I had such a great experience at Toyota of Orlando today. I want to especially commend Ceasar and Antonio for being so helpful. I felt new to the process but they explained to me, and I ended feeing more comfortable throughout this experience. I will definitely refer my colleagues to this dealership. Thank you very much! I was not satisfied with my visit to Toyota of Orlando service consultant Bryan Mckeon. He had an attitude from the time he started writing my complaint.
I told him what was going on with my van and what I thought the problem was and he sent it to the service technician to check it out and after a very long wait he takes me to the back and with an attitude tells me that my van is leaking a lot of oil and that's why my engine was making noise and that I did not put any oil in it and that's why it was like that.
First of all he never asked me how long it was making noise. He didn't ask me when was the last time I changed the oil. He didn't ask me how long has the engine light been on.
He accused me of not paying attention to the engine light.
He acused me of not taking the van for regular service repairs because he couldn't find me in the computer for the past 5 years.
After he got done telling me off about how I neglected my van I told him.
First of all I had an oil change in the past 3 months and do it on a regular basis.
Second the engine light turned on last night when I was getting out of work at 11pm.
There's nothing open on my way home.
Third first thing in the morning I took it to an auto parts to buy oil and put in it so that I can make it to the dealer without messing up the engine. The guy that checked didn't know how to tell how much oil it had and told me that because I just had an oil change it was hard to see the oil mark and after trying 3 to 4 times he finally said it was fine and I didn't need any oil so I drove it to the shop anyway just to make sure.
So, I did Not ignore the engine light.
About not taking the van to the dealer for regular service repairs well I have a good reason for that too.
5 years ago my Toyota Service technician bacame my boyfriend /spouse so why should I take it to the shop and pay outrageous service fees when I have the Toyota Service technician at HOME and he did all the work needed to be done. And asked me to bring to the shop for the recalls which some of them he performed himself with work orders.
He also noted that the engine was leaking...wow really? It's 15 years old. There's a reason why it lasted me so long if it was neglected like he said it would not have lasted that long. Don't tell me that a vehicle 15 years old will not leak. Maybe not all of them will but it's normal if some do and it's not due to neglect, it's due to normal wear and tear.
Bottom line he was really unprofessional and when the insurance inspector went to the shop to see the van Mr Bryan Mckeon made sure my claim got denied. He never mentioned to the adjuster that my spouse was a Toyota dealer mechanic and fixed my van for the past 5 years. Unfortunately he stopped working for Toyota a few of years ago but continued at other dealers.

They gave me a 5,000 plus dollar bill and said that my engine was locked and it's not true.
I put oil in it and drove it to another shop that will fix the leak and clean up the engine for one fith of that price.

Like I said before. I took the van to another dealer and they replaced the rear main seal and also all the motor mounts and the engine is running smoothly without any leaks .

Worst transaction I ever did in my life I purchased a car at this dealership only to go home and saw that I don t have a master key to the car it was a preowned car in Ford have a feature that says Mykey active and the car could not go past 80 mph.... I tried to get this issue resolved every time I call the dealership to speak to someone they had me back and forth within the sales representative I spoke with and the manager . The receptionist would always say that the person I am trying to get onto is not in or never available .

it took almost 2 weeks to get resolved
I was happy that they resolve the issue but would I go there and do business again most likely not

Laura was great, Cesar too. However, we first got a salesman we asked to change cause he was terrible. The other, who actually sold us the car, was great (Raul).
We bought the car and had some issues (little noises, no big problem), we still don't have them fixed but I'm confident that we're going to!

A big thanks to Jordan, Andres and Jean in finance for their amazing customer service. I also wanted to thank my Haitian Salesman (I feel horrible for not remembering his name. He was such a good salesman because he listened to my needs. A very special thank you to Jordan the GM who turned what could have been a bad one star review into a 5 star review, not because he placed me in the vehicle, but because he actually cared about my experience and called me back to find out what happened and at the end of the day I was able to leave with the car of my dreams. It was exactly what I needed for me. Cargo space, good on Gas, and a reliable vehicle. Thank you Jordan, Andres, Jean, and my Haitian sales rep you know who you are.

P.S. and a very special thank you to Jean in finance. He has such a presence about him and when he speaks he is so kind. He was very patient with me when I asked the same questions over and over to ensure accuracy. Thank you Jean in finance for all the help and leaving me with a great quote. One does not have to yell to prove a point

My overall experience with Mr. Manny I Don t remember his last name but it was the worst !! No customer service. I bought my car a month ago and my car is already in a bad shape and the only thing he could told me its $1208 in repair so Toyota putting cars on car lots with bad problems i only drive 15min to work .The worst i can tell you bad deal

I originally came here because of their outstanding reviews and willingness to match/beat the competitors prices. However, I left feeling disappointed, disrespected and lied to.

I went to the dealership to look at a Highlander XSE. They did not have the color I wanted but I was told they could sell me a Highlander limited for the same price (this turned out to be a lie). Because of this I test drove the Highlander limited. I decided I would purchase the vehicle since I was told it would be the same price as the one I originally wanted. When the sales manager or representative came to negotiate the price, he told me he could only go down $500 on the price of the Highlander. I advised him I was told I could purchase vehicle for the same price as the Highlander XSE. He just looked at me and stated, you want the Limited for the same price as the XSE?, have a nice day. That was the end of our negotiations.

