Everyone was caring and courteous regarding my situation which was an emergency since I had locked my purse..cell phone and keys in the trunk of my car accidentally. I had my car towed to the dealership since AAA was unsuccessful with getting my trunk open. We purchased a 2019 Highlander with only 11 miles from Raul on 01/09/2020 and on 01/11/2020 we told them that there was something wrong with the car and that we needed to get into another vehicle. Of course - there were no managers available. No apology from anyone at the dealership. On 01/13/2020, I called and found out that one of the fuel injectors had a misfire. On 01/14/2020, we picked up the car from Gus. AS SOON AS we pulled out of the parking lot, the check engine light came on and the vehicle started juddering. A tech plugged it into a laptop and said that there was something wrong with a cylinder and air fuel and the car needs to stay and was unsafe to drive. NO ONE at this dealership calls you to give you an update and it s very hard to get in contact with anyone. This dealership doesn t care about you after your purchase! They refuse to buy back their car and Raul just kept saying we signed a contract. He even compared it to a brand new house having issues. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! I even spoke with Cynthia, who was in customer relations and nothing. If this dealership cared about their customers, they would have got us into another vehicle the day we brought it in. We haven t even enjoyed our new vehicle and it s been repaired TWICE!

Horrible customer service, go to autonation. They will beat their price and treat you better. I was looking for a Toyota Highlander online and I clicked on get the best e-price. I then get an email from their director of internet sales, he tells me that in order for me to get a quote I have to come in. I told him I can't come in because of covid and would prefer to get numbers so I can come in later and make a deal. He then tells me that in order to get a quote I will need to fill out a credit application. Now, I've brought several new cars before and I never had any dealership tell me this. I then respond with, "why would I fill out a credit application for a vehicle if you haven't given me any numbers yet". He then responds with in order for him to give me numbers, he needs to find out how much my trade in is. I told him to give me the quote without the trade in value, but he decides to respond with no can do good luck going elsewhere. Now, when you're paying 35k for a vehicle and you're asking for a quote when it says on-line to click for best E-price it should not be so difficult and appear to be so scammish. When I told him to remove me from his mailing list, because he has been sending me spam for the last 6 months, he decided to respond with a very childish and rude response. I contacted his manager and his manager appeared to defend his sales tactics, but said that the internet sales guy should have handled it differently. My recommendation to anyone looking to buy a new car is to watch out for this dealership. Instead of being upfront they try to use scammish tactics to get you to sign a credit application that will lower your credit score, or they will try to get your trade in value ahead of time to haggle you on your out the door price, and they refuse to give you numbers because they are either trying to scam you with the sales price or fees they are charging you with if you decide to finance through them. This was the worse experience I've ever had with any dealership ever and I would have been a return customer because I did buy a vehicle from them before. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!

The service was great but pricing was deceiving. The oil and filter change was 39.95 and this did not include labor or disposal. The total came to $67. Something that was unexpected. They are not upfront about their pricing and cost which is a poor business practice and should be changed. Before selecting them for services, ask about extra costs and hidden fees.
Had the third brake light leak in my 2017 Tacoma. Repairs got completed over a 2 week process which was not a huge deal because I was put in a loaner vehicle. Upon completion of the carpet and headliner replacement, I noticed my LED lights that were in the rear dome lights were removed and stock (amber) light were installed. Service writer (Eddie) took care of the situation by comping my next oil change. I detailed my truck after a week or so and notice gouging and scratches all over some of my door panels from the removal of my seats for the carpet replacement, I do work and live over 30 mins away from this facility so it's not super convenient. Eddie took care of the situation by getting me only 1 new door panel instead of 2 like 1 requested (1 only got "buffed" out). Just a very long and annoying experience overall. Nothing on the service writer, not his fault. Falls on lazy/inexperienced technicians that knew they hit my door panels with the seat brackets but could care less if it interrupts someone else's time. Integrity of the technicians is crucial and I hope it was addressed. Again, Eddie was 100% great in all of this. Unfortunately, I will choose another dealership for any future repairs because of the damages and lack of attention to detail by the technicians or follow up by the shop foreman.

2020 Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4. Went in for my first service 5,000 miles.Mentioned to the service writer the alignment felt off. He insisted the trucks follow the road. And it s normal, we ll wash the truck. Also it has synthetic oil so no oil change until 10,000 miles.
Ok, went to IKEA to pass the time. Text later informing me it was complete. Informed service writer I was 10 mins out. Had to wait for my keys. Wait for the cashier for a complimentary service. Get to the truck out in the lot and the it s not washed. Ask a lot porter and he said all service vehicles are supposed to be washed, well mine wasn t. Ok whatever. Get to my house and check to see the tires were rotated. Find signs of feathering. Inform service writer with no response.
Will not be returning to this location. Good job.

After all my included oil changes with purchase of new vehicle were up, decided to do next one myself and discovered missing bolts on the underside holding an inspection plate on. This dealership did previous oil changes. 4 missing bolts at $10/piece. So done with toyota dealerships.

She greeted me, spoke to me, and makes you want to spend money! I am a multimillionaire but was a judge as if I didn t have any money or anything due to my appearance! You can tell the place so bad one of the salesman even told me he s getting ready to leave to do his own trucking company!
