This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! We arrived in the worst rainstorm, we spoke to Daniel and he brought us a car around under the service bay so we could look at it and test drive it without getting wet. We loved the 2021 Corolla we test drove so decided to buy it. Scotty in finance was awesome he got us a great interest rate and we were able to buy a brand new car for cheaper payments on a used one! We have been going to Toyota of Orlando for their amazing service department for 5 years, thank you for exceeding our expectations in your sales department as well!

Abe was very good to us today. He took the time to explain all of the details about the new vehicles to us. Freddy and I truly appreciated his time and him giving us great service.

I came to buy a new car today. I was not sure if I was going to be able to. But the following guys have the buying experience really wonderful. I had a last minute service need on my Toyota RAV4 and Arron, the Service Consultant, scheduled me to come in that same day within 30 minutes of our phone call which was very convenient! He was very courteous, professional, and personable. There was about a 2 hour wait, but Arron arranged a shuttle (I believe the driver s name was Eggy? Anyways, he was very kind and drove safely) to take me to the mall while I waited for my car in service. Arron made my experience at Toyota of Orlando fantastic. I would highly recommend this service team!

Great Place and Great People!!! The only reason I gave four stars is my 18 RAV 4 has only $ 30 K and break pads worn out very fast in them. Need pads replacement I also got that feedback from other owner of same year and model. I have 14 Accord and it has $ 94 K on it haven t touched brakes yet. Otherwise, thank you Toyota of Orlando!!!

Every time I go there my tire comes with a nail and they always trying to upsell You need to replace your tires when I just replace them like 6 months ago, even if you go only for the oil change and don t even tell me about the sales department trying to get you into another car ridiculous prices I ll avoid this place at all costs for my next oil change.

The customer service I received was excellent from Brian. He was professional and explain everything to us in detail, kudos to him. I was disappointed to see sales representatives walking around without a mask or using it wrong. Is unprofessional to see employees eating lunch in front of customers and no social distance at all definitely sad see that some employees Carelessly and playing around.

Toyota of Orlando and the staff that work there care nothing about the customer. I recently experienced a situation where my family member had financing but they declined our business. It s sad because we went to Kia in Melbourne Florida and was able to get the perfect car. I would like senior management to call me to discuss my issues in detail. Thank you- upset and confused customer.

I came to this dealership to just test drive a Used Camry and had NO intention of purchasing that day. However, all that changed when I met Chito! He was outstanding, not pushy, and extremely personable. The staff was excellent. Raphael did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. He was also very kind and patient in his explanation. Lastly, Fred was an incredible human being. He, as well as Chito and Raphael, were all very intentional, professional, caring, and very educational. I left the dealership with a 2020 Camry, exactly what I wanted! Overall, my experience was literally perfect and just top notch. Go to someone else. This dealership has broken other parts of my car when I showed up for safety recall and didn t tell me. So I have to discover this on my own and return to get it fixed.

The manger offered a free oil change and tire rotation when I needed it. So I book the appointment over the phone and am assured in the notes that the services are covered.

I was expected to pay, I complained and had to wait for them to check my account. After I check the paper work I see they never did the tire rotation. When I asked why the same rep advised me we don t do that here .

Zero stars do not recommend. They will break parts of your car to return and then not provide you the services you ask for. Beware!

Made an appointment to drop my car off for service at 12pm told they were pretty slow today and really didn t even need an appointment but made one anyways so I could be priority, like they said I would be with an appointment. Told it would be about an hour. At 1:30 I checked to see how much longer, they had not even started on my car yet because they made a mistake . Took my car and left, first and last time I ll be going there.

Oliver was very helpful and informative about the car we were interested in. He was also very pleasant and nice to work with. Rafael and Cesar also were also very professional and very pleasant. We had a great experience with the whole team.

Jamal was exceptional at showing cars, never showed any frustration with the amount of cars we test drove. Vern was very reasonable and respected our financials. Ceaser was well organized and made the financial processes very smooth.

I must say, today s experience was a positive one. Ciara, Jerry Sun and the whole staff at Toyota of Orlando really went above and beyond to make sure my mom was happy with her purchase.

I was asked for my opinion about my visit before I saw my car. I m so happy I received this text to state what I was not happy about. First thing was that I was not provided with a lot number where my car was located after service. I had to go on hunt for my car. Couldn t believe it. Second, when I got in my car, I wasn t provided with an oil change return sticker. Each time I visit this dealership I feel not welcomed. The service advisors seems like they don t like their jobs. Not friendly at all. I call customer service and I get transferred from place to another because the operator doesn t know anything. And then I m not told I m being transferred. Poor phone customer service. I live Orlando but I think I m going to drive to Clermont to see if I can get better service.

I purchased my car nine months ago. Today, when I realized I had misplaced my registration and needed it urgently, I called to see if there was a copy on file. Jean Lacock was very kind and extremely helpful. He located my registration and emailed it to me, which was a life saver! He went out of his way to help even though the situation had nothing to do with his actual job. I m so thankful. Always a great experience here.

My experience buying a car today at Toyota of Orlando was awesome Michael who took me for the test ride, Scotty who help me with the different options for purchase, and Jason for financing. Each of them were exceptional.

I ve never had such terrible service. The Manager is very unprofessional and believes in harassing people that have issues with their poorly running company... they tell people a car is there and waste your time before telling you that they already sold it. Several reviews have been made and they get pushed down with fake 5 star reviews. This company and this dealership in specific is absolutely terrible. Definitely wouldn t recommend.

I finally found the car I wanted to buy after searching for weeks. It was a great deal and I had notified the dealership I was coming to buy the car. When I arrived I asked if I could take the car for a test drive just to make sure everything was in order and at the end of test drive I confirmed I was buying the car and walked inside to begin the process. That is when I was notified by the manager of the dealership that they had sold the car out from under me while I was driving it. I m super disappointed in this dealership and will not be coming back to purchase from them.

Went in for an air bag recall... I haven't had not one single problem with my cars battery or alternator for the last year... well we hand off the car to get serviced and not even 10 minutes later they're calling me to tell me "my car is dead and won't start" finally after another 10 mins of tryin to get somebody over to talk to me about it , the guy opens the hood (which was already unlatched when I showed back up) and said start it up and bam guess what it fires right up...then i get this long speal about I need a new battery and alternator and probably terminals..well I left ..I wasted an hour of my time for nothing..car runs fine no problems..only even gave 1 star so I can leave a review otherwise they would get a 0.. what a waste of time and they guy that was talking to me was super rude like he was mad he wasn't gona make more money
