Brought my 2017 Tacoma TRD Pro which I didn t even buy it from this dealership as it was pre owned. I had bought an extended warranty from a non Toyota dealership when I purchased the vehicle so my deductible should have been waived when the work was complete. Basically the non Toyota dealership gave me incorrect info and the warranty company was trying to stick me with the deductible. Randi my service advisor along with her leadership team went above and beyond to not only repair my Tacoma properly but efficiently on time with great communication along the way. They were even able to get me out the door without paying the deductible. Very refreshing to see a team of people taking care of their customers even though it sometimes is not the easiest path. I will definitely be back and recommend them!

I live in Frisco and I came all the way to this place because my neighbor Abid Khan who works over there recommended it , I bought the Toyota Corolla through Rahman, he was really helpful and patient with me since I test drove 4 cars, he gave me a good deal on the car, the process was fast and the finance officer was fast and nice too, I had a nice experience with them and I recommend this place big time!
It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Toyota of Richardson. My salesman Robert Alicia was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He had all the paperwork completed when I arrived to pickup my Truck, a few signatures and I was on my way in about 45 minutes. They really make car buying easy!
Worst dealership ever and worst experience. Left my car for service and got damaged while in their posession ,but they refused to be responsible for it. If you ever doing any service at this location be aware that this dealership refuses to be liable for your vehicle while they are in posession.
The experience to buy my Toyota Camry from Toyota Richardson dealership is excellent. The salesperson Mr Rahman was very nice to work with and friendly. He explained the options available to me and made the possible within a short time. Thanks, Mr Rahman, keep it up.
Dishonest people. Trying to push their sales super aggressively. I took one a look at a car then the sales person expected me to buy it after 5 minutes as if I found my money on the ground. When I told him print me your final qoute so I can think about it until tomorrow he said No. How u don t trust me with a piece of paper and you expect me to trust u with 20k purchase? 5 minutes into negotiations he told me that I was wating his time.... wowwww
First time using Toyota of Richardson. They did a great job and completed the work faster than their estimate. Kevin my service advisor was very helpful and patient with my question. - Tundra transmission fluid exchange
I dropped my car off on Sept 2 and was told it should be ready in 2-3 days. No one called to give an update. I let a week go by and then called I got told my advisor had jury duty, and they had to order parts because the parts they got were junk . I called after 1.5 weeks when they then said it would be ready and got told; oh we haven t sent it to service. We WILL have it ready on Monday. It s Monday, no update, so I call. No one can give me answers. The communication has been 1 star. I will update once complete. It s sad that customer service doesn t seem to matter.
Toyota of Richardson gets 2 stars from me. My last car came from Toyota of Dallas, and they only got 1 star from me, so I guess they should be pleased. The other dealership was deceptive in all departments, whereas Richardson managed to do okay in sales and service. Financing was the killer of the whole experience here.
First, the used car department. Other than my salesperson seeming to really lack in understanding, I had no major issues. As usual, he was unable to do the negotiations without two different supervisors. The only negative experience was that one manager offered a free 6mo/6000 mile powertrain warranty, which my salesman later changed to 3mo/3000 miles. He claimed his manager had never said that. Moral: anytime a salesperson says something involving a number, make sure it's written down somewhere.
Initially, all was fine in financing. We met with AJ, who was pleasant and not difficult to negotiate with. We left that night reasonably pleased with ourselves. The car hadn't been cleaned and detailed yet though, so we had to come back a few days later for the car. At that point, we discovered that the service department, true to their word, had done a good job fixing up the car for us despite it having already been sold. They failed to buff the headlights, but on a later visit they knocked that out quickly and easily for no charge.
The salesman at this point was oddly incompetent - repeatedly claiming that the key worked fine even though it obviously didn't. A manager was able to fix it for us. He also claimed to be unable to pull up a list of the maintenance done on the car, but once again a manager bailed him out. He flatly refused to give us a valet key, or an owner's manual, or other little extras that really help to improve customer satisfaction, but oh well.
