The experience today was very good. Ciara explained everything clearly and quickly. She s awesome!!! Franklin did a very good job too. He explained everything with details and helped us make a good decision with our purchase The only problem was to witness the disrespect from Andres to his co-worker Franklin in front of customers. He must learn to respect others, especially in front of customers. Thank you to the Toyota family for helping my wife and I to continue our journey with Toyota. Awesome quality and wonderful experiences.

My g/f and I went there looking for a car for her to start saving gas on her trip to and from work. We found her a nice little 2020 Toyota Corolla. They made the deal and they gave her a "key." She started checking into it and found out it was supposed to come with a key fob. She called them and left messages for the salesman, and the sales manager for numerous days. Nobody ever called her back. She finally ended up buying one for over 200.00. Very poor customer service. Never deal with them again.

I have ordered parts from Toyota of Orlando which at one time was associated with the Toyota dealer in Winter Park. I have found that their wholesale prices are more than the wholesale prices from Courtesy Toyota.
I also just found out that the two Orlando Toyota dealers, one by the mall of millinea and the one in Winter Park are now separate operations.
I have had a charge account with the Winter Park store for many years but when I called the same phone number that I have called in the past And ordered parts, when delivered to me all of a sudden I find out that I have no charge account etc. Kyle in wholesale parts does remember my ordering from the Winter Park store when he was there but he is now at the Orlando store and tells me that they are separate stores.
Anyway, not happy and will order from Courtesy Toyota the future.

They may be a good dealership in person. But my experience is that they are requiring people to come in during COVID-19 when most other dealers are not and can do the deals remotely, second I live hours away and they can t deliver a vehicle I want to buy. Most dealerships provide these basic services so I am surprised this mega Toyota dealership does not.

It's unfortunate that I cannot give 0 stars. Toyota Orlando uses scummy high pressure sales tactics to try to sell you a car. I requested a quote online and they demanded that I visit them in order to get one. I told them that I didn't want to, due to coronavirus, and they were incredibly rude and dismissive towards me afterwards. I will never buy from nor recommend them.

I need to purchase a new tundra and rav4. I filled out the "get eprice form online" I immediately received an email back from this very confused sales assistant. She had no idea why I had emailed her and her sole purpose was to get me to come to the dealership. Even though they advertise total online sales experience, This dealer has no interest in accommodating you. After several very bizzare emails, I gave up, I even told her I was going somewhere else-she "wished me luck". It was very obvious she was not reading anything I was sending her. I will take my business else where. You should take your adds down if you are not interested.

I won t buy a car here again. First, they ran a hard credit inquiry even though a was paying cash and never told me they were doing this which puts a ding on my credit for no reason. When we asked for a bottle of water the salesman directed us to the vending machine instead of going to get us one. It took 3 hours to buy the car and we were paying cash! I can t imagine how long it would have taken if we financed the car. Also, the salesman said the recall on the car was fixed and the next day we get a call we need to bring the car back to fix the recall. Absolutely one of the worst customer experiences ever. I just hope the car is good because I have no confidence what the salesman told us was true.

If I could give 0 stars, I would ! I found the exact car I wanted to buy and I reached out through their website. Told I was talking to sales, but really the internet sales team can only ask questions but not sell the car. I was told sales would be reaching out. Received text message from Rasheed introducing himself, but then no other contact no additional texting, no calls, nothing.. I texted back are you interested in selling this car? Nothing. At this point I have reached out through chat bubble day 1, text day 2, called day 3 and now waiting.. The next day Rasheed calls. He tells me that he cannot discuss price or sell cars, someone else would do that, but I have to come in to fill out application for financing. I explained I already have financing and just want to buy the car. He was nice, but definitely seemed uninformed. I asked for a manager.. Transferred to Felix who told me that they won t start the process or allow me to buy car online that I must come in to see car and fill out credit application. At this moment I thought Felix must of misunderstood.. I have the exact same car and I just want to purchase the newer model. I already have financing and oh BTW..I bought the car I have now a Toyota Highlander 3 years ago brand new all online through dealership (BEFORE COVID). He said they are the number one selling dealership and 95% of their customer want to come in, I said well I am the 5%. I also told him his website says I can buy online, he said no you can fill out an application online.. application for what, credit i don t need credit i have credit, and I don t need financing. I have money and I want to buy a car, and other dealerships will work with you online. He said well this car is in high demand and Good Luck. Needless to say the high demand card IS still sitting on the lot and I still have money in my pocket to spend on a brand new 2021 Toyota Highlander. I am in sales and have never experienced a sales company work so hard to not sell a product to someone who wants to buy that product.

