toyota dealership that I ever experienced in my whole entire life. I took in my 2008 Toyota Highlander hybrid limited because of a brake malfunction warning and ABS problems. First problem, as I walked into the dealer, the service representatives lacked customer relations and seemed to not care about there customers. Second, they over charged me with a total bill of $3,200 later and given me no loyalty discount. I've been a Toyota customer for 20 plus years and been buying their cars for a while. This maybe a turning point were I might need to change my preference. I would give on the update of vehicle in the next couple of weeks. I highly recommend others to stay away from this establishment because of the quality of care for customers and pricing of this establishment.
