Steven was wonderful and professional while showing me the available vehicles with what I was looking for. He is very personable and made it an enjoyable experience. Raul was patient while explaining financing, which is the most frustrating part of buying a new vehicle. Pam was professional and courteous when attempting to answer the questions I had. Overall a good experience!

Great experience... I was a little skeptical at first since for me this is a very stressful process but from the start we received a call from Felix and set up an appointment... after arriving to the location Jerri took care of us and helped us with the process in a friendly manner. then after testing the vehicle we fell in love with, He directed us to Fred who was always very informative and quick with the application process .. very efficient and worked with us until the end.. Cesar finalized the process in a very smooth manner and explained everything until the very end.

Out of all my car buying experiences, this has been the most phenomenal of them all. Jean, Rafael, and Pam were MAGNIFICENT. Made the entire experience hassle free and easy for me. I traded my vehicle and barely needed to lift a finger to do any work. They worked with me to ensure I got the best deal and best price for my interests! Didn t feel any pressure, and they didn t want me to leave unhappy.

Awesome customer service! From the beginning with Tabatha over the phone - she was the one who made us drive to the dealership. Gabriel took care of us when we got there, took us for as many test drives as we wanted to. Jerry took a significant amount of time to find the better deal for us and clarify all our questions. Charles went over all paperwork so we were comfortable signing all that paperwork after our purchase. Definitely recommend!!!

I came to this dealership to just test drive a Used Camry and had NO intention of purchasing that day. However, all that changed when I met Chito! He was outstanding, not pushy, and extremely personable. The staff was excellent. Raphael did a wonderful job explaining everything to me. He was also very kind and patient in his explanation. Lastly, Fred was an incredible human being. He, as well as Chito and Raphael, were all very intentional, professional, caring, and very educational. I left the dealership with a 2020 Camry, exactly what I wanted! Overall, my experience was literally perfect and just top notch. Buyer be aware of this facility especially if you are a women. Me and my daughter went in this dealer inquiring about a car that was online the sales guy didn't even know if the car was on the lot and had us walking around looking for it. Said it wasn't there, then when we went to talk with someone else he found the car. We was already approved for a loan and they basically was still trying to run my daughter's credit and did not want to work with the fiance company that already had approved her. We had the money ready to give to him and he was so busy trying to scam us out of money until he dnt care that we walked out. Please be aware of these shady dealerships. They are not right!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle from Toyota of Orlando over the course of June and July 2020. Vernon West assisted with the car buying process and despite my car being a pre-purchase, he worked with me to get me a great deal. I highly recommend working with him! Jean Lacock also assisted with financing and ensuring my vehicle looked pristine before driving it off the lot. Thank you both again for everything and I will definitely be a repeat customer at this location!

One more time Eduardo made the difference. No idea had to replace brakes, that is a safety issue. And for sure it was time after several miles. Outstanding service. This is my service advisor guy and a place I can wait for my car as home. Thanks!!!

Came in to finance/buy a Tacoma and was super serious about getting in one this day. After telling the consultant Andre I was not interested in leasing he was very persistent on trying to get me to lease and why I didn t know what to do with my money because I was trying to buy and not lease. Andre was helpful in research but very rude and trying to come off as a know it all financial advisor when he s a consultant that made me not want to purchase the vehicle more each minute he spoke on what he would do with my money. Will be back soon to purchase a Tacoma either here or another Toyota dealership. If I return here, i sure as hell wont go through Andre or have my time wasted again.

Waited 3 1/2 hours to complete service. When I asked for an update I was told everything was done it was just gonna be 20 more minutes which soon turned into another 45 minute wait.

Waited two and a half hours for a tire rotation, oil change and a recall. I wasn t told about theM fixing the recall until 2 hours into my wait time. 2 and a half hours to wait for those services is ridiculous. Typically I wait an hour and a half when I get any service there which is also ridiculous.

I paid $30 for a battery service and when I checked the terminals had green corrosive build up so they were never cleaned. I haven t checked the fluid levels yet. Also getting a low tire pressure yellow indicator. Didn t notice it until I was almost home. They may have not noticed it but they did add air to the tires. I gave all 5 stars for each service but this one fell short. Update; Toyota notified me and apologized for the oversight and requested that I should return to correct problems. They serviced the battery and reset the tire pressure warning and washed my car. The quality of service for this is what I m accustom to. I m changing the review from 2 to 4 stars. Would have given 5 stars but for the time out of my schedule for 2 visits .

The only place I take my Prius. Well yesterday I went in because my car wasn t always starting.. got a new battery and was on my way. I get a call this morning saying they had made a mistake and put in the wrong battery and to bring my car back to swap it. I m gonna be honest I was not very happy and was disappointed. Once I got in I asked to speak to a service manager. I did not have to say 1 word and he had sincere apologies in his eyes and generously took care of me. Thankful for their honesty because I would have not known a difference until it was too late or the next time I needed a battery and thankful for taking care of it and me. It s a hard time for everyone so this gesture did not go unappreciated!

Good maintenance work on my vehicle but horrible customer service. I was getting unnecessary calls from the sales department trying to get me to buy another vehicle when i only went in for maintenance work. And the person i was communicating with took 20 -40 mins to reply to each text, except when we were talking about money. Nd when my vehicle was done it was going to take an hour for a shuttle to come get me even though i was only a 5min drive away and i already had requested a shuttle prior to that hour because i left my hour keys on my car key ring....
Horrible experience... And will never go to this dealership unless absolutely necessary.

Someone must of accidentally put my number into their system and when they ask for whoever they are trying to reach and I let them know they are not on this number and I get cussed out by a sales guy? Ok. Good business practice. Of course he hangs up immediately and managers don t return a call
