We have had a Corolla for the last three years and today we decided to have another one and renew our current lease. Ricardo, and Rafael were super nice recommending us cars and deals. And the end Pam was super nice with all the paperwork we had to sign.

Victor, Daniel and sue were amazing and helped me get into a spectacular looking truck. Trades my Tacoma in for a newer one and couldn t be more happier.

Aria, Andres and Stephen were great. Made the experience of finding and purchasing my 4 Runner a pleasant one, and free of the pressure you find at many dealerships.

My service advisor is Eduardo. He has been servicing my Toyotas for years! He is very knowledgeable and I can tell genuinely cars about your vehicle being repaired correctly. Never had a problem with Eduardo, which always brings me back with my Camry & Tacoma. No big business is perfect, but Eduardo is the best service advisor I have ever seen.

Jason, Fred, Kyle and Cesar were more than great!. They took their time and were very helpful. Thank you!

Their collision center service is nothing but super horrible! My car just had a few scratches and they sent me a message saying the car would be ready this Friday, which already took them 2 weeks and half already. Then, after calling them, they told me it will be another week. If there is a half star, I would give them that. I wouldn't recommend anyone to fix your toyota there.

Toyota of Orlando was a great dealership because When I got here I was helped by Laura and she showed us all car models they had, and showed us all the cool features the car had as well. Also Ricardo was great help with the buying process by making it less stressful for us and showing us more options. The financial service was great as well because Jason helped us through all the paperwork and answered all questions I had about the car and paperwork.

This was a good experience I came here because I knew it would be. Fred was awesome, so was Jason who is the fella who showed me the car, and Jean was awesome the gentleman who did the paperwork for financing the car. Everyone did their job I was in and out of here in several hours which is whole lot better than I ve ever done at a car dealership... I hope I love the car as much as the people...

Terribly customer service. If you want some information thru the phone - don't hope to get it. They will hang up on you. Especially Denny in service department. Second bad experience with this guys.

Very nice place: bright, very clean and accommodating. The person who took care of me was very pleasant, friendly and effective. It is the best Toyota dealership I have ever been, and I have own Toyota cars for twenty five years.

I finally found the car I wanted to buy after searching for weeks. It was a great deal and I had notified the dealership I was coming to buy the car. When I arrived I asked if I could take the car for a test drive just to make sure everything was in order and at the end of test drive I confirmed I was buying the car and walked inside to begin the process. That is when I was notified by the manager of the dealership that they had sold the car out from under me while I was driving it. I m super disappointed in this dealership and will not be coming back to purchase from them.
