I was here to purchase a car for my family,. When the sales people cannot close on thr deal, they bring in the manager. They would not match the price that i said i was offered by stadium toyota, the manager in the middle of the conversation just got up and walked off. This was disrespectful and insulting to me and my family. I left straight to stadium totota to close the deal. As a customer i want the best rate, if you cannot offer, please donot offer disrespect and insult to your prospective customer. I now do business with stadium totota. Advice to the management, get the managers trained as they get frustrated very offen.

I was at the dealership a month ago to buy a new car met with the sales manager I specifically told him not to run my credit sure enough I find out there is a credit inquiry on my credit report from this dealership. I will never ever buy another car at this dealership again due to the lack of trust and dishonesty of the staff

If you are planning on buying a car here turn around and go the other way quick. My husband and I purchased a used Corolla from them last year. I saw their ad for a 2011Corolla which only had forty thousand miles on it so we went there. The ad stated that the car was nine thousand dollars which was fair for a 2011 that had such low mileage. We had five thousand to put down and our older car for a trade in. Both of us being novices in dealing with big dealerships they saw us coming. First of all they played the old well there is someone else here trying to buy that car but we ll see if their credit is good miraculous sly it wasn t and the car once again became available. To make a long horror story short after putting five grand down and five hundred trade in we walked out of there owing fourteen thousand dollars for a nine thousand dollar car. And you don t even realize it because they rush you through it so fast. And then instead of reading over the paperwork they put it on a small disc. They sold us everything but the kitchen sink. They had something called Auto Butler which we thought was like three hundred and fifty dollars we found out later was five thousand. Anyway it s too late for us but if you are smart you will go somewhere else.

This is the first time that I had an EXCELLENT experience at a car dealership. Josh Haegele was my salesman who literally did everything to get me the car I wanted. I didn t feel pressured at all throughout the deal. I had visited the Wesley Chapel location a day prior and already had a 2019 Camry SE Nightshade Edition picked out but the rep made me feel uneasy. Josh got me the exact same car but at a way better price and made me feel at ease while I was purchasing the vehicle. Thanks again TOTB!!!! I will be referring friends!!!!

I always receive horrible customer service and it always takes two and a half hours for an oil change. The only reason I go back is because I purchased the extended warranty with free oil changes. Once it's finished I will take my business elsewhere.

No matter what happens, Toyota of Tampa Bay finds ...

No matter what happens, Toyota of Tampa Bay finds a way to make things right. They have helped me obtain warranty coverage when possible, have always had service completed when promised, and always made sure I was comfortable while waiting. When repairs are done they are done correctly the first time, and my service adviser Dave Goldberg always alerts me to coming service needed. And as an aside, I have stopped several times without needing service, just because I needed help reconnecting my bluetooth or needed to check my tire pressure when the flat tire light came on. Every time I have stopped for something small and unexpected, the sales and service staff have always helped and gotten me on my way. Thank you for walking the talk.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience

Running my credit before talking numbers is out of the question. Bought a new tundra in 2016, came back today to talk numbers on a new 4Runner TRD Pro purchase.

The old sales manager will let a prior customer walk out for not letting him start the sales process by running my credit first, before looking at numbers. Very stupid!!!

Toyota of Tampa Bay isn't the same as the first time I was there in 2016.

Avoid this place at all cost!!! I bought a car through them a view months ago. I was going through a certain situation and contacted them about the problem. They were all rude, they were very unhelpful as well as completely not understanding at all. If you plan on going through their financing I would definitely advice going through a different company because they are rude and not compassionate about any situation or problem we may be going through. Great customer service is not in their vocabulary. I should have listened to the other customer who also had a bad experience they are very right when they say this company is very deceptive the only care about getting your money and that is it. They don't even deserve the one-star rating I just gave them the way that they treated me 1 star is far too kind.