The next day a representative called me to ask about my visit and told me he would talk to his director and call me back. I am still waiting on the call back.

With that said, the sales advisor who showed us the vehicle was very knowledgeable of the vehicles features and what set their dealership apart from the others.

Update 03/18/2021: I have not yet spoken to or received a follow up from the customer service manager, as stated in response to my review by the owner.

We went there for looking for a car yesterday. A salesman who was called Michael. At first he was friendly and explained to us about cars well. And we test drove. However, we wanted to consider which car is the best for us. We just wanted to compare the cars and we didn't want to decide yet. He said us "It's cheap, it will be gone soon, it is what you want!!!" His attitude was suddenly aggressive and looked mad, we were uncomfortable to hear that!! It might be cheap, and it was cheap for him. But THIS IS NOT LIKE GROCERY SHOPPING for customers!!!!!! Horrible experience overall. Kept getting expenses added that weren't requested. Lied about features the car had by Kevin and financing went quick with Cesar but high pressure all the way through. Had an issue with a spare key and Fransisco kept avoiding me after the sale was finished 3 days latter trying to get my issue resolved the dealer finally got my issue resolved.

From the start, the whole process of leasing a new vehicle was made seamless thanks to Ray quickly stepping up to show us every vehicle we were interested in and being very knowledgeable in the tech and specs for each one. Once we had a general idea of what cars we liked, Aundre our specialist was able to make sure we had the best offer possible for our lease, even making sure everything was set up properly with our car insurance (he helped us save money from what we were paying before!). Everything wrapped up nicely with the help of Cesar our financial specialist who pleasantly made sure all our questions were answered and that we were 100% satisfied with our purchase today! I've got to say that this has got to be the best experience I've ever had on any dealership, these guys are great. Arron was the service advisor which took care of my Toyota inquiry (which was a gas & sensor issue which I was experiencing with my SUV). Arron did a fantastic job. I had gone to a couple of mechanics before arriving to TOYOTA OF ORLANDO, and none was able to fix my issue. After being fed up of dealing with independent mechanics I finally did what I suppose to do since the very beginning, I went to TOYOTA OF ORLANDO and Arron was the one who helped me out. He took me step by step on what the issue was and basically gave me a full run down of how to fix it. 24 hours later my SUV was as good as new. From now on I will only come to TOYOTA OF ORLANDO whenever I have any issues. These guys are the best.

First time buying a car. Drive me true the process in a rush. After a week I called because my passenger seat is shaking bring it to service and said that is the tires. Now I got to buy tires to a car that I drove for 2 weeks no manager want to help they just keep being rude and mad and give me a discount on tires now they said that if is not the tires and something else I got to cover the costs and I even make the first payment. They said owner won t do nothing and that sorry that I have sign contracts and paperwork. After 2 weeks they play that card against me now I got a payment and a car to fix. I feel scam and drove in the wrong direction for my first experience. Do I need a lawyer with me to buy the car in order to not be in this situation?

This is a long review but I assure you that is worth the read.

We went this last Saturday looking for a new SUV. Michael was outside and he was AMAZING. He is very knowledgeable, professional, nice and provided an overall great customer service. After we drove a couple of SUV s we decided to try to make a deal for a Toyota Highlander. We then went with Angel Vargas. Angel was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, personable...well, by far he gave us the best customer service that we ve ever received. We provided all the information for him to take to his director of used vehicles as we were going to make a trade in. He came back with a great deal for our Jeep trade in to get the Highlander. After this we were just waiting for Financial Services to finish signing all the documents and leave in the new Highlander.

After waiting for 4-5 hours Angel came back to us. The 60 something year old director that was the one who valued our Jeep made a mistake and now the deal was off. Keep in mind that we had already signed some papers, our credit was pulled, we had already transferred all of our belongings to the new Highlander and the down payment was already paid. The only thing that this man did was to give us a new deal where we needed to pay around $300 more on the monthly payment. This was not what we were looking for and after all of the time that we spent there and his mistake he was not even able to come to us to apologize.

We are sure that there is some type of law that protects us as we felt humiliated by this man. We felt discriminated because of our ethnicity and because we are young. He did not treated this with professionalism at all and we had to transfer all of our belongings back to our Jeep in front of everyone which was embarrassing. We have to wait around 24-48 hours to get the refund for the down payment (which technically can affect us to do another down payment if we didn t had more money for it), we have a credit inquiry on our report that was not necessary and he never apologized for it. This 60 year old something man needs to retire or get fired because he deserves it.

How in the world are you going to cause all of this trouble and not even try to say I am sorry . We really feel that it was because we are young and Hispanics. He never treated this situation seriously and he was definitely not professional.



If you are looking for a Toyota do yourself a favor and go to another one. But if you decide to go against the odds make sure that this old man doesn t have anything to do with your deal and get assistance from Michael and Angel...they are the best.

Note: We ended going to Lexus of Orlando and getting an amazing deal on a Lexus...which is a luxury vehicle. They have Toyota s too for what is worth.