The facilities were clean and the mechanic who did our oil change seemed friendly and knowledgeable, but even though we had an appointment we were told it would take an hour and a half for our oil change to be done, and the price was exorbitant. I was expecting a $30-$40 oil change but it was over $80! I would never go back to this dealership based on the bloated pricing alone.

Having to buy a new car came at a time in my life that I really didn t need the added stress. I narrowed my search of vehicles down to the Highlander and began looking at local inventory. I then had a friend refer me to someone he knew at ToO, Paul. Paul helped me while he was actually on vacation and then we got to meet today for me to get my vehicle.
Paul was incredibly charming and helpful... once on-site, I dealt with a very friendly staff (Jason, Jason and Fred) and process was fairly painless.
In the end, I have a beautiful new vehicle and am grateful for Paul and his team. Thank you!!!

Toyota of Orlando went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. The repairs were covered under a recall so no cost to me. I was given a loaner car. service advisor was patient and helpful. The shop supervisor explained everything completely, he was very knowledgeable and honest. I'm glad I did not take it to a local shop. I certainly would recommend them and come back again for any service work needed in the future.. Deb

We were shown around by Angels and was given a thorough experience of the RAV4. We drove and looked around the intended car that we want. He then transferred care over to Andres. He worked the prices with my mother and gave us a reasonable price. Lastly, Cesar was informative with the contract and was very kind! Thank you for this smooth experience for my parents!

I also recently got a new dashboard on my Camry through the help by Tawfiq (Service representative) and he was so friendly and kind. He messaged me updates on the car and when it would be ready to pick up. He helped me through each step and I would highly recommend getting your car serviced by Tawfiq! 5/5

Took my 2020 tundra with 5,000 in for maintenance ...

Took my 2020 tundra with 5,000 in for maintenance and service rep advises me that l had nail in one of my tires he advised me that they can remove nail and patch and plug. Cost 36 dollars ok np. Just so happens my wife scrapped up that specific rim. So l ordered the new rim and had a local tire shop install ha tells me that my tire has just a plug no patch. when l notified the advisor he genuinely didn t care. So if there dishonest about something so simple imagine a big incident.

So spoke to service manager and he listen to what l had to say and assured me he will get to the bottom of the situation and adjusted the fee. Thank you Mike for making things right also Jesse Santiago also tried to make things right as well.

Only 1 star for this dealership. Me and my husband just went today. The sales guy who showed us the car which we found online was very pleasant and very informative. We thought we would really have the car until we met his manager (we know the name but we would not say it here). He was not really a good listener to customers like us. The thing is we only have one day off together with my husband and we don t have much time for non sense (we want straight to the point). We already got pre-approved for a loan from our credit union bank but the financing guy or that manager still wants to run our credit, despite telling him it s frozen. And he seemed disappointed that we got it frozen. We are very sure that our credit union bank will not re-run our credit so why lift the freeze? He kept saying You need a car, right? and also said Just be honest with me when he saw us walking out. Look, we need a car but if you don t have good customer service, we can go somewhere else to buy our car. And we can even pay it cash upfront if we want to. We had the money ready to give to him but we just need to know the worth for the car. You want us to be honest with you on what we think? Now here it is. It s all written here. Next time we go back to your dealership, God forbid, please be more accommodating!! Listen to your customers and give them what they really want and need!!