I'll start off by saying that I RARELY leave reviews, so for me to take the time out to write this one, says a lot! Extremely professoinal, courteous, and kind... Something very rare nowadays... Recently moved to the area and left my mechanic behind (sad face) but they took great care of me and my KIA (yes, a non-Toyota vehicle)... One of the assist. mgrs (Aaron, I think) was very nice! Nice facility that has complimentary massages, manicures, and a movie theatre room! Now with all that, who can complain about a wait?! (Oh, which was 45 min from the time I walked in 'til the time I drove away)... Will DEFINITELY return :-)

Our experiences here have been awesome. We brought our 2005 Sienna here for a few recalls and Delbert and Steve in Service Dept literally treated my wife and I like family. Everyone we encountered in service was out if their way friendly and not pushy. Super enlightening because I have been to other dealerships over the years and these people here are just doing the right thing by not offending people by being obnoxious. Oh, by the way, our Sienna has 238,000+ miles on it and Toyota is still taking care of it with recalls if necessary. If you re looking for a car you will certainly get the most for your money with a Toyota. This is our 4th and all have lasted past 200,000 miles. Go no further than Toyota of Tampa Bay for your next vehicle. I know we will be back for one at some point.

My bf and I bought 2 cars from Toyota of Tampa Bay a couple of days ago. Upon Arrival we were greeted by Josh Henneman who helped on the lot for an hour and a half trying to get us the very best cars for our budget! Very friendly and honest about the cars he was showing us, kept a good conversation which made the whole experience very positive. We ended up getting two Hyundai s which we are very happy with. My key spring was broken and the next day Josh was able to fix it for me no problem. He helped us through the entire process (looking, test drives, paperwork and insurance) throughout the paperwork Martin Koehler was very helpful in taking the time to get us the best monthly payment we could get, and made sure we were satisfied through the process! Overall we had a very good experience, we had been to other dealerships and left without cars so we are very happy that we ended up going with Toyota of Tampa bay! And definitely recommend Josh to help you get your next car!

One year ago I read a Toyota Camry SE 2018 with Omar Delgado and I was very happy with the service I received.
Today I decided to call him to change the Camry for a Toyota Sienna SE 2017 at $ 27510 and he told us there was no problem, but when we started the negotiation, everything was wrong with the numbers.
first they brought me a paper with the pagare without having run the credit and with the value of what the Toyota Camry cost according to the KKB, According to them to do the business had to give. $ 2000 Down, a monthly payment of $ 671 for 84 months and the payment said everything before interest at $ 40055.61.

I showed him this calculations and they told me that they could not do anything that everything I had done was wrong and the very badly educated and disrespectful accountant started to laugh at me in a mocking way and that is very unprofessional.
I'm sorry that people like that want to take advantage of others.

I have been to many Toyoya deleaships and have to say that Toyota of Tampa Bay is the best. From the moment you drive up you are greeted by a friendly service advisor and they are very knowledgeable and honest. I feel safe and secure with having toyota of tampa bay service my vehicle. The wait time flies by because they have a cafe there and also have a really nice movie theater with reclining leather chairs to sit in and you can also get a massage and also have a nail service for the ladies. In adition to that you get a free carwash. Toyota of Tampa Bay is a great dealership and provides outstanding customer service and my vehicle is always taken care of properly when I go there.

Great sales experience - just bought our 2nd 'gently used' vehicle (i.e.: off-lease) from this dealer's used car dept. Like our first vehicle, it had everything we wanted, was in great shape at a fair price, and with no 'hard-sell' techniques. Be sure to ask for "Dino" when you go in, you won't be disappointed.

I came to Toyota of Tampabay to purchase a used car . I have purchased from them before and had an amazing experiance as well . When i totaled my car , I knew that I wanted to go back to this dealership to get a repcement car. I was looking at some cars online and quickly got into contact with Sammy who was eager to help me get into a car when i told him my situation . After getting everything in place i scheduled an appointment to meet with Sammy . Instantly we clicked and i knew i had the right sales person . He heard my wants and needs and only showed me cars that would work with my extremely tight budget . After much back and forth i finally decided on the perfect car . He had me test drive it , and before i knew it i was sining paperwork and getting the car detailed . He staryed with me through every step of the way , and even gave me a tour of the movie theater that i didnt know they had . I cant thank him enough for sticking with me through that 5 hour process and dealing with my uncertainty . I truely appreciate all of his hard work . Hes really sweet , and i feel like he truely cares about his clients . He gave me his personal cell number and told me to call him if i needed anything at all . I dont know many people who give out their personal numbers . If i ever happen to total my car agin (which i dont plan on it) i will 100% insist thatSammy helps me . 10/10 Gold Star