This was where financing took a real downturn, however. On closer inspection of the paperwork, we discovered our financing agent had overcharged us for the 2yr/24000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty he had sold us. The negotiations had gone like this: $1500 for a 3yr warranty, then down to $1000, then down to $500 for a 2yr. He charged us just over $1500. When I questioned him, he said that we had never discussed the price of the warranty itself, only the bottom line price. Which is partly true - we had discussed the bottom line price. I had made a mistake though, looking at the wrong price - the salesman had given me the wrong sales contract which I didn't realize at the time. I believe he took the opportunity to capitalize on my mistake by meeting my price while misrepresenting his own price, but that's speculation. He could have also made an honest mistake.
The customer relations manager at the dealership, Kim, decided to take AJ's side when I relayed the story to her. Apparently she watched the video of our conversation and felt like he had been saying "$500 more than the bottom line price you were talking about." Not "$500 for the warranty." She did try to comfort me by implying that he isn't very good at his job and that he is full of himself, however. She said he was "playing with the numbers" to try to help me out, but ended up confusing me. The net result? I cancelled the warranty and am refinancing elsewhere. No sense helping this dealership make any more profit.
I went to several Toyota dealerships in the DFW metroplex before purchasing my new vehicle. I end up choosing Toyota of Richardson because they have the most excellent and outstanding customer service care and made my car buying experience the best I've ever had. My sales person Sam Obazee was the greatest, very pleasant, honest, friendly, not pushy, and went above and beyond. First, he made an arrangement sending a Courtesy Vehicle to pick me up in my house then bringing me to their dealership. Second, he was very very patient and listened to all of my needs and he helped me pick the best car after hours of decision making. It was his birthday and he never left until I was all taken care of. Lastly, Cesar Sotelo the General Sales Manager was really amazing, very professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, personable, and honest. He went the extra mile and made my purchase seamless and a happy experience. He is a real gem when it comes to making sure you are comfortable and happy with your purchase.
My overall experience at Toyota of RIchardson was excellent, and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle while treated like a family or a VIP. Thank you so much again for everything!
The price listed in the website and the price at the desk before even reaching closing was extremely different ($4000). The tires were at a minimum standard for resale and they were good with that. The sales people, Jeff and Gary, were very nice. I did buy a car because of the great work of Gary and Jeff, but I doubt I ll go back. Watch for the hidden fees and the just get you in the door tactics. Finance did not try to pressure sale an extended warranty.
Mustafizur Rahman was an awesome representative and helped us to the best of his ability. We felt welcome, appreciated, and our needs wete fully met. Happy to be driving my new RAV4, Alhamdulillah. Thanks Mustafizur Rahman!
very bad experience for me. They did everything to get the contract signed and paid. After that the service became bad, they didn't deliver the car on time that they nearly left me stranded. Salesman , Yony , avoided me and refused to hear my problem that was caused by their tardiness and he became rude. Yony was not willing to workout the issue, behaved like a nasty kid and challenged me to take the refund. I would if i have enough time seriously. Slopyly job at the last minute . I got so fed up and just want to get out of there. Would never recommend them to anyone.
Highly recommend this auto dealership. They did a great job helping me find a new car after my automobile accident with everything from great pricing to helping finance the vehicle. Their staff was very friendly and not at all pushy...the way car buying should be.
I live and work in Plano but I always come to TOR for parts Because I know the people that have worked here for a long time and have history but there s a new manager named Anthony with a little sassy attitude I was talking to him and he walked out like a little girl. Going to Toyota of Plano from now on. Good customer service is key in the auto business but I guess this clown didn t get the memo. Petty
I bought a Toyota Sienna yesterday and Shervin helped us out. He was very nice and very professional. He took care of us from the beginning to the end. He made buying a car very easy and he will work for your best interest. If you ever need to buy a car please ask for Shervin, he will take great care of you.
I'll start my review with the good stuff. I love my car and it's a perfect fit for me. John Phan, my salesman, was amazing and followed up with me every step of the way. Very professional and friendly, and could also answer all my dumb questions. He called me as soon as I requested to test-drive a car from the website (like, literally called me within 10 minutes of my request), and didn't act even remotely fazed when the first car I test-drove was not the one I ended up buying.
I expected my entire experience to go as smoothly as the sales process, but I'll actually never shop at Toyota of Richardson again* solely because of my experience with the finance department. Khalid Ettarfaoui upsold my husband and I on a Mechanical Protection Plan (MPP) extended warranty, guaranteeing that we could cancel within 30 days without paying anything. It was that simple, he assured us. So we signed the papers and were on our way.
