Today I came in and Oliver came in and greated me with a warm welcome 6 feet of course. He helped me with numbers and just to get the feel of what I was looking for. Vern aka the twin brother of the other vern was the best he did a great job supporting my decisions and making me feel comfortable. Pam completed everything with a cherry on top everyone did an amazing job keep up the great work and thank you again to James for making this day even possible for me your amazing.

Started off the day looking for a truck and it went super good with one employee, however after speaking with another employee name Christopher Jimenez who decided to take over the potential sale, I addressed a conversation I had on the phone with one of the managers about negotiating the price down a little bit and he told me that he was wasting his time with me and he could be out there with someone else that has the money to pay for the car. So he discriminated me saying I didn t have that money however I would have appreciated if he explained a bit better the deal or that the truck was in a set price, but to assume that I didn t have money was completely unbelievable and offensive when I had half the money in cash but all I wanted to do was go over the potential negotiation I was offered by one of the managers (Her name was Tabatha). I felt completely discriminated by that dealership experience and I recommend not looking for a car or truck at that dealership and go to another Toyota Dealership. Horrible experience!!

We went to return a lease, the sales person who took care of us toldus if we buy a car we would not need to pay the extra miles, now after 5 months we receive a bill for 3000 dollars saying that we need to pay the extra miles, I have several friends sayind that always in those dealers the sales person tell you lies to sale you. Is horrible how people dont care to screw someone for money. I would never suggest to buy car from Toyota when you cant trust the morality code of the sales person.

Cissa showed us the cars and had nothing but patience and courtesy she was so awesome! Then Raphael came in as the financial assistant and what is normally unpleasant was just awesome and he fought for us for a good deal and came through and then Ciara had us sign the paperwork and was awesome and quick! We will definitely be coming back these guys were amazing!!!

We recently purchased a new vehicle from here for my wife. I personally drive many miles a year and get new vehicles more frequent than most, therefore I have been to many dealerships over the course of my life. While Toyota doesn't make my favorite vehicle, the customer service we received exceeded any experience I've had when visiting a dealership. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and professional.

Worst experience ever! I went in to get my 2018 Corolla serviced. The lady asked if I wanted to trade the car in and get a 2020. I told her only if she could keep my payments the same. She told me she could do that, after I was done signing everything they told me monthly payment which was way over what I was paying. When I went to speak with the management they didn t really care about my problem. They aren t in it for the customer satisfaction, they just want to take all your money. I would never buy from here again!

Service team and service manager don't deserve one star they are too bad
I bought 4 tires for my Camry 2014 on April 2020
Last Monday I went back after I discover that one of the tires is smaller to the others, no apology the service manager doesn't care and rode.
This is the second fatal mistake in this year
First one was at the beginning of the year when I heard noise coming from the engine I went to Toyota of Orlando and I discovered that in the previous maintenance the tecnition has drained the engine oil and changed the filter but he forgot to put new oil

Great service , Haseem explained every detail of the car and Andre did everything he could to get the price I needed . Cesar was excellent wrapping everything up , would come again for my next car and recommend to anyone !

How is it that Toyota of Orland is telling me that my font Axel is broken. And the bumper to bumper warranty isn't going to cover it. Because I took in off road. Hello Toyota of Orland look at the decals on my truck. They say 4x4 off road i have been your customer for 5 years and bought 3 automobile from you. And sent you a lot of people to you. Not happy at all

What kind of Car Dealership doesn't negotiate over the phone? Especially in todays world with COVID 19?! I live an hour and a half away I'm not going to drive there if you aren't at least willing to talk over the phone. Also your internet Sales person was extremely rude (Jessica). I was a serious buyer and her attitude on the phone first thing this morning was totally un-called for; saying "We don't negotiate over the phone, I'll call you back" and hung up. No word in otherwise.

You have lack of communication. The person that I was assigned to was very nice the first time I met him. But I was never able to find him. He was always on break. The Gem in this place is Cliff the shuttle driver. He was the sweetest gentleman. Your staff could learn from him.

They have different people text you from the same number without identifying themselves. Tabata gave misleading information. They lost a sale because of lack of communication.