Window tinting appointment scheduled for 1:30 PM. Advised to arrive with plenty of time before my appointment or I would have to reschedule. Arrived at 1:23 PM. Sat in my Rav4 and waited until 1:48 PM to be checked in. Asked if I planned to wait. Answered "yes" and was informed that it would take 2 to 3 hrs to complete. Then, told by Jordan W. that he could not locate my appointment. Asked if I made the appointment myself or if service did it. Told him service called me and showed him the email confirming the appointment. Finally check in was complete. Sat in the waiting area but decided to get a ride home and pick up the car the next day. 3 service staff were in the side room. Asked if they would let Jordan know that I was leaving. One of the service team asked me for my last name. He told me they would let Jordan know. Watched the service board waiting for my ride. Left at 2:38 pm and my car was still listed as "pending assignment". At 4:40 PM, received a call from Jordan that the tinting was completed. Asked him if anyone told him of my decision to pick up the car the next day. He answered, "No", but he would be there when I came back to pick up the car. Picked up the car on Sunday AM but Jordan was not available. Thank you to David, the cashier, for finishing up the transaction (5 Stars for David). Hoping things go smoother the next time I bring the car in for service.

In the end it wasn't what I was looking for but the guys really tried to make us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to see if we liked any of their inventory WITHOUT any pressure at all.. Ended up buying elsewhere but still highly recommend this dealer.

Complete disregard for masks and social distancing guidelines. You can hang up a sign telling people to wear a mask but it doesn't mean anything if your employees are actively ignoring all pretense of caring.

Also, I get that it's a used car dealership and the business is all about trying to squeeze every last cent out of every old lady that comes in, but the sales tactics here are truly just horrendous. Trying to sell people tires that are hundreds of dollars above cost is so transparent.

I showed up to take a look at 3 trucks, 2 Tundra's and a F150 Platinum. Brandon was really helpful and really took the time to make sure I saw all I wanted. I ended up buying an F-250 and absolutely love it!

The process was easy, the truck is great. I have no regrets with my purchase and will definitely look them up for my next purchase.

Yes, everyone was very nice, however I found out that my car had been in an accident. At the time of sale there was a discrepancy in the car fax report and Brandy state that it was not in an accident, which was not true. There is no way an inspection was done on the vehicle, because the fluid went all over the ground, that could not have been missed. Also, I should be getting a check in the amount of $660. it's been two months and I still have not received it and cannot get a straight answer on when I will.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by consultant Jerrell Ferguson. Never have we ever received such wonderful service. He kept us updated on the progress of the repairing of my daughter s car.
He also checked on us to see if we were comfortable and to inform us of areas where we could wait. If we didn t want to wait we re also told about Uber service.
Jerrell went over and beyond and we received excellent service..
The other employee that was instrumental in making sure everything went smoothly was Leslie.

I came here a few months ago and it was a horrible experience where I left in tears because a sales manager was very intimidating and to aggressive for me. My husband took the lead in finding us a new car and he sent an online quote request to Toyota of Tampa Bay. I was very much against the idea of dealing with this place again, but I trusted him and went along for the ride. I am grateful that I did, because we got linked to an amazing saleswoman Amber and her sales manager John. Amber was a gem to work with and she made our car buying so stress-free and an easy process. She had a wonderful personality and made me feel like I was her best friend ever. John was so helpful and really eased alot of my financial fears. They really make an awesome team together. Jonathan, the finance manager, was so helpful and convinced us to buy the extended warranty which I am glad he did. He had such a positive attitude and was a pleasure to work with. I am glad that I was convinced to give this place another chance because Amber, John, and Jonathan turned a horrible experience into a very positive, everlasting an amazing experience. I will never forget these wonderful and amazing people and I will tell everyone I know about my experience here because they took care of us like we were family. Thank you for taking such good care of us and giving me the best 40th birthday present that I will never forget.