As soon as we got home, we decided we didn't really need the extended warranty. By that point the dealership was closed, so I called the finance department on Monday. Khalid was allegedly out, so I tried back on Tues and Wednes, and Khalid was unable to answer my calls on those days too. I sent him an email, which at the time of writing this review has still not gotten a reply. I called Toyota of Richardson again and asked to speak with literally anyone in the finance department who could help me. After some digging, a guy named Omar told me that my account was "locked" in accounting somehow and I can only cancel the contract by requesting a cancellation form from MPP, but I needed to wait two weeks to reach out to them because the paperwork hasn't been processed yet. If Khalid was avoiding my calls/emails at that point, why would I want to try my luck with waiting until the last week to try to cancel?
The contract we signed clearly stated that I had the right to cancel the agreement through the issuing dealership by submitting a written letter to them within 30 days. So I sent a certified letter to Toyota of Richardson saying I wanted to cancel the warranty and requested an updated financial summary and confirmation of the cancellation. I figured that because that was specifically spelled out in the contract as the proper process for cancellation, that would be the most efficient and preferred course of action. (Spoiler alert: I was wrong.)
At this point I was calling MPP every day to see if they'd received my paperwork from Toyota of Richardson, and even the day after I knew my letter was delivered, MPP said they hadn't gotten any responses to their own requests for paperwork from them. At one point I explained my situation to the poor lady at MPP who happened to answer the phone that day, and she said "That's ridiculous!" and put me on hold while she called the dealership. Within 60 seconds she was back on the phone with me and said she had the paperwork she needed and my warranty would be cancelled the next business day. So it apparently wasn't that difficult, was it? Meanwhile, I still haven't received the updated financial summary and confirmation of the cancellation from Toyota of Richardson that I requested in my certified letter to them.
Over a month after requesting to cancel the contract and after calling MPP daily, I finally received my money back. Over that time, Toyota of Richardson in no way corresponded with me regarding the status of my paperwork.
The only saving grace in this process has been my experience buying from John. But I can't in good faith recommend this dealership to a friend because even if they got John as a salesman, they'd have to deal with Khalid or one of his colleagues after signing the paperwork.
* The car I bought actually ended up being a total loss less than two months later due to severe hail damage, and I decided to get a new car since my insurance would cover it. Toyota of Richardson could have had an easy second sale had my first transaction been positive, but I in no way wanted to do business with them again.
Salesperson helpful, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. There were a couple of small items promised but not delivered. Finance representative friendly and gave us all the information we asked for to reach a decision.
The friendliness and courtesy was outstanding. The dealership was very professional and provided me with all options related to finance and purchasing the Toyota vehicle. I have recommended the dealership to several of my friends. Taylor was super and I enjoyed doing business with him and will buy my next car from him.
I bought a new car there in May 2018. The experience was fine. Service was not great. This last visit - the schedule put me on a completely wrong day. I was moving that weekend, so stopping to take my car in and not being able to get it serviced was especially frustrated. People are nice there. I wouldn't recommend it, tho. I just had my car serviced at Cowboy Toyota in Dallas. The experience was excellent.
Had stopped by to see if i could trade in my Honda Accord with the Toyota Avalon. The sales man was Jeff.Somehow we could not agree to the price that we could go ahead with the deal. Which is fine. Happens at any dealer. I had a clear ask that if you do not agree to the price please let know so we can move on. But they took my car keys for evaluation of the trade-in price and they just did not give us the car keys back inspite of multiple reminders. We were about to call 911.
A highly unethical way to work and deal with customers - especially when the customer is clearly asking - are you ok with my price or not. The simple answer is yes or no. TO add to this Adam their manager instead of easing the situation came shouting at us !!
A bunch of real annoying guys - staying away is better.
We loved working with Megan! We didn't plan on purchasing a car Saturday but she found exactly what we were looking for at the exact price point so we ended up walking out with our daughters first car! Would definitely purchase from her again and refer friends to her!
Great dealership to go to in the DFW area. Prompt and friendly service. We were finished buying a new vehicle in 3 hours in Memorial Day. Highly recommend checking them out.
We purchase a new Highlander from Toyota of Richardson. Could not be happier with the level of service we received. If your in the market for a car ask for Martin Patterson. We were also impressed with our finance guy Corday Sullivan. Keep up the good work Toyota of Richardson.
