I rarely remember both the first and last name of someone who helped me but Eddie Fernandez was so helpful and so kind and so wonderful I wish he could be my service advisor every time I bring my car in

I have never had a disappointing experience with Toyota of Orlando. I did not buy my car here, but it s where I ve taken my Toyota for service ever since I bought it. There is another Toyota dealership closer to where I live, but I come here because I ve always had such amazing experiences with the service team. I ve worked with various advisors over the last 3 years, and they have always been fantastic. I worked with Nick on my most recent visit and he was outstanding. If I m waiting at the dealership while my car is being worked on, they have a very comfortable waiting area. The only thing I can say that frustrates me is their sales team trying to talk to me about trading in my car every time I m there. I ve never encountered this at other dealerships, but it s not something I d stop coming here over.

Overall experience was excellent. Alton the product specialist was very knowledgeable and informative. Vern was very knowledgeable and the best sales specialist I've ever met. Ciara was truly exceptional also.

Everyone including Evelyn, Irina and Cesar were extremely nice and helpful. Only issue was the wait.

Cesar was very friendly and took his time to explain everything before signing anything.

Bryan, my service advisor, took great care of me and my car. I was in and out for a couple of recall remedies on my Corolla in much less time than I anticipated. He recommended some other servicing which I couldn't take care of at the time, but gave me pause to consider returning later even though I typically go to a different service shop closer to home. It was also great to interact with a fellow veteran.

We worked with a great team today. Alton was a great down to earth guy who made it very comfortable to work with. He was easy to talk to and explained so much in terms we could understand. Francisco was very sweet and helped us come with a price that we could afford monthly. Roxanne finalized our paperwork and was very fast and efficient. The best part is a staff full of Star Wars fans and plenty of mandalorian talk to keep everyone entertained. Thanks for the new corolla guys we are so excited.

Just finished up filling out paperwork my new Rav 4. Had a great experience. Definitely recommend coming here. Donte helped me the car I needed and he was a sweetheart that really listened and looked for what I needed. Andres was a delight that helped set up a good comfortable payment and Cesar at financial services really helped and finishing up the day nice and smooth. He made sure I understood everything on contract before leaving. All in all perfect.

Ciara helped us finish up with paperwork and got our vehicle ready to go and gave us one key. When i returned to get the second key she had a very poor attitude and proceeded to tell us that we had lost it and we were trying to get a free one. I felt it was very unprofessional and customer service was done since i had already bought the car.

Loved the service, taken well done, situations easily figured out. Cesar and Jerry they were excellent employees, helped us with everything.

After going here for years for service, I ll have to find a new location to go to. With the new policy of not servicing oversized wheels, they refused to do anything aside from my oil change during my routine service. I only ended up staying for the service since I had one free one left on my account. So, if you have oversized wheels, just go ahead and head elsewhere.

After going to a few different dealerships and not having a fully satisfactory experience we went to Toyota of Orlando and we are glad we did. They took the time and patience with us well beyond closing with the many questions we had Ciara was awesome and entirely patient.

Walked in and within seconds I was greeted by numerous staff and introduced to Alton who took me to exactly the Rav 4 that I wanted and got to test drive within minutes of arriving. Was introduced to Scotty and quickly started the purchasing process. After working everything out and getting great deals I was taken to finance with Cesar and was out ASAP with my brand new 2021 Rav 4. The staff was spectacular on helping me get my dream vehicle. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

Our new 2021 Toyota Venza SUV is just amazing! Kevin's knowledge was critical in the process as we were not aware that Toyota even had a mid-sized SUV. We had investigated several other makes but once Kevin introduced us to the numerous benefits of the Venza Hybrid and we drove it, we were sold. Then, thanks to David, we were able to get a reasonable price on a fantastic vehicle with all the safety features PLUS great mileage!

This was my favorite dealership experience. Alton helped me from the beginning with finding the perfect car. Then Chris helped me to get financing that worked for me and I didn't feel pressured at all like at other dealerships. And finally, Cesar, made all the paperwork very easy. Everyone was so personable and made this experience really enjoyable.

Fairly new to the area and this is my 2nd attempt at finding a Toyota dealership for routine maintenance. Roger was my assigned rep and let me say right from the start he was professional and knowledgeable about the reason for my appointment. He kept me updated on the progress and had me finished up quicker than expected. No doubt in my mind this will be the only Toyota in the Orlando area for me and my family.

Horrible they make promises that don t keep. Their word is no good. Period . They wasted my time and told me to have 3000 down payment. When I showed up with all the required documents and check they told me they can t sell me a car and there was nothing they could do for me. Wasted my time.

Update I just left Toyota AutoNation in Winter Park they were amazing I just left with the 4Runner limited nightshade. They were amazing and made everything easy and stress free!!! You should defiantly go there. They will treat you with respect and not mess with you!

Do yourself a favor and ask for Angel! He was so knowledgeable from start to finish. I don't think I've ever met a more courteous and polite human being. We could tell we were in good hands. Jerry really helped us get a deal during toyotathon. Jason was hilarious and made our boring paperwork actually enjoyable.

Found the exact car I desired online using their website. Called to verify it was in stock and on their lot. Made appointment to see the next day at opening time. Called 45 minutes before closing just to double check it was there before making the hour+ drive and was assured it was and would be ready and waiting for me at opening. Drove there and sales guy walks me and hubby all over the lot looking for it while he points out different colors, different options. I finally say I m done walking, go inside and pull up the VIN. Salesman and manager come to us stating they are sorry but car sold last night . Offer to show me colors and features I am not interested in. I read a dealer review site that said this happens to a lot of folks with this dealer. So unless your looking for any old car as long as it s your year and model- I suggest a different dealer.

This dealership treats you as if they are doing YOU a service by letting you buy their cars. Yesterday was the 2nd time I went to check out the RAV4. I spoke with Alton who did a great job showing me the car. However, Toyota does this thing where after speaking to the first person, you are then handed off to a salesman. I didn t like this approach the first time and this time was just terrible. This is where they take all the effort and throw it out the window. Andres was the guy who came to talk to me. He was extremely patronizing and condescending. Alton even realized this and when Andres walked away, Alton had me speak to another guy, Ricardo. By this time, I was overheated, but Ricardo was actually helpful. I walked away disrespected from the experience and am looking around some more. It s a shame because I like the car. Do yourself a favor though. You work hard for your money. Don t spend it here.
