I had an issue with my fuel pump just 300 miles to the expiration of my warranty. They replaced it immediately and without hesitation. My team leader was awesome; the text message system makes the experience personable and immediate. When I picked up my vehicle the workers were so kind and helpful. Best part of all: they hire amazing Veterans to do this fantastic work! Thank you, Toyota!!

Going to car dealerships is not always the easiest but Jose was the best car salesman I could've asked for- very patient, knowledgeable, kind and fun! Jose was a great first impression we had in our experience which ended up having us leave with a car. If it wasn't for him I would've been on to the next dealership- I'd left a lot of dealerships empty handed as a result of not getting good vibes from the car salesmen.

This dealer cheats customers. When i went there on July 6, they said there was no interest. But when i was doing paperwork, it said there was interest of 6.4%

Now I usually don t this, but after getting hung on by a sale rep at this location. It s only right. I work in customer service, so I understand whether you are in sales or just in customer service, the customer should be treated with respect and empathy. Because in truth you don t know what the customer is going through or had went through. The sales people at this location don t have that respect. They will welcome you if you buying a car, get you some water or coffee while you wait. But as soon as you buy a car, as soon as you put your signature on that piece of paper, that contract, you become no longer important. If an issue arises in the future, , don t call them, more likely you will be told they can t help or you will get hung up on. This is what s happens when we allow business to dictate and hold power. Power is a curious thing. It s interesting how we the consumer accept how we are treated from business like this. It s amazing how we the consumers are treated after the fact. I purchase a car from this location, returned my lease to this location. Was told by the sale rep at this location, that I would not owe nothing. However, I received a letter I stating that I owe money. So I decided to give this location a call, and after multiple transfers, I reached a sales rep. Needless to say, after briefly speaking with the sales rep. I feel violated. But that s okay, as a consumer I should have known better, I should have read more reviews about this location. I m not telling you not to buy a car, but why would you give business to an entity that only looks at you as number. I hope as a consumer, you will know and do better than I did.

I Took my SUV in for a airbag recall. I was very impressed by the respect and service I received from this dealership. I could not have asked for any better service. They went over and above the call of duty to take care of me as well as my daughter, which car was being repaired.
After the work was completed. My daughter noticed her brakes felt spongy. They took care for her. Extended the car rental for her until they check the car to ensure all was well.

This dealership placed a lot of thought into the design of their customer service center so the guest could feel at home.

I don t write reviews often. But when I see this kind of service. I have to give my review.

They performed services to my vehicle without informing me, or asking for my permission. The service resulted in damage to my vehicle. It took three separate trips back to the service center before I was told we didn t do that. We re not fixing it . Never once did the manager contact me.

had a horrible experience waste of my time looking at cars told the guy outside what i wanted what i need and how much i want to pay and he was like yeah im gonna write it all down for the guy. and then i go inside and the guy making the deal for the care could care less if i bought the car or not spanish bold guy with like a mocha skin color. he just kept telling me theres nothing else he can do like he can care less to sale the car. didnt give me my credit score. so before i left i went back inside to ask him for my credit score and he had the nerve to lie to my face and say i have a 600-620 thats no where near my credit score. they ran my credit 4 times for nothing because the man did nothing to satisfy my purchase. i have to say that was the worst experience i have had at a dealership. dont think i would ever recommend to go buy there.the cars are good quality but to be treated the way i was. was uncalled for.

Just moved to Orlando and My Highlander was due for its 20K mile service. Toyota of Orlando was awesome. From the ease of making an appointment to the friendly customer service and spectacular facility and waiting area, this is by far the best experience I ve had at any car dealer. My Service Adviser, Christie Lenart, was amazing and communicated with me throughout my time there. She didn t know me from Adam, but made me feel as though I d been coming to her for years! She s my new service go-to, and Toyota of Orlando is my new dealership!

Had to get my sunroof replaced, Joseph was on it with keeping us informed on ETA. The only disappointment was when we had to get a rental car since my car took longe than expected. They tried to give me a dirty rental car Inside and out which I refused and they were able to get me over to enterprise to get a clean car. Other than this hiccup the experience was wonderful. If thanks to joe and the lady who got the rental car situation squared away for us.