Wonderful dealership. My salesperson (Aaron Grimshaw) was honest and hardworking. Fair price on my tradein and on the purchased vehicle. They were able to get me a great rate for financing and was done with entire deal in under 3 hours. Highly recommend if your looking for a new/used vehicle.
We contacted a sales associate named, Sam in used cars to inquire about a vehicle on Saturday June 8th. He told us the vehicle was available and in fact he called us a couple more times during the day to confirm we were coming. We informed him we were coming from a long distance and driving in from Saginaw, Texas. We get there and he couldn't find the vehicle. He finally located it in the mechanics shop. It had two recalls and was waiting for servicing. The mechanic shop would not give him the keys because they were shutting down for the afternoon, so we never got to drive it or look inside the vehicle. A total waste of 3 hours time to fight traffic back and forth to get there and back for nothing. Secondly, never heard back from him again on a followup call. Thumbs down on this dealership.
Very bad customer service and attitude care about making money! Horrible experience on my life I drop my car yesterday for simple problem with my head light not working usually I changed the bulb or fuses with Mr.- Scott but he had emergency situation,so they send me to James Holman he said I have to change headlight assembly (every thing) I try to explain for him I need just specific part I need to change he was really rude, kind of aggressive , and he said follow me to cashier I am still nice to him but before I paid 161.22 $ for noting . I went to the Lexus dealer they changed the bulb only and its working very well .I believe 100% they didn t touched just steal your money and make really hard day .and Mr jemes holman make bad day for me.I will never go there again or suggest some body to go there.
My husband and I were there today to buy our first family sized vehicle. Hector Santiago was of such great help and his service was beyond the expected. Along with Faison in the finance dept everything turned out great. So happy we found Hector who is bilingual and was able to help us understand better. Will definitely come back in the future and reccomend this dealership to our family and friends!!!
This place isn't perfect, but they are dependable. When I have had problems they have never left the problem unresolved. I like the location, the service clientele is nice and the shuttle service gets the job done. My only complaints are sometimes their prices are a little high, it gets really crowded and the wait times are not predictable. It's best to drop your vehicle off and then have them call you when it is ready.
Bought a new Camry at this dealership after a week of working with several local Toyota. dealerships. Thus dealership gave me the absolute best price and saved me literally thousands of dollars. They didn't play the negotiating game. Everything was done online and this was the best car buying experience I've had in about 30 years. Took my car in for 1 year service today and it was a quick in and out. Outstanding sales and service.
I have done business with Toyota Richardson prior to this purchase I I come back because I like the friendliness the welcoming and comfortable feeling I get when I m in there the sales reps are great the finance guys are great and I just always have an overall great experience
Highly recommend Joon Lee as he takes time to educate the buyer and is focused on your satisfaction beyond the immediate sale. A no pressure consultive style that was a breath of fresh air in the traditional car dealer world!
I moved to Dallas all alone last summer and when I came to Toyota Omar Sherbi made me feel so welcome and was very helpful with finding me a good reliable vehicle at a great price! I would highly recommend everyone going to see him if you are in need of a car! He answered all of my questions and I gained trust with him immediately! My overall experience was the best out of any car dealership I went to!
I had my worst experience ever in a car dealer. I will never go again top that dealer, no professionals workers, and big liars. The service area is the worst.
I went to Toyota of Richardson to buy a new Toyota RAV4 SUV. I had had RAV4 before and traded it in on the new car. I worked with the salesman named Randy Penn and I highly recommend him to others. I did finally buy a new RAV4 XLE and I have driven it for one day now. I really like the car it's perfect and I knew that Toyota would deliver a great product.
Yusuf did great and handled everything very professionally. He never once let us feel as if he was annoyed or exhausted though I'm sure he was. He was very patient with us.
My Service Consultant, Jason Roberts is a real asset to your organization and a customer service PRO. He's highly knowledgeable, he takes responsibility for getting things done, he goes far out of his way to ENSURE customer satisfaction, and he does his job with exceptional pride. He is thorough, and treated me with tremendous dignity. I will return for service and will certainly insist on working with Jason. I certainly hope the dealership treats him well and does everything possible to retain him for a very long time :-) Thank you Jason for an excellent service experience.
