Love this place the experience was great! I came to have my 2005 Toyota Sienna checked while I waited I decided to check out newer vehicles . The customer service received was fantastic they had a great variety of vehicles I could choose from . When I received the diagnostic report for my van it cost more to fix then it was worth. I had a very bad time when I tried to turn in my leased car at their location.
They simply said they would not accept it and the reason was that they have no available room at their building to receive my car.
Let me tell you that I called 1800 Toyota number and double checked that I would be fine in turning in my leased car to ANY TOYOTA DEALER IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA before heading to them.
After a long conversation, they said that if I purchased another car, They would be able to accept my car!!
RIDICULOUS !! TOYOTA OF ORLANDO NEVER AGAIN !!

my car experienced some mechanical difficulty unexpectedly during the late afternoon hours. I called Toyota Verlander I was told to bring it right in. Eduardo my service coordinator kept in close communication during the time my car was in for service. I needed to get a rental and Toyota of Orlando made the process absolutely smooth and easy. I was immediately taken to the rental site, provided with a clean car, charged a minimal amount, and generally came away with a very positive experience.
