Jorge Pacheco was the most helpful and understanding salesman I ve ever encountered. Understood all of the needs for a new car and even assisted with negotiating prices. To this day I have yet to encounter such a great sales person and professional. Cesar Velez was very straight forward and helpful we were very impressed to say the least.

Gabby was a Joy today with helping me pick out my brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla and Jason Kelly is far most my favorite guy inside of Toyota of Orlando. Jason sold me my first Rav4 and it has been the best experience every. Keep up the good work guys. Great customer service is hard to come by these days.

When walking on the lot Kevin met us with his smiling face. Without pressure he let us pick out the vehicle of our dreams. Afterwards Fred was amazing and kind while we worked on a deal that made sense for us. Finally Cesar made sure we understood each line we signed in financing and was an absolute joy as he took my money!

Don't buy a car here!!! If it's used they will sell you a damaged car that was previously in an accident and tell you the car is perfect. They did it to us. Don't let them do it to you. Go somewhere else because years later you will regret coming here. Don't buy Toyota. Zero stars for Toyota of Orlando.

Daniella truly did all he could to negotiate the best deal and Daniella took the time to welcome me and educate me on the options I went at the right price. They are not commissioned at Toyota Orlando so that helps with the over all experience and it s my first time buying my new 2020 leased vehicle, can t wait to drive it off the lot!!!

We came here looking for an used Tacoma. The man that assisted us in looking at the Tacoma was from Brazil, don t like mentioning names, but he was amazing because he had a Tacoma so he could talk from experience. Everything was great until we went inside and got transferred to a sales person to talk about numbers. We told the second guy we were not buying a car today because we are still shopping around since it is a big investment. Even though he said he understood that we felt very rushed to buying the car because he kept saying he would give us the best price if we decided to buy it today. It took us like two hours to talk about the price. He kept going to the sales director and it was all so sneaky with the back and forth they had. Finally the director came to us and said that he can t tell us a price unless we buy it. We were so anxious to get out of here, because how can you buy a car without knowing the final price. When they ran my credit it didn t even give the right number base on my credit karma (I checked it as soon as I stepped out). Mine was way better than what the sales man showed me. Will not be coming back here.

They should understand not everyone has money and can make decisions on the spot. For some people we need to know the final price of he car and then talk it out with the family to see if we can afford the investment.

Customer service is terrible!!! I wouldn t dare buy a vehicle from this place! Nobody greets you, the only person that s nice in this place is the lady in the cafe! She greeted me, spoke to me, and makes you want to spend money! I am a multimillionaire but was a judge as if I didn t have any money or anything due to my appearance! You can tell the place so bad one of the salesman even told me he s getting ready to leave to do his own trucking company! Also I tried to set and appointment a day before Mrs. Nicole who answer the phone was so rude on the phone!!!!

Fred, Jason, and Pam we're all truly exceptional. The treated us with the utmost professionalism and we absolutely loved our experience. Would recommend 10/10!!!

Today we came in to trade a 2018 Camry for a 2019 Camry. Gabriela was kind to us when she was working for the best possible price and lowering our interest rate. Irina helped us when looking at models and test driving the different color cars. Cesar was quick and helpful when completing and processing our paperwork. Thank you Toyota of Orlando for a quick car buying experience!

My experience today at Toyota Orlando was like no other. I was greeted by Jason who took me around to look at my car options. Fred was very professional and was able to get me in the car that I wanted. To complete my experience Caesar was able to explain all my contracts and walked me though signing all my documents.