Definitely not the same kind of service as I experienced in the premium car dealerships. However, Waleed Khan, the car salesman, helped me understand the entire vehicle purchasing process in detail. I wasnt able to make a deal but if i ever wanted a vehicle, i will contact him.
This dealership has lost the understanding of integrity. From the front lines to the general manager there is a sense of we have a million other people in the metroplex, why do we need to ensure all customers are pleased Toyota of Richardson you have lost my business for good. To everyone reading this...apparently the stereotypes of car dealerships is true! Fend for yourselves!
Great experience all around with my salesman Bruce, and the finance guys Ben and Chase! They worked hard to get me the deal I wanted on the exact car I wanted. I walked away with an awesome deal on more car than I expected! Highly recommend these guys and this dealership!
My first visit to look at and inspect the car went great. Sam Mau is truly a phenomenal salesman, as he made me feel comfortable and appreciated the whole time without being an intense and aggressive salesman. He knew the quality of the vehicle and it's owner's maintenance were impeccable, just what I wanted and and that the car was a perfect fit so he basically let me enjoy the experience of getting a new car after being frustrated for 5 months. That was a great experience.
My BUT for this dealership and their staff was that I had come in the second time after the car had been serviced and detailed (Sam also pulled some strings so that a dent in the bumper was taken out and repainted first) around 3:30 on a Wed I believe. First I took it to a mechanic to have it checked out (one issue would need 2 hrs to fix) that only took 35 min or so. When we got back to the dealer it was like we were the hot potato being passed around from dept to dept and building to building before anyone could figure out what to do with us. I simply asked that they take the price which was $125 off before I bought it, because the shop was closing and we were not driving 2 hrs back to the dealership the next day. Anyhow long story short they ended up taking that out of the price which was good but we were there until 8pm waiting for them to figure out what to do.... It should not have taken 3 1/2 hours for that deal to be completed. I'm only frustrated that employees took so much less initiative in helping me after I was already in the process of purchasing the car then they did when I hadn't put money down yet. A little disappointed at the very end ( Sam and a couple others did apologize for the wait), but all in all I was sold a fantastic car, at a reasonable price and done so with a friendly smile.
They do a great job and don't jerk you around. Only problem I had was a mix up on when my car was finished and the shuttle service not picking me up. Recently a nearby shop had moved so they were overwhelmed with customers. I don't blame them for being overwhelmed, they did a great job given the situation.
Our experience today at Toyota of Richardson couldn t have been any better. Everyone involved in the purchase of our car were extremely pleasant, polite and went out of their way to be helpful. There was no rudeness just helpful and polite. Any questions we had were answered and they explained every function of our Camry so that we could drive and operate all it s many features. It was a very pleasant experience, I would recommend Toyota of Richardson to any one and we will suggest this place to our friends. Thank you for the wonderful experience today, sincerely Bonnie McCombs
Great people to work with with no pressure. The management make you feel like you are home and care about you and your questions. I strongly recommend you visit them and see for yourself.
I came in with a friend to look for her next lease car, which isn t even up for another year but despite her being ridiculous the guy that helped us, Ryan or something (with the glasses) was super nice and helpful. I would have been so annoyed with her, but he was extremely Patient. So I want to make sure he gets credit for his customer service skills
Courtney Savage at Toyota of Richardson , was so kind, and really caring when it came to purchasing my car. I left two other dealerships, and ended up there to try one more time to see what her dealership could do for me in hopes that she wouldn't be pushy or rude. She listened to every word I said, and never made me feel as if I was being pushed into anything that I wasn't comfortable with. Taking time to show me anything I wanted to see, and allowed me to ask any and all questions I might have had about all the cars I was looking at. I will say this....I would have never referred my two friends to her if it wasn't for her character as a salesperson. Best part is this week I received my 1st referral check by mail, and will be seeing my second soon! You defiantly can't go wrong with her selling you a car!
I told the sales person price that I was looking for on car. He found a car that after trade in was 11k difference in price. It was like he did not listen to my goal price was
Thomas Pablo was very friendly, and helpful. They were quick and thorough. I will definitely come back to Toyota in Richardson for any further services. By far the best experience I have had.
Service department deserves praises! Thank you Toyota of Richardson for quickly and efficiently taking care of my Tacoma's needs. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to help. I will be back in 5,000 miles.