The collision center is a rip off. Car insurance said this was a preferred location. Ha! They messed up my 5 month old car and even forgot to put a piece of my car back on. Another shop advised me nothing was done to specifications so I took it back about 3 times to get things in order. Which was super inconvenient. They even tried to get me to buy a rental I laughed and said no this will be your expense. I'm warning you now never use the collision center here. You will regret it!!! I'll never get my car back the way it was but to be dealt with in such a poor manner is beyond sad.

First time going to Toyota of Tampa Bay and it was an amazing experience. They were honest about their prices and services as well as efficient in getting my car back to me. Only downside to any Toyota dealership I ve been to it that they try to sell me a new car. I don t know if that s a norm, but it get annoying every time I go to get serviced and it becomes a deterrent for wanting to go again. I was thankful that they only asked once and let it go when I said no.

For 10 years plus I have been coming to this Toyota Dealership. They are simply the best in everything they do. Best customer service, best service department. I have driven up and down the east coast of the United States and by far this specific one is top of the class. This should be the training center for all dealerships worldwide. Definetly recommend everyone needing a car or wanting a car to come try them out. Yall won't regret it.

I always feel welcome at Toyota of Tampa Bay. They're thorough and explain things clearly. They don't do anything to my car unless I pre-approve it, which I love too. Their lobbies inside allow me to do my work while they have my car, which makes it super convenient.

The customer service staff in the service and rental departments is beyond compare. Specifically, Jake Rollison, assistant service manager, and Abby Rivera with the rental department. They are assets to their teams and the dealership!

Jake was knowledgeable, efficient, and most of all, personable and honest. He explained all of our options thoroughly and transparently.
here was no pressure or rushing, or persuasive language.

When Abby noticed my boyfriend in his wheelchair, she quickly switched the Yaris we were assigned as a rental to a full size VW Passat, without any request or expectation from us. She chose to make the effort for our comfort. She was candid and wonderfully kind.

Best of all, the staff provided personalized care without acting scripted or using overly formal spiels. It felt more like we were at a trusted friend's mom & pop business rather than a corporate culture car dealership. They were professional but also down to earth and human.

We will continue to visit this location, they have earned our trust and loyalty. Thank you for making our entire repair process smooth and affordable!

Shopping for a new car at Toyota of Tampa Bay was an amazing experience. I went to two separate local dealers and the difference was night and day. I was helped by Nestor on the sales team and he was knowledgeable and friendly. He was very conversational and eager to help us while never feeling like he was pressuring us into a deal that we were uncomfortable with.

I didn't get the deal that I was looking for right away, but the sales manager Erik worked with me closely and we came to a deal that I was thrilled about. Erik answered every question that I could come up with very patiently. I very much felt that I was a valued customer and that Toyota of Tampa Bay wanted my business. We agreed to the final deal I would sign for over the phone. An hour later I arrived at the dealership where Nestor was already waiting for me, keys in hand with my vehicle pulled around front waiting for me. I popped in and filled out the paperwork that was all laid out for me while my wife got a manicure and watched a movie right in the dealership. We must have met a handful of the managers there as they all came up and introduced themselves and thanked us for our business. They really made us feel at home.

I enjoyed my experience so much that when a coworker said that they were looking at a Toyota SUV at another dealership I handed her Nestor's business card and told her how well taken care of we were. Toyota of Tampa Bay offers a truly wonderful car buying experience.

Some are nice, however, there are some bad . Not about the price, some of them have bad customer service. In addition, the price changes many thing, lower and higher. So ridiculous. I have waste my time. However there are some nice people in there. The manager with glasses is so mad. If they couldn't give me a good deal, it's fine. Don't make up the price, then making mistake on pricing, after that, they call other man come with another price .The price is higher .So ridiculous. Then they become mad at me. Why? In conclusion, some are nice and some are irresponsible with what they said. I found another dealer, same price and better customer service.I never ever go back. Maybe, I'm unlucky because I see some polite people in this dealer. However, with my experience today, I never ever come back
