We purchased a 2019 Highlander with only 11 miles from Raul on 01/09/2020 and on 01/11/2020 we told them that there was something wrong with the car and that we needed to get into another vehicle. Of course - there were no managers available. No apology from anyone at the dealership. On 01/13/2020, I called and found out that one of the fuel injectors had a misfire. On 01/14/2020, we picked up the car from Gus. AS SOON AS we pulled out of the parking lot, the check engine light came on and the vehicle started juddering. A tech plugged it into a laptop and said that there was something wrong with a cylinder and air fuel and the car needs to stay and was unsafe to drive. NO ONE at this dealership calls you to give you an update and it s very hard to get in contact with anyone. This dealership doesn t care about you after your purchase! They refuse to buy back their car and Raul just kept saying we signed a contract. He even compared it to a brand new house having issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I even spoke with Cynthia, who was in customer relations and nothing. If this dealership cared about their customers, they would have got us into another vehicle the day we brought it in. We haven t even enjoyed our new vehicle and it s been repaired TWICE!

Waited 3 1/2 hours to complete service. When I asked for an update I was told everything was done it was just gonna be 20 more minutes which soon turned into another 45 minute wait.

My husband and I went to several dealerships trying to find a safe and affordable first car for our son. After stopping by a dealership that did not display their prices, some that claimed to have the best deals in town and others with inexperienced sales staff, we decided to go back to Toyota of Orlando. We had purchased from this dealership before and the service has always been wonderful. They have a large lot, can t beat prices, friendly staff and even during the current Covid19 situation they are very busy. Oliver was our sales rep and he was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly. Fred Robinson and Jack (finance) were the dream team. Although others were interested in the same vehicle, they moved fast enough to make the purchase happen and everything went as smooth as possible. Being an used car, it had an issue with the air conditioning condenser and they very quickly setup a service appointment for us. Within a day the car was like new. Mr. Natale in service was so helpful and took cate of everything. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, my son is very happy with his car and we are glad to have stayed on budget.

When i returned to get the second key she had a very poor attitude and proceeded to tell us that we had lost it and we were trying to get a free one. I felt it was very unprofessional and customer service was done since i had already bought the car.

Ciara Napieralski in Financial Services was outstanding to work with. Professional and polite throughout the buying process.

On short notice the service department worked us in (same day) and obtained the necessary parts (other dealers told us it would take a couple days just to get the parts). Unexpectedly, but at no fault of their own, it became a 2-day job. They gave us use of a rental at no cost. I highly recommend this service department for their customer service, flexibility, and solid competence on a job well done!

Took my first review down because after I left a review on how they blew me off when I was looking at one of their trucks online. They responded that they would like to get this worked out and for me to send my info to customer relations. So I did and with in a few minutes instead of customer relations calling me they had the rudest salesman call me telling me I had to come in to look at the truck. And he got a real attitude when I asked why I had to complain to get answers to a truck I wanted to buy. Told him I have doubts about buying it. He hung up on me before I could tell him why. This review won't come down.