I am over 60 years old so I have dealt with a few car dealers in my life. These people rate at the bottom as far as carrying out any promises made before the sales contract is signed. I had four conditions that I wanted done before the sale and they have not met two of them and refuse to return calls or acknowledge my presence. When I call everybody except the receptionist is either off that day, out to lunch or busy scamming another customer.
This is one place that does not rip you off in north Texas when it comes to service. They provide you outstanding service! I have dealt with Lee Schuster for more than a decade and he is wonderful. You can completely trust his judgment and he has seen me through 3 toyota cars from cradle to grave! A few years back a reporter, who is Lee's customer wrote in a piece published in Dallas Morning News "It is one of those rare instances where I feel happy when I part with money as long as Lee Schuster is on the other end". Amen!
I've been coming to TOR for over 17 years. I bought my first Tundra here in 2000 and then my 2nd in 2004. I've only EVER brought my trucks HERE for service. Yes, it's a little bit more expensive, BUT I always know the work is done correctly. Another plus is that they are pretty good at predicting how long your service will take.... I like that. Typically, I will stay in the waiting area, but if I need to be somewhere, they have provided me with a courtesy ride.
OH!! And they do not "nickel and dime" you here. They fix what's broke and make suggestions for next time. My truck has never broken down.... 207,000 and counting!
Best experience by far. I was feeling very discouraged from visiting other DFW dealerships in the DFW area. The folks at Richardson turned that around and now I have my new Tacoma!
I stopped by on 2/12/2013 and was helped by Ali Aldamiri. He did a great job helping me out and I was pleased with his product knowledge. Ali seems to really enjoy his work and was very respectful and willing to help. I plan on using Toyota again and wouldn't mind Ali's help at all! : ) Financing went well. They were a little low with the trade in value, but were very quick to negotiate and even gave me a price higher than I expected. Very cool considering the KBB value and Edmunds, along with the residual value of my trade in.
Each time I have taken my car for service has been a good experience.. Friendly people who are happy to help and take care of my vehicles needs efficiently.
Do NOT trust this dealership! Make sure you look over your paperwork VERY carefully, and ask A LOT of questions if you have them. The finance guy Ali Syed, lied straight to my face about a warranty coverage. The quote started out at $1300, then it was $2500, then ended up as $3740. He "claimed" that GAP insurance and wheel and tire coverage was rolled into the package, but could not provide me with any written that stated what he said. I decided to ask a friend at another Toyota dealer about my paperwork and said that Toyota of Richardson was trying to screw me. I emailed several times about the packet I was suppose to get in the mail and was not successful. I went back to the dealer to tell them I wanted the warranty quoted for $1300 and was told by Dexter and Mo Sherbi both, that since it was all rolled into 1 package that it could not be partially refunded. My only choice was a cancellation and complete refund. I called the warranty company about cancelling and told them my whole story. They stated that they have NEVER rolled GAP coverage or wheel and tire protection into their Platinum warranty EVER! So not only was I lied to by Ali, but Dexter and Mo also (Mo being the assistant director of finance). So what they have done is just covered for the first guys blatant lie. What they have done is referred to in legal terms as FRAUD. I am currently seeking an attorney to file a lawsuit. BEWARE, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! Patiently waiting the generic response they send everyone else in these reviews.
Incredible service- Joe Thai was patient, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and helped us get a comparable vehicle that fit our finances. Will be returning when we trade in our other vehicle for another great deal and experience. We re so glad we travelled from Waxahachie- worth the trip!
Toyota of Richardson is an excellent place for your Toyota vehicle needs. I recently moved here from Houston and they made me feel right at home. The customer service from Sirle (Advisor) was excellent. She was attentive, responsive, and thorough. I look forward to continuing to bring my 2016 Camry XSE in for service here and to purchase my future vehicle here. Thank you Toyota of Richardson see you again soon!
A highly unprofessional behavior almost like goons sitting in white collar Went with a friend to explore trade in options, were going through normal formality of evaluating car's value and had to give our car keys for the same. Afte multiple rounds of discussion we came to a point that deal is not working at which we said we can come back if we don't get a better deal. And the for 10 20 30 and 45 mins we were just getting ping ponged for the keys where we lost our patience and were about to take help from 911. Over and above the manager also comes threatening us like he is going throw us out. Deal is deal if it works fine if not you behave professionally. Very weird experience. Please avoid.
