We had a great experience buying a car at Toyota of Orlando. Aquino, Ricardo and Jason were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely buy there again and recommend them for everyone.

I purchased a 2020 Rav4 on March 13th 2021 and on March 27th. Two weeks exactly after purchase the car would not start. I had to miss a day of work.

Every time I stop by the employees are very nice and polite. Today Sue Xavier was really helpful on answer all my questions.

Very informative and a pleasant experience! Kevin was a really helpful with showing me the cars I was interested in. Fred and Jason were also very helpful with working out my trade and all my finances!

Excellent Customer service with Antonio crux & Carlo I m very satisfied I recommend them both I m glad my grandchildren will be happy with our big suv

Normally I dread coming to the dealership but as soon as we arrived we were greeted and helped by Jason. He was so pleasant and helpful! After Jason Scotty helped us file and get all approved he was super knowledgeable and answered all of questions. To finish things up Cesar helped get finished up all quickly! Overall it was a super easy experience and made going to the dealership not being so rough! Thank you for everything!

Mike was so sweet and really personable. Made you feel like he was going to take care of you. Raul was super thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation of financing and my options. He takes the time. Jason is a ball of energy will make the whole financing process probably the most fun part. I couldn t recommend enough! :)

Kevin was the reason a bought the car, knowledge savy and not on your face. Andres meet all my expectations with the paper work fast an effective. Ciara very attentive and detailed oriented.

I bought the car with Raul, really good guy. Also Ricardo is another good sales person too.

Something very outstanding is that Jason from Finance took my car and put air on my tires even though I was not buying a car that day!

They were quite polite at helping me find the best vehicle in my budget. Michael showed us the vehicles and was positive and energetic. Antonio was a solid finance guy, with tough negotiations but we made it work and came to a solid deal! Pam was super friendly sealing the deal with the final paperwork and I m happy. I wish they would include military discounts on used or pre-owner bell vehicles as it would help most personnel on active duty still be able to get vehicles to support their families one day.

Aquino- Greeted us and was extremely informative on the vehicles we were interested in looking at purchasing.

Andre- Very friendly and helped answer our questions. Bi-lingual was a plus.

Jason- Very friendly and helped answer questions we had.

The best purchase combination is to have Chito show you are car that you might have interest then have Aundre follow up with you banking and etc. and this best finishing touches with Jason on paperwork which would be a smooth process.

Below this review you will see the first review made by my wife bayherani when we bough our 2017 corolla. Since I bought the car it's been taken care of by this dealership from oil changes to tires replaced. I live in ocala I take the 75 miles to drive there to get my services done. July of 2019 I had my breaks done by them 1 year later my brakes are already done alone with my rotors with lines. Original breaks on car lasted 2+ years. I went in feburary 29th to have my regular oil change. They did their inspection and everything was in green including my breaks. I went back back july 11th of 2020 to get my regular service including fuel inj and engine induction done. I was told my brakes are almost down to metal. I explained I dont understand because just feburary 2020 it was in green and the car drove less after that during this pandemic. The service agent told me to wait till tuesday for the manager to come in so he can talk to him about it. I finally heard back from the service agent that they can't do anything about the breaks because it's not a defect, it's not wearing uneven but give me a price discount from 288 to 149. I said it's ok I will change my breaks my self and service my car myself from now on. I came home this afternoon bought brakes and went ahead and replace my breaks. While doing that I notice the caliper piston was not backed in evenly but on a slope. As you can see the pictures below of the break pads you can see the wear from a bad break job along with the break pads actually cracking off of the metal. I am very disappointed and due to the neglect of the service that was done. I am now put in more expense to change my rotors, fix/change my caliper along with new pads. Very very disappointed. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE AFTER EACH SERVICE DO NOT TRUST THEIR INSPECTION DO NOT BE LIKE I WAS AND TRUSTED EVERY TIME THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME.

They did not do what service I requested from them. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, and they did not do a tire rotation. I will not be going back to Toyota of Orlando. Be aware when you get any service done.

I went in To Toyota of Orlando with offers from other dealers. Met with Chito who took me on a test drive of the car I wanted. He brought me to meet Andre who is the sales specialist. I loved that they didn t waste my time. They gave me there best deal up front, which beat the other 2 dealerships without knowing there price. It took a few days and many calls due to a hold up on my part. Andre and Chito were both very patient with me, showing no rush to push me into something I didn t want. When the deal was done Jason in the finance department also made things super easy. Really appreciative of how they all treated me.

Terrible people! Bought a toyota corolla and on my test drive i heard some whistling when the car takes off. Didn't think anything of it. Had to answer 100 questions about my job and my house before giving me paper work. Gave me $0 instead off $1000 for my trade in like they said they were. Gave me toyota floor mats for $300, $400 for window tinting. Then after i get it for the first month i end up replacing the battery and alternator. Another 6 months later found out why i heard whistling, engine had to be replaced because cylinders couldn't keep compression. They will sell you a car knowing whats wrong and will take you for everything you have!

Service team is good and overall a good experience. The department needs to do a better wearing there masks and covering there nose and mouth. Also, I called in advance and gave them all my info and there was still a little confusion when I arrived. I would like to drop keys and go, truly contactless and fast. I have been there 8 times and you have all my info. Also, you can always reach out via cell phone if questions. Thanks.

I was only looking for a used car.. I want to do the Toyota jump...my God paper work was easy and fast very patient..and worked with me to gt all the docs i needed to gt approved.. Brand new 2021 Toyota Corolla oh yeah got me cheap insurance with my favorite insurance company.. Make sure you stop buy..
